A beautiful place, stunning apartment, incredibly kind people, and a perfect location! Really recommend!

Amazing venue, great hosts and staff, and a lovely large pool which is fantastic for kids and adults! A large group of us stayed here. We took 4 apartments (of the 8 onsite) and really enjoyed ourselves. It’s a short drive to some of Sicily’s best sandy beaches, and a short walk to supermarket and local restaurants. What a wonderful place. Large, spacious grounds, which are once owned by a baron, have now been befitting restored and updated to offer an amazing stay to any guest that is lucky to visit. Large swimming pool, large grounds to explore, outdoor bbq area, fresh oranges and lemons to pick and first class hosts. So glad we spent a week here. My little son loved it and didn't want to leave.

I was last week with my son. Perfect location, 15 minutes from Ortigia and a few steps from the Fontane Bianche beach. Place out of the chaos, relaxing, clean and Mr. Emanuele an excellent tour guide and speaker. Definitely to return.

Clean, spacious apartment, equipped with everything you may need and what is not available, Emanuele ensures that you have it. Emanuele, then, is volcanic! Located 10 minutes walk from the beach of Fontane Bianche and a few kilometers from Avola; I advise.

A lovely small hotel, we were upgraded on arrival, balcony and sea view. Set in a lush tropical garden with a pool. Breakfasts were very good but if you were spending time at the pool getting drinks was not something that happened easily. A truly beautiful property in an idillyc scenario with direct access to the beach. All the rooms are fully equipped and a short walk from the reception and the beach. Oh, wow! It looks amazing and feels the same! Lemontrees and their sweetest smell on every step. A very private and quiet hotel and friendly personnel. Make sure you go to Laghetti Cavagrande for a hike and take the closed route Scale Ricci.

Coming from some very nice places before, our standard was probably quite high but despite the very nice and big pool, there were some things that were less nice. Small rooms, shower of the girls looked quite old and not very clean. This resort was a continuous discovery. I came here on my own, yet I never once felt alone thanks above all to the constant support from the reception, the Guest Relation, and the Concierge, who were truly helpful. The place is pretty isolated which is great for peace and quiet. The venue looks newly done up, furniture is modern. the kitchen is user friendly and the pool is a good size and cleaned daily. Everything worked and the tv was broken but was replaced the day after even though we never used it. The parking space has a canopy which means your car remains cool and out of the sun.

Enchanting place .. a real happy oasis immersed in the quiet of the Syracusan countryside a few steps from all the places of greatest historical and archaeological interest and from some of the most important oases and nature reserves .. We stayed only 3 nights at this place and we enjoyed every minute. The whole place is located in the middle of lemon plantation that brings peace and quiet atmosphere. This is an awesome beatiful place! It is in between of lemon trees with an incredible flair. The landlord is very friendly and helpful with questions. The breakfast with great prosciutto, selfmade marmelades and apricots from a tree in the yard is wonderful. I think you need to have a car to go there but then it is very beautiful to relax or for trips in the region.

Donatella and Corrado were both so helpful. They were generous and gave me advice for everything: the best beach, best restaurants for every occasion, who to contact for my travels. Nice people. The hotel is modest but clean. Outside shower after the beach, a place to hand clothes. I'd definitely go back if I come to the area.

To all the staff I give 4 stars, friendliness and availability 2 star hotel..old rooms Bad air conditioning Normal breakfast nothing special..no possibility to have lunch and dinner on site .. Great location by the beach Recommended holiday for families Overall all in all I give 3 stars
