With all due respect, your reply is not suitable to someone in customer business, and on Google you only have 44 reviews and not all are positive (same as on Booking)
I can't score more than 1 on Rooms - as they are bad (at least our room nr 4 - see photos), Service - just read again your reply, Location - that back street entry feels like a favela (insecurity feeling and garbage on the street).
Dear host, do yourself a favor and start taking such feedbacks in a constructive manner. Lear to handle your customers and use the feedback to see how and what you can improve to the service you're providing.

Is not usual for me to write and post bad reviews.
As a top reviewer, writing reviews for most places I go and having almost 3 million views to the pictures I've posted in my reviews, I tend not to risk affecting a business when things are not right and usually I just skip and not write a review at all.
Unfortunately, for "A Due Passi Dal Centro Sweet rooms" I cannot do this, I need to share our bad experience here:
- booked via Booking;
- pictures on Booking / Google have nothing to do with what you find.. the building and rooms are in a way worst condition than that.
- there is a bad smell of mold since you enter the building, and Room number 4 (where we were booked) have big areas of walls covered with mold... the smell did not went away after keeping the window opened (plus the AC unit smelled very bad when turned on - probably, never cleaned).
- We announce the host after we self-checked in that we have chose to go and stay at a different hotel due to the mold, and instead of a "sorry" they told us that "you need to leave the window open for 30 minutes and will be ok".. Sorry, but no, mold is dangerous.
We have not requested a refund, and in the end managed to find an amazing hotel near by.
As a conclusion dear host, learn to take feedback in a constructive way, spend some money that you earn to fix problems and improve accommodation condition.
For everyone else seeing this review, trust me, spend few more bucks and book a room at a location that values his customers, for your stay.

There was no TV remote. I contacted them immediately, but they said "It should be in the room" and did nothing.
The towels were quite worn out.

If you like hair and fur in the bed
On arrival the apartment was freezing, much colder than the outside temperature which was still mild on this November afternoon. Of course we told the owner, who told us to turn on the heating. The coffee machine leaks... but the worst is in the bed full of hair and fur! the cold, well as we are told we heat it and it will be fine, but the lack of hygiene is not possible!
