This villa is truly a hidden gem! The seaside location is breathtaking, and the rooms are tastefully decorated—modern, full of light, and with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. The owner is exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. One of our favorite moments was having breakfast on the terrace with such a stunning view. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and it’s conveniently located not far from Alghero. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The accommodation was in a slightly remote area, but the room was clean and just like in the pictures. The view was amazing. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was a bit limited, and there were bee on the breakfast terrace. However, we were able to eat breakfast on our own balcony, where there were no bee. A good experience overall.

Not friendly for people with special needs.
No wifi during our whole stay. We shared this with the admin and a day after no news and no comment from them, I had to reach out again to find out what was wrong and the only thing they said is that the tecnitian never showed up.
No problem-resolving abilities, didn't offer any other room or compensation during our stay.
I communicated I had previously organized family calls because of my dad's passing away recently (I need to be in touch with my support system for my mental health) and couldn't have them because they only gave me the option to use common areas even though I explicitly said that these were very sensitive and private calls I couldn't have in the shared areas.
I told the admin via WhatsApp to meet at the check out to resolve this lack of service but she left the premises and no one was even there to receive the keys. At this moment it was me again who had to reach out and call her to find out where to leave the keys and how were they going to resolve the lack of service. Only after I insisted they offered a small refund "as a favor" that was later in the afternoon (after we had left the premises) cancelled when I asked about receiving the receipt of the transfer.
The issue was resolved thanks to Booking.com. I completely regret choosing Villa Grachira.

A great place to enjoy! The view of the sea from the hotel is just breathtaking. Neighborhood is so so but quiet. If you have a car, then it's all good.

Very classy and immaculate. Excellent sea views from room and balcony. Very warm reception from host and very good breakfast.. having a car to drive around is highly recommended since there are not much activities close by.

Located on the shore in Fertilia, a few kms distant from Alghero and, even closer to the airport. A charming property, that was an ideal last night on the island. The room was attractive, spotless, and cleverly laid out. The view over the bay is grand. The property is a short walk from a strip of restaurants and bar, but the neighborhood for the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was a special surprise. Rafaella offered us, the only guests, a breakfast comparable to what would be presented to a full house. Only sorry that our stay was so brief.

My second visit to Villa Grachira this year . Fantastic place to stay to explore the region . Stunning views and special mention to host Rafaela and her staff who were amazing . If visiting would recommend a sea view room if available as it adds to the experience . We will be back !!!

Waterfront room with balcony
This is a wonderful place to stay. The room was of good size with a closet and mini-fridge. I had a very nice view from the room or sit on the balcony and it is a waterfront location. Easy access to the water but no sand so bring some water shoes for trouble free walking on the rocky surfaces.
Rafaella was always at the terrace in the morning to greet you at breakfast.
There is a small grocery a very short walk away, along with several places to eat and drink in easy walking distance.
I will stay here the next time I come to Fertilia.
