Hotels in Arenella

This hotel has so much potential but there are several odd practices that need to be changed. The layout is very confusing. Food lukewarm at best, although pretty good products. Lovely grounds and beach area. AI drinks too small, shops mostly closed. Staff generally friendly but pool stall officious.

Where to start as we were rather underwhelmed with the hotel and feel it falls short of the description. The resort is set in well maintained grounds and there is a shuttle bus to the local picturesque bay. Our apartment was perfect for us and had everything apart from milk for our morning cuppa! Resort and grounds were very nice . Food wonderful. The people overall were unfriendly and rude. The staff for the most part also . I would not recommend for germans or English speaking people . Sad because it was sooo expensive

This resort was a continuous discovery. I came here on my own, yet I never once felt alone thanks above all to the constant support from the reception, the Guest Relation, and the Concierge, who were truly helpful. The room was ok, the resturant totaly amazing with every kind of choice, unfortunately the pizzeria wasn't open yet.

An exceptional place for those who want to combine relaxation with exploring Syracuse and the surrounding area. The owner of the residence is professional, kind, and helpful; not to mention the extremely friendly housekeeping staff. A truly positive experience. Thank you, Residence San Domenico.

We had a wonderful stay at the residence. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and very cozy. Tony was extremely kind and always available, even offering tips on how to best enjoy the area. The location is perfect: ideal for those seeking relaxation, yet convenient for reaching the beach or the city in just a few minutes. Highly recommended!

Very nice place. Peaceful location. Clean accommodation. Large rooms. The 3 rooms had AC. Nice pool. Washing machine available. Owner always very helpful and available. Recommended👌

The place is pretty isolated which is great for peace and quiet. The venue looks newly done up, furniture is modern. the kitchen is user friendly and the pool is a good size and cleaned daily. Everything worked and the tv was broken but was replaced the day after even though we never used it. The parking space has a canopy which means your car remains cool and out of the sun.

We really enjoyed the apartment located in a very quiet residénce. It is very clean and comfortable! We appreciated thé swimming pool. Antonino is very helpful and very kind!

Enchanting place .. a real happy oasis immersed in the quiet of the Syracusan countryside a few steps from all the places of greatest historical and archaeological interest and from some of the most important oases and nature reserves .. But the extra something is certainly the owner. . person available, courteous and attentive to customer needs. I highly recommend it.
