Amazing hotel with rooms and a pool owerlooking the ocean! The rooms are clean and functional and with a breathtaking view (our Room has a view over the ocean). The staff where super friendly and service minded. Thay helped us book all restaurants and taxis all week. Just love this place!

This was a very good hotel with a lovely swimming pool and the added bonus of a jacuzzi. Cleanliness was excellent with rooms being serviced daily to a high standard. Breakfast was good and all staff friendly and welcoming. The complimentary shuttle bus to the port was a nice extra.

Would stay there again Comfortable bed, air con worked perfectly, nice size balcony with pool view, free water refill 24h, good choice for breakfast and good quality, everyday room cleaning, new towels and not worn ones. Hotel well maintained, fresh paint. 5mins walk to negra beach and diving centre, 20 mins walk by main street to the port and restaurants area, 15mins walk to the bottom of vulcano...

We will stay here again!! We loved our stay. Everyone at the hotel was helpful, amazing, and professional. Our rooms faced the pool and had large terraces. The breakfast had multiple choices such as meats, eggs, yogurt, cereal, fruit, pastries, cheese, juices, etc. we also had an excellent dinner at the hotel.

We had a block of three rooms (128, 126, 124) which faced the beautiful pool. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Large terrace. Breakfast each morning had numerous juices, cornetti, eggs, meats, cheese, cereal, yogurt, etc. Servers are highly professional. We had dinner at the hotel, which was excellent. Sufficient stay but nothing special. Friendly staff and structure quite close to the center of Vulcano (about 10 minutes walk from the port) but there are many improvements to be made: the look of the rooms should be modernized a bit and the shower trays should be changed because they seem dirty and in reality they are just old and ruined, even the bedroom fridge should be renewed with something stronger...

Nice structure in the center of Vulcano, not far from the port and the beaches. Kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms equipped with smart TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, fridge. There is also a really nice swimming pool with hydromassage. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, the essentials are there, maybe it could be larger and more varied. Good quality/price ratio, recommended.

Positive elements: friendly staff, externally well-kept hotel in Aeolian style, nice and clean pool, room with large shower, central location of the structure. Negative elements: lack of umbrellas at the pool, basic breakfast with only croissants, rooms not very welcoming and in need of renovation. Overall a simple structure with good prices.

Great place to stay in Vulcano Hotel Aura is lovely. Also the staff. Location is great. Bear the small city center with everything you need in a walk distance.

Perfect location for the volcano
