good location, easy to reach by foot from port, easy access to volcano and beaches, quiet, beautiful view from the pool area, friendly staff, basic but good breakfast

Very friendly staff. The pool was a pleasant extra. Breakfast was very basic, but much better than the expected "one croissant with coffee" assumed after reading comments 🙂.. Excellent location between the town / bubbling sea bath and the crater.

Perfect hotel ! Really ! Except they don t know how to make cocktail lool, they never serve them, but if you ask they will try and give you a lot (too much) alcool ! So kind persons. We décide to stay 2 more nights in the pool in front of the Vulcano with our really strong cocktails...

In August we stayed for a week, we arrived at about 8:00 in the morning, a woman in her 50s met us, she consierge her, sitting, smoking an electronic cigarette in the hall, which would be prohibited by law, despite the fact that it is steam; during our stay we noticed that the bathroom was the only concern of the hotel, the rest of the room was dirty (dust everywhere, floor, furniture ...). At breakfast, one of the waiters (a foreigner, you could tell by the accent) did not wear a mask on his face and was also listless and rude. Too bad, because the structure is very beautiful and you can expect better.

Beautiful hotel in location
quiet a stone's throw from the center and
from the beaches of Ponente and
Levant. The rooms are perfectly air conditioned and equipped with all comforts. The swimming pool with whirlpool offers relaxation and fun both
both adults and children.
The staff is very polite and
ready to meet the
wishes and needs of
guests. In short, a hotel absolutely to be recommended!
