Nice location, wonderful atmosphere. Good room, perfect cleanliness, low noise level, excellent service. A little too costy.

Just WOW!! Not inexpensive but so worth it. If you want a five star stay, this is it!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is incredibly unique in terms of history and architecture. It also has an impressive art collection. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. We loved exploring the area and recommend this incredible hotel to any traveler.

This was one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The 13th century property was renovated with exquisite taste to modern standard. The restaurant, pool, and service were 5-star. The property is like a mini museum with incredible art all around the property. My only regret is to have stayed there only one night. We’ll be back for sure!

Amazing experience overall, the half board meals were delightful! Only complaint is the wellness centre is not amazing, its clothing optional which made us uncomfortable and we didn’t end up using it. Would have been nice to know before booking! Stay very pleasant. Unfortunately, I found myself in the season when parents came with children who made noise, but it was not very annoying. Food good, hotel service excellent. 3 types of saunas plus a swimming pool and jacuzzi. I recommend.

Breakfast was awesome. Our room was spacious and newly renovated. Good value for price.

Communication via email was great before the trip. Clients raved about the spa and especially the breakfast. They enjoyed their massages, although they thought the Wild thyme and Swiss pine massage is just a slight aromatic oil they said- not literally any thyme or pine. It is conveniently located to walk to town, the bus and trails. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely fabulous. Enchanting surroundings, impeccable service. Best for trekking, lake dipping. Slopes are easy to reach too. The spa facilities are great. Some rooms are older than others but good anyway. Fairly priced. I strongly recommend it.

We had stayed already at the Waldsee Hotel, but in winter time. We had visited the area in other seasons, but without having the chance of staying at the hotel.
