Lovely hotel, with a business feel to it. Great facilities and services (including free covered parking). Location is away from the center, which makes it easier to get around bit also means you need to taxi to points of interest

Noisy room at night, due to music coming from the window, and noisy aircon system. The gym is very small, too warm, loud music. Breakfast not dairy allergy friendly. Some gluten free option but not 5 stars hotel level. Food restaurant ok. Good drinks and service at the bar downstairs. Good customer care at the reception. Overall it felt like a 4 stars hotel.

Booking through WhatsApp was not very clear—no one asked how many people were staying, and when I arrived with two adults and two small kids, I was told the room booked wasn’t suitable. Magnificent stay, ultra-professional staff, magnificent setting, very well-maintained hotel

Breakfast buffet varied and tasty. I appreciated being able to order espresso and not have to have Americano coffee. The bar and restaurant choices are also very good. Pietro, on the front desk is exceptional. Rooms clean and well attended. I would only wish for two bedside tables and two easy chairs, in the room. The parking is a bonus. I would readily recommend the hotel to others.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable prices for the room,food and drinks. Definitely in need of an update. Food wasn't very good. Good place for a quick stopover.

Super friendly and helpful staff

The surrounding areas are sketchy. I walked 10 minutes to the nearby beach and it was totally trash，dirty and smelly. The room is big，can host 3 people with 1 Queen size bed and 1 twin bed. The breakfast is good with a lot of selections. I enjoyed my stay overall.

Franco was delightful and provided fantastic service, thank you again, Properly is a bit run down and could use a renovation. We were a bit shocked at having to pay for beach chairs and towels. The hotel has a lovely view of the ocean which the best part.

W la Sardegna Perfect location, the staff is helpfull and read your needs in advance. Basic breakfast. 1 amazing restaurant and 1 lounge bar with food option close by. Two option for the beaches, stones/ sand, and stone only. Both very valid and perfect to relax and enjoy your get away holidays. For the more adventurous you will find your own caletta few minutes away along the coast line

Picturesque location We stayed for 4 nights. Everyone was very friendly at the hotel, it was clean and comfortable. Lovely location with picturesque views over the ocean. Suggestions: the rooms don’t have coffee facilities, so we bought a travel kettle and our own coffee etc.

We had a nice stay, the staff was very friendly and the location is good. The hotel is old and needs a bit of sprucing up, but we were comfortable and will likely visit again.

Unfortunately, the hotel is very remote and only accessible from the city center by bus. The hotel has a nice pool. The room is modern in terms of furnishings, but somewhat dated in appearance. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay.

There was a fire right outside the hotel. We argued with the hotel manager for 4 hours to accept a refund for us to change hotel but she wouldnt agree. The smoke got inside the lobby, corridors and rooms but she would still not agree with a refund. No evacuation was planned either which is insane.

The staff ia friendly and the rooms are as beautiful as they are clean. The only bad thing is the location. You have to take a taxi to go to the city center what costs you 17 € each time. But therefore the hotel itself isn't that expensive

Convenient location near most of the tourist activities and Castello district. Rooms were clean and staff were great. Only complaint would be the lack of working facilities. A couple of plugs didn’t work and the AC was very temperamental.

Hello. The hotel location was excellent. The room was clean but average. The bed was uncomfortable and the decor was spartan. Adequate but nothing special. The breakfast was limited though the setting on the upper floor was a plus. They would due well to take better advantage of the stunning rooftop space they have available. The staff were polite and helpful.

I really liked this hotel! It's walking distance from the train station and the marina and lies within the historical city centre. The staff was really friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and especially the bathroom, thanks to the cleaning lady! She does an amazing job. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In short, this hotel was great. Breakfast was also decent. I can recommend!

We stayed for 6 nights, but the hotel only provided two bottles of water in the whole week, as a “welcome drink.” We moved to another five-star hotel in town and they offered complimentary water every day. Small items like water don’t cost much, but they really make guests feel better cared for.

This is an easy review. This was a superb experience. The staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful, just superb they made us feel so welcome. The breakfasts were equally wonderful, with great food and an excellent team. The room was large and clean, comfy bed and a large well equipped bathroom. Finally, a superb location. Great Basic, no frills hotel. Near the airport and not far from city center. Met our needs as we had an early flight the following morning. Early check in was helpful and allowed us to spend the day in Cagliari.

Visited for business, was perfect for our needs. Wouldn't be as great for a holiday due to it's location. But room was clean, staff were professional.

The room was very clean and spacious. The outlets to charge your phone were in odd places, but not a terrible inconvenience. The bathrooms were a little dated, but very clean. The staff were all so kind and helpful! The breakfast had so many options and the espresso was fabulous! The parking was free, covered and safe.

The tried! The hotel was nice probably 20 years ago. It wasn’t like it’s pictures. It was big and open but lacked any charm. It was an old hotel but the breakfast was good.

Overall a good stay, breakfast was amazing, the room was ok, I had no electricity on one morning but after that it was ok. I wasn’t very impressed at check out when I was presented with a 34 euro dinner from the on site restaurant, considering I ate out every night. Luckily I didn’t get forced to pay it as the staff agreed it was a mistake with the room number.

The only thing I could say it’s the breakfast buffet could be better.

We had a fabulous room; the one with 2 terraces & 2 bathrooms!! Beautiful & clean. Extensive & tasty breakfast too. Excellent location; very central for all key sites of interest. Can thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Decent location, clean hotel. VIP breakfast for one is a marketing scam forcing you to pay for a second guest. As I didn't feel well I didn't go, but my partner was not impressed with the choices. For this price you can get a better breakfast elsewhere.

Highly recomedned (atleast room #501) The persolell, at the front desk and restaurant were all SUPERB. Room number 501 is recomended with two roof terraces, jacuzzi, upstair bedroom, 2 bathrooms... OK, the hotel could do with an fixer-upper, but all the rest was so good that it didn't matter.

Not very flexible hours for check-ins and check-outs. Any additional service comes with a price (Beach towels, luggage storage...). Communication was complicated as well... And don't get me started on the invasion of cockroaches... Won't be returning there.

Relais in a central location in Cagliari. The structure looks very good. The spacious and elegant room also had a jacuzzi inside ... for a relaxing holiday.

Stayed one night before travelling to Malta. Whilst an unconventional hotel due to be located in a multi floor business premises, the rooms were modern with a good breakfast. Other facilities such as a bar are limited but there are plenty nearby. Overall, a good hotel particularly if you are staying for a city break or transitioning on.

Good hotel however I’m not found of hotel room door cards showing room numbers. Easy for others to enter your room if you lose it.

Although there was public parking just by the spot there was non available in the time I was there , as with most of Cagliari parking is very hard . It is probably better to state no parking nearby

I had such a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, so close to a lot of shopping and restaurants and also close to public transport. Easy to access the beach by bus! Daniela and Guido were great hosts. They made sure to check in with me every so often and ask if there was anything I needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back!

Beautiful place with a strategic location, a few steps from the historic center and the train/bus station. Possibility of having breakfast on site with a coffee machine, refrigerator, etc. The hosts, Guido and Daniela were super gracious and showed us the main attractions and beaches. Excellent experience in this B&B... My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and if we could we would have stayed even longer. I give 5 stars to this property for various reasons: -hosts (Guido and Daniela) very kind and always present but without any intrusiveness, not at all, in this structure privacy is guaranteed. -perfect location to go out on foot and enjoy the nightlife of Cagliari in relaxation...

The beds were very uncomfortable. We also booked a triple room which was supposed to have a double and single bed, but instead we got a very old style pull out couch bed with a paper thin mattress. The staff did bring in a new mattress for the couch bed, but it still wasn’t what was described or what the pictures of the room had advertised. Great location and a nice breakfast.

Great price to quality ratio. I've been to tens of hotels and about this i can not say anything wrong. Clean, smells ok, no molds, working Wifi and TV. On the day we were leaving, after check out, they had no problem to store our luggage for cca 6 hours(for free). Breakfast was a bit poorer but it was off season so its ok. Recommend.

Grrat staff lacks leadership. Minor frustrations. Refrigerator was out no option to resolve. Sink in bathroom drained very slow. Had to request soap dispenser in shower to be refilled after house keeping finished. Breakfast brief the chaffing dishes need to be filled with hot water and lite the sterno gas. The food was cold.

The location is convenient, clean and tidy, within walking distance of the city center, and there are restaurants downstairs. The hotel is not large, and the rooms are not big either, but overall the experience is quite good, and the breakfast is also okay.

Apart from being one of the best appointed hotels I've stayed at the staff are fantastic. They remember and pay attention to the little details that make a temporary stay feel like family. A special shoutout to my room attendant Sandra who chattered away and managed to cross our language barrier with mime.

This is a lovely little hotel close to the station and ferry terminal, in easy walking distance of the sites of the city centre, restaurants etc. The staff are all very friendly and the whole hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. Despite being so close to the station there was little noise and we slept very well. We’d definitely stay there again
