Where to stay in Agrigento

Stayed here for a night, the owners were very helpful telling me ways to get to places and suggested a great place for dinner. Also were nice enough to say I can call them if I have any problems. The location was right under the station and you can take a short cut through to get to the main street with restaurants and bars.

It's relatively close to the train station, but the B&B is a bit hard to find inside the apartment building. I recommend contacting the owner by phone beforehand. The path from the train station to the B&B is paved with cobblestones, making it difficult to drag luggage. There are also few pedestrians, which feels unsafe. All that was the B&B was new. The room was large by European standards. The hostess checked in with me several times each day providing recommendations for sightseeing, meals, laundry, and anything else I might ask of her. I've been traveling Europe for over 30-days straight and this is by far the best accommodation I've secured.

We had a car and Valentina miraculously managed to save us a street space next to the B&B which was a godsend after a long day of driving! She was wonderful and enthusiastic and eagerly showed us everything to do in her city. The B&B is quiet, comfortable and within easy walking distance of the main street.

All was great and Valentina our host was just the best in everything, super pleasant and helpfull.

What a lovely place to stay. Very friendly and attentive service.

It was a very nice with a full kitchen, including refrigerator. There was a modern bathroom with a nice shower. The room is on the 11th floor of the building but there's an elevator so no problem. It was quiet on that floor. You're really close to the train station which is great. Claudio, the host, the good job communicating with me during my stay and was attentive to anything I needed.

This property was very clean and conveniently located to visit the Valley of the Temples. Self check-in was easy. Although the web photo looks like the apartment has a sea view, it is actually located in the middle of the city and the view is of apartment buildings and a railyard. The sea is miles away. Very friendly and helpful owners who were very generous with information and suggestions

Nice large place - just a few minute walk to the old part of the city. The room was clean and plenty big for two people. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Finding a free parking space was a bit of a challenge when we first go there, but we finally found one close by. Mauro was helpful when we had questions or need some local information.

The moment we entered the hotel we knew we were in for a treat, reception was friendly and whilst the lady didn’t speak good English we were able to understand and received good information on the surrounding area. Room was exquisite. Breakfast was very good and the cozy atmosphere made a good start to the day.

- take a taxi! If coming from train or bus stations, its all uphill with no sidewalks and uneven ground. Brutal if hot out - room was spacious with high, vaulted ceiling and a small balconette into the square - weird layout of bed in middle of room and no side table for glasses easily accessible - breakfast spread was varied - yogurt, boiled eggs, meat and cheese, and lots of different cakes - bar...

Not easy to find. Look at the alley next to the Cafe Concordia and go up the stairs. Cannot drive into that alley. The hotel is a couple of doors into the alley, on your right, above the cafe, and not on the left side, as google maps indicate. It's a lovely hotel indeed. Very inconvenient location to reach. To access the b and b you have to climb several steps with suitcases in hand and no help from the manager. The rooms are very dated, bathroom with old sponges, a gem is the "safe": completely removable as it is not fixed to the wall!!! The only positive note: breakfast with sweets prepared by the manager! Truly a fantastic b&b! Excellent location (just behind the bus terminal). The rooms are furnished with class and elegance and the owner is available for any request. Excellent organization for the covid situation (maximum cleanliness and respect for the rules). Possibility of parking.

Good location close to city center and Valle dei Templi. No credit card accepted (and they really push to get paid immediately), we got given the wrong keys so we had issues to go out and go inside, elevator not working one day so we had difficulties to reach the parking, terrible breakfast just small muffins (plastic packed), they leave one coffee capsule per adult and water, not even yogurt or juice...

This is a very beautiful small hotel located outside of Agrigento. You need a car to go out for dinner or explore the area, nothing within walking distance. I had a wonderful stay here with my girlfriend in March which is a great time for travelling Sicily. The owners are very friendly and kind, giving us a lot of advice where to go and where to find great food. the breakfast was fresh with delicious oranges and olives out of their own production.

Wow! Best hotel in Sicily, and we have visited 11 hotels all around the island. Close to the center. Comfortable, we only lowered the rating because the room was very humid and smelled musty. There are some things that could be improved. Otherwise, it was fine.

The property is located very close to the historic center. Parking is fairly close (300 m walk), but there's a fee. The property's image is consistent with reality; the spaces are spacious, though not particularly accessible for those with mobility impairments, as it's spread across two floors. Cleanliness is good. The quality and price are in line with the product.

spacious room with a balcony. The layout is lovely and feels like home. Except that the bed sheet was a little moist so we used hair dryer to dry it. In general 4.5 out of 5, considering reasonable price, good location and good communication.

We stayed two days in this B&B! The room was clean, well-organized, and had a small balcony.
