Had an amazing experience at the property....special thanks to hospitality of Mr @Frenchasco. Enjoyed the local cuisine to it's core. The most memorable of all dishes were the potato dippers and the pesto sauce freshly prepared and served with spegetti.

Nice Stay Family of four adults staying in one room. It is an older hotel and you have to drive past a depressed area, but the staff was nice, the room adequate and dinner and the breakfast was good.

We stayed here for four nights on our trip around Sicily. They have a large pool that was very refreshing since it was hot. It's a bit out of the way but an easy taxi ride to anywhere you want to go. I recommend Ortigia Island for the shopping, sights and restaurants.

Very elegant and beautiful hotel. Set in lovely grounds, pool and sunbathing area beautiful. Breakfast on the lawn set you up for the days activity. On the outskirts of Siracusa, need to get a cab in and back to see sights costing around 20 euros each way. Staff were lovely and very friendly

3 stars overall because its definitely not 4 stars hotel. Positive points: the staff very kind, the decor of the reception. Negative points: very low quality breakfast not for 4 stars hotel, and we booked executive room but its the same as standard.

The location is perfect for walking around to take pictures of old streets and sunrise over the sea. The food was excellent. Watch out in the shower! Make sure the smaller nozzle is facing down before turning on the water.

We had no prior booking and booked there and then at 2300 hours. Rooms bed is wide, firm mattress . Had 1 charging point. Pool/spa not free - about 40 euro PP. Hot breakfast ( omelet can be ordered via app, fresh juices, ham cuts. ) but include in the stay price. Roof top with selfcervice bar ( you log into computer what you take) .

I didn't like the location or the hotel. Even though it's new, it's not nice, and I didn't have a good time.

The property is located 4 km from the center of Syracuse. This is a good hotel without too many pretensions. The room is spacious and clean. The abundant breakfast is plus you will find free parking space near the property. Really low prices. Welcoming and very kind owner. I recommend it, I'll be back!

The hotel is at a very nice location! Along side of the main road, next to a gas station. It has private garage. On the ground, it's free of charge. For underground garage, 15 eur per day. The free one is already very good enough! Facilities are relatively new. They provided slippers upon request. Overall, it was a very nice experience! Oh, by the way, booking via this platform is quite cheap!

Very nice staff and really recommend to book with breakfast- it’s amazing.  Plus is pool on 6 floor.

Except for the remote location and not close to the train station, other aspects are very good. The hotel room has a lot of space, the bed is comfortable, and the bathtub is well designed with massage function, but it may not be used by many people. When using it, there will be small dirty fragments, which need to be opened several times to clean.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed her for a short (a few days) trip in Ortigia, and the experience was great. The location is amazing, right on the beachfront near everything, and the staff go above and beyond. We weren't the easiest guests im sure, we had many small, but persistent requests and the staff were consistently friendly, and more than happy to meet our requests with grace and enthusiasm...

We had a great stay in Domus hotel. The hotel is located right on the waterfront. Our room faces the ocean. When we opened the balcony door, we saw ocean in front of our eyes and our hearts sang! Our host Cynthia is so friendly. She goes out of her way to help us.

The Domus Mariae Albergo was an exceptional find! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in finding parking (an issue in Ortigia), recommending sites to see as well as authentic restaurants patronized by the locals. The room was clean, the linens crisp and bathroom well appointed. We will stay here again when next in Siracusa!

I had a lovely stay at Domus Mariae, the hotel is charming and conveniently located. Be sure to book a room facing the sea, the view was spectacular. Cinzia was an extremely welcoming and accommodating host. Overall I highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel was renovated from an old post office, and it still has the characteristics of that era. But unfortunately the hotel did not put in any effort in this regard, such as arranging some guided tours.

Absolutely the best hotel in Siracusa! We were upgraded to a sea view loft suite for free! Very large room, harbor view outside the window, clean bedding, luxurious breakfast, and warm service. We went in the off-season and parked in front of the hotel for 16.5 euros a day.

Did a quick baggage drop off today and they were simply spectacular when we came back for a bags they offer coffee for free and we were very intentive and we had a bottle of wine that we had brought back and they offered us to use our tables to sit down and dry our wineDefinitely a class act definitely not something I’m used to when you’re directly across the train station.

This hotel is fantastic! The room was so clean, has in room tea facilities and quality toiletries. There’s many towels, slippers and dressing gowns. First time in Syracuse and this hotel perfectly met our needs in terms of facilities and location. It’s expensive - especially for the sea view rooms, but they are very nice and the view is lovely from them. I would use this hotel again if staying in Syracuse.

We were really fortunate to find a free parking spot right by the hotel where we just left the car for 3 days. Note that the hotel occupies the upper floors of the building. It is well marked, but you have to find the 2 buzzers next to the big wooden door, and press the bottom button to get buzzed in. We loved it and would stay there again.

It is ia rather outdated hotel that requires a lot of maintenance, especially the floors and the bathrooms. The breakfast is moderate, with good Coffee, missing the integral products, and good eatbable fruits.
