I wrote a review when I was at Falls Inn in January and I totally neglected to mention how fantastic the food was in the dining room. The Crab Vol-au-vent was simply delicious and as was the Crab Melt. The "deconstructed" lasagna roll was also very unique and quite tasty too. Hotel, staff, food & service first class. Didn’t SPA so can’t comment. Golf course is horrific! Tried to discuss it with the desk staff and emailed the manager - not interested and no reply. By all means go and use the hotel but avoid the golf course which is a shame because there are a few well designed holes just in deplorable condition!

The hotel was renovated from an old post office, and it still has the characteristics of that era. But unfortunately the hotel did not put in any effort in this regard, such as arranging some guided tours.

The hotel is right by the sea, with a good location and valet parking for 15 euros a day. The service staff is very enthusiastic, but the speed is slow... The lobby is beautiful and large. Absolutely the best hotel in Siracusa! We were upgraded to a sea view loft suite for free! Very large room, harbor view outside the window, clean bedding, luxurious breakfast, and warm service. We went in the off-season and parked in front of the hotel for 16.5 euros a day.

First time in Syracuse and this hotel perfectly met our needs in terms of facilities and location. It’s expensive - especially for the sea view rooms, but they are very nice and the view is lovely from them. I would use this hotel again if staying in Syracuse.

Nice Stay Family of four adults staying in one room. It is an older hotel and you have to drive past a depressed area, but the staff was nice, the room adequate and dinner and the breakfast was good.

We stayed here for four nights on our trip around Sicily. They have a large pool that was very refreshing since it was hot. It's a bit out of the way but an easy taxi ride to anywhere you want to go. I recommend Ortigia Island for the shopping, sights and restaurants.

The property is located 4 km from the center of Syracuse. This is a good hotel without too many pretensions. The room is spacious and clean. The abundant breakfast is plus you will find free parking space near the property. Really low prices. Welcoming and very kind owner. I recommend it, I'll be back!

It seems very prestigious hotel but I didn’t see any service they made a big mistake I booked 2 rooms thy wanted to put us in one room. We spent a night at this beautiful hotel and loved it! The hotel is located in a pedestrianized part of the island, just a 2 minute walk from where you can get dropped off by car or taxi. Beautiful rooms and excellent quality products! An easy walk to the center of Ortigia itself, as well as to the Castello Maniace (which is a must visit in itself).

Room,staff, food , all very good. . The central atrium carried noise into the room late at night, the restaurant clear up and staff voices were very loud. Someone’s phone also went off in the middle of the night , again these noises woke us. The only other negative would be the charge for the hot tub at €50 per hour. The hotel is at a very nice location! Along side of the main road, next to a gas station. It has private garage. On the ground, it's free of charge. For underground garage, 15 eur per day. The free one is already very good enough! Facilities are relatively new. They provided slippers upon request. Overall, it was a very nice experience! Oh, by the way, booking via this platform is quite cheap!

Very nice staff and really recommend to book with breakfast- it’s amazing.  Plus is pool on 6 floor.

Except for the remote location and not close to the train station, other aspects are very good. The hotel room has a lot of space, the bed is comfortable, and the bathtub is well designed with massage function, but it may not be used by many people. When using it, there will be small dirty fragments, which need to be opened several times to clean.

Just okay We chose this hotel as it was a bit outside of the main centers of Syracuse and Ortigia. However, we were disappointed that they did not allow us to check in early, even though it was only about an hour to check-in time. This property is wonderful.. it's out in the country. Probably 20 miles from Saracusa, And that is what the issue is: If you drive to the property, no problem at all. But if you take a taxi, be prepared to exist on only the breakfast that they offer. Vincenzo is a great and very warm host always ready to help. You will need a car but it is an excellent location. Quiet, spacious rooms excellent pool but only 15min away from the parkings on the edge of the old town. Great value for money, highly recommend.

Great little hotel. Good breakfast included in my stay and it was close to several things I needed/wanted to go to. It was clean and the staff was good to me. I will thoroughly recommend it.

The room and the bedroom were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. The price was good. The hotel is a little bit far from Ortigia, and it takes about 25 minutes to walk to the cathedral. But it is close to the bus terminal and the train station. And, because of the location, it was quiet at night. Overall, the hotel is good.

There's no safe, no slippers. I expected more from a 4* hotel. The host is very nice.
