On first appearances it is very quaint with traditional but clean rooms, the service is a little lacking, only one option in the evening restaurant they let you know on the morning and only served until 7pm so we ate out both nights we stayed. I stayed here one night during a Dolomites bicycling trip. This is a small-ish hotel in the mountains near Bolzano. It's a nice family-run place, very good service, with a nice bar and good restaurant. There's not much walkable in the immediate vicinity, except of course for some nice views of the Dolomites.

We stayed at Hotel Moseralm with a large group — 13 adults and 8 kids — and were blown away by the unparalleled service. Managing a group this size is no small feat, but the staff handled everything expertly and with grace. We felt truly cared for. The Location is Superb as well as the food. The place is just MAGICAL. We loved it. Its a familly history, a beautiful story that you can feel being there... Spectacular view of the Dolomites from our room and in the spa area! We stayed in the newer part of the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The spa was very clean, modern with steam room, sauna and heated pool. They even have an aufgussmeister hosting sauna ceremonies. The icing on the cake is the delicious dinner and breakfast buffet.

We had dinner at this wonderful agriturismo, which we discovered by chance but turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The staff is incredibly kind and the dishes are fabulous. I was at this magnificent place recently. It's completely redone with wonderful woods, and they've created a spectacular dining room. There were six of us for dinner, with different dishes to try as many as possible: they didn't miss a beat. Their wine was also good, a truly excellent Pinot Noir. The price? Less than going to a pizzeria in Milan. Worth a try.

We stayed for a week in a clean, comfortable and very familiar environment. The location is great and Elisa and her family were very hospitable and provided us with lots of useful tips for our holiday. We will definitely come back to find them.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is incredibly unique in terms of history and architecture. It also has an impressive art collection. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. We loved exploring the area and recommend this incredible hotel to any traveler.

This was one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The 13th century property was renovated with exquisite taste to modern standard. The restaurant, pool, and service were 5-star. The property is like a mini museum with incredible art all around the property. My only regret is to have stayed there only one night. We’ll be back for sure!

Communication via email was great before the trip. Clients raved about the spa and especially the breakfast. They enjoyed their massages, although they thought the Wild thyme and Swiss pine massage is just a slight aromatic oil they said- not literally any thyme or pine. I stayed here whilst escaping from a thunder storm up in the hills.. Receptionist very very helpful with everything.
