Overall, it was good. Free parking and three meals were included. I didn't have time to see the beach. There weren't many Asians staying there. It's very close to the airport, and it seems like you can also get there by bus. It was much better than I expected, mainly because it included meals.

They don’t speak English all information and entertainment is in Italian and nothing translated for others.Very hard to understand 😞

Balance di Conte is perfect for a wind-down holiday. Plenty of sunbeds at the private beach, the water is warm. The food is excellent, a wide choice (even salads) and friendly, efficient service. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Loved the pool and had a great view of the ocean, a bit out of the way but we didn’t mind walking into town. The hotel is a bit older, so the interiors aren’t as modern as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.

A perfect selection for foreign trackers to Alghero who enjoy high end hotels without being overly pretentious. The too S are comfortable however the beds are terrible firm and should all be outfitted with memory foam covers. They also sit a bit low to the ground but people in Europe tend to be shorter in general. The breakfast buffet was great with many options.

Such an amazing experience! First - as I am pregnant, asked for an early check in - no problem! Second, the pool is so clean that even in my state I was able to swim. Food was amazing, service, reception team… Rooms are super clean. Literally no remarks! If we ever come back to Sardinia, that would be the same hotel!

The room furnishings/bathroom were very outdated; there was no safe in the single room. The rooms with sea views were very noisy due to street traffic, truck deliveries, and the beach bar. Overall, it was okay. In the Baltic states, this hotel would barely have 3 stars, but we’ve had worse hotels in Italy. Although the hotel is very well located the room was extremely small and basic with no real amenities other than a bed. The shower was not great without much pressure or hot water. The hotel also does not look anything like the pictures. Although they advertise parking it is very limited and usually booked.

A great hotel located 3 km from the old city center. On Wednesdays, there's a lovely market nearby. The breakfast is extensive, and the coffee is delicious. Very clean hotel. Rooftop pool included, but the water was very cold. The first set of towels is included. Fitness and game rooms are on the ground floor. The room has a minibar, kettle for coffee and tea, and slippers. We arrived very early at the hotel, around 8:30. The Hotel Alma is in a fantastic location right beside the beach. The rooms are clean and adequate for a short break. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Pool was really nice too.

Difficult to find parking. Cars are everywhere. Towels for the pool is not free and we did not get any info about this. The hotel is a 4 star hotel, this is not correct since 4 stars hotels have higher standards.

Our room was 408. It was great! Staff is amazing, so helpful and nice! Everything is very clean and this hotel offers waaaay more than it costs!!! It is a great value for the money. The swimming pool, the rooftop, the food, the balcony - everything is awesome! And the best location in the town!

The room was ok, the location was good however we believed we had reserved a car park according to our reservation details. When we arrived there was no parking available. When we challenged this we were told someone must have made the booking for us which was both irrelevant and incorrect. It took over an hour to find a car park. We would not have booked this hotel had we known there was no carpark...

I have to praise this hotel! The entire staff working at the reception is extremely helpful! They helped us with choosing beaches, organizing excursions and everything else that came to mind. Sometimes we were even annoying with questions, but they were very helpful and ready to answer our every request.

This place is perfect for couples, quiet, close to Alghero town. Nice beaches are 1 hour drive up to north. Breakfast really good,big swimming pool .

The entire place needs a facelift, looks a little from the ‘70s style. The breakfast was kind of expensive. Lots of free parking places. The service was really good. You need to have a car if you want to explore the beaches. On a side note: if you want food outside the local culture hours… just go to Lidl or other supermarkets…

Great experience, the pool was very quiet to be Saturday, not complaining, perfect for a day of relax. Unfortunately there wasn’t much availability for lunch, and considering that you are not allowed to bring food from outside and they only really offer salads and lasagna (pre-cooked) they should be more flexible and allowing to have lunch at any time.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was ideal - across the road from the ocean and the ocean-side sidewalk leading into the old town. A 3 star hotel, but 5 star service. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful! They organised taxis, expeditions, a hired car and sent me to the most fantastic restaurant. I booked a room with a sea view, which helped! The view at breakfast was equally as nice.

Overall the Alghero Resort is not bad, it is just passed its heyday and needs some serious maintenance: Driving up the country road leading up to the resort, following an almost makeshift sign with construction fence on the left partially covered with tattered tarp already made a not-so-good impression. The overall grounds look neglected: The grass and plants have not been tended to, the tennis courts...

This is our first time in Sardinia, and we loved this hotel. Total immersion in the Italian essence, in a renovated convent with beautiful views and surroundings, with a restaurant with typical Italian products. Clean and tidy studio in the heart of the old city. Location is perfect for whatever you wish to do in Alghero.Very friendly hosts offered a lot of tips and tricks + were quick to help with any questions asked. If you are renting car be aware that you will need to park it outside the old town.

Absolutely great for to be just a B&B. The room I got is perfectly new, no muffa, no dirty, the toilet and shower perfectly working and new. The bed comfortable, maybe the pillow a bit big (I like the flat one). There is a small fridge (perfectly working). The aircon works very well, I never felt cold even outside was 4°. Only one small problem is that there is not a kitchen where to cook your meals...

The hotel was ok. Big room but design/decor was dated and it was in a busy industrial area. It was a short walk to the central Alghero area, but there is really nothing around the hotel.

Just ok. Our room had a key that was problematic. Thankfully there wasn’t a fire or we’d be in trouble. Breakfast was not made to order. Basically a coffee and a croissant. Little more toilet paper would have been nice.

The owner speaks only Italian. We couldn't check in right away because no one was there and the property was closed off by a large gate. Fortunately, the nearest town wasn't far away. A 9-minute drive. Beautiful property and quiet. Everything is dated and accordingly noisy. It can ruin your sleep. Breakfast included instant Americano coffee, two croissants, jam, ham, cheese, and yogurt.

Incredible, one of those places that you never want to leave. The place is magical, perfect to disconnect and enjoy your vacation just a few minutes by car from the city. The staff is even better, charming and very attentive and friendly. Without a doubt, to repeat!
