I got exactly what I wanted out of my four day stay. Staff were excellent. The place itself was very peaceful, quiet and a nice place to relax in the warmth. With Fertillia a very short walk away with some local bars with good quality reasonably priced food and beer. Alghero an easy walk or bus ride away.

Immaculate hotel and grounds with beautiful swimming pools and beach; the setting could not have been better. Friendly, helpful staff and service. Several cafes/restaurants in Fertilia and a regular easy bus service into Alghero from Fertilia. Thank you Hotel Punta Negra, we had a lovely holiday!

This property is located a short distance from town. It is lovely, quiet, and scenic. There is a gorgeous pool area and a beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available at both the pool and the beach. We walked to restaurants nearby. Great place!

We had a lovely upgraded suite at this property and praise the staff and ease for parking and exploring Alghero and beyond. Nice beach and no charge for beach chairs other than front row! Beds too firm for our liking.

Impressed with this hotel as the staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel was kept very clean, and although the decor is very late 70s/early 80s, it's been maintained very well. A great hotel located 3 km from the old city center. On Wednesdays, there's a lovely market nearby. The breakfast is extensive, and the coffee is delicious. You can choose from espresso, cappuccino, or Americano, and perhaps even more. The internet worked well. We hadn't received new towels. Breakfast was pretty bland - typical club med style fair - factory style Hotel furnishings a bit dilapidated and very out dated. Bed mattress - like a futon...very hard Everything worked and was clean - but no glamour staff are good though

Very good service. Clean, nice room. Delicious breakfast. Good location, beach just across the road, town centre just 40 min to walk or 10 by bus. Bus stop just across the road. One minus for room, in the bathroom no ventilation and after shower feels like you in steam room and of course very hot inside.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. We are experienced travellers and this hotel is a standout. Location and beach are perfect. Great hotel in a very nice area. Great beach and pool. Nice evening entertainment. Amazing staff. The only complaint is that they close outside area during breakfast and force people to sit inside. Overall, a very nice experience though and would stay again!

Top hotel with magnificent view and very generous breakfast

The accommodation was in a slightly remote area, but the room was clean and just like in the pictures. The view was amazing. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was a bit limited, and there were bee on the breakfast terrace. However, we were able to eat breakfast on our own balcony, where there were no bee. A good experience overall.

A great place to enjoy! The view of the sea from the hotel is just breathtaking. Neighborhood is so so but quiet. If you have a car, then it's all good.

My second visit to Villa Grachira this year . Fantastic place to stay to explore the region . Stunning views and special mention to host Rafaela and her staff who were amazing . If visiting would recommend a sea view room if available as it adds to the experience . We will be back !!!

Would rate it even 2,5/5 if possible. Place is nice from point of location-near airport, Alghero city center, Aquapark and located alongside of laguna, where first row of pitches has really nice, quiet, large places (with barbacue grill on every pitch!). Nice campsite, close proximity to the beach and great waterpark. Only a minor point was that the showers need a bit of maintenance, a number of the door locks and lights weren’t working and most of the towel hooks were broken. Also the evening entertainment was almost 100% repetitive each night for the 5 nights we stayed.

It is not worth the money. Great pool but it closes too early at 6pm. Swim hats required. You have to pay for sun loungers and umbrellas. You can lie on towels on the artificial grass, but can't use umbrellas. I recommend the pizzas from the pizza restaurant. The supermarket has limited produce. We stayed in a mobile home as a family of 5 and the location is amazing. The showers and bathrooms are clean and neat. The beach is a bit small and there is some algae but there are also plenty of sandy areas. The pool is very big and still quite new and a lot of fun for children. Overall we highly recommend this campsite.

We came at the end of September, so the place was really quiet and half empty, which was perfect. We had a nice mobile home with 3 bedrooms and great terrace. The beach was just across the street (3 minutes), staff very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant and a shop inside, little town of Fertilia very close (with a supermarket and some bar and restaurant) and Alghero is not far away either.

Entertainment and F&B Team were amazing. Mary and her team were so lovely, amazing hospitality for the kids - especially when my two little girls Sara and Carlotta wanted to be involved in everything, they were patient and caring.
