Felt a bit dodgy when checking into B&B they wanted me to what's app message them for details of how to check in and provide credit card details. And then on check in no one greeted me even though they buzzed me in , it felt very uncomfortable. Probably won't use again

Friendly receptionist helped us with what we need. But maybe in the future they should just send message or details beforehand for check ins. So we wouldn't bother anyone

Large room, clean and well equipped. Can be noisy around breakfast as they allow children, take ear plugs :)

The room itself was okay, if very bare, and there was no information about anything. Although there was a fridge for our use (and some bottled water provided) there was no kettle and no access to the kitchen until breakfast time the next day, so we couldn't make tea. Good location, good communication & easy check in, tasty breakfast, street parking nearby. Very clean, comfy bed & quiet - no street noise.

We returned to this B&B two years later, again for my daughter's karate competition, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We found this beautiful B&B online. We were supposed to stay one night. What can I say? The owner (Mrs. Mimma) is incredibly kind and helpful, and makes you feel right at home! What really impressed me was how clean the entire B&B was. We also found a wide selection for breakfast. We'll definitely be back! ☺️

Great location, near the sea, ferry station and tram station are huge advantages as well. Indoors are very beautiful and clean with air conditioning, WiFi and basic equipment. What's really special about this place is the staff - Ms Tommasa and James - who are very helpful, welcoming, and available if needed (in person or via WhatsApp) and whose presence make you feel at home. Tommasa hosted me for a couple of days. She and James were amazingly welcoming she made me feel at like at home from the first moment I entered until the end of my stay. Small B&B convenient for the station. Room was clean and tidy with a decent shower. Would recommend and would certainly stay here again. Regarding the breakfast, there is a voucher to be exchanged for a cafe and a croissant at a cafe about a hundred metres down the road. This may not be what people expect but it is well documented and it was an experience to sit in the small cafe and watch the locals...

Ther was mold in the soap dish, dirt or food on the walls, peeling wall paper, over powering/sickening cherry deodorant attempting to cover up cigarette smoke smell and it was dark with barking dogs and crying babies. You get what you pay for. Luckily it was close to good shopping, a street fest and walkable to historic sites and train stations.

Look elsewhere This place is ok. The owners were good about providing instructions, which was good since I never saw them. Also, it’s listed as a “B&B” but there’s no breakfast that I was made aware of, not a big deal for me though. The place wasn’t super easy to find either, and was more like hosted apartment than a hotel. No parking either, so I just parked on the street. Aside from the logistics...

Nice small B&B (seven rooms). Excellent communications about arrival. Rooms on street side get a bit of noise early in the morning. Breakfast outsourced to local cafe - very poor, only a croissant and coffee. Convenient to large supermarket. Overall very good - would definitely stay here again when stopping in Messina.

Actually one of the best accommodation ever in Messina: the altitude will grant you a great view of the "Stretto", the owners are amazing, art addicted (especially music), and finally you get someone in Sicily speaking English... Highly recommended fort those who are looking for a starting point for their excursions in the island

Fantastic views, large garden, very private and quiet. Most accommodating, friendly hosts who speak English. I couldn't have imagined a better place in Messina.

This hotel is exceptional. It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. We were here for work, the rooms were so comfortable, and the decor is absolutely beautiful. I wish I could live there.
