Stunning hotel with great attention to detail. Amazing ayurveda treatments.. Peaceful and quiet place (even when the hotel was full) that allows proper winding down, recovery and balancing the doshas. Very professional and friendly staff. Make sure to book your room on the new side.

Really cosy place. Food is amazing, employees are really professional, the SPA is really incredible. Perfect place if you are alone doing a detox/Ayurveda treatment, easy to meet people. I recommend this place that will make you disconnect from your daily routine.

On first appearances it is very quaint with traditional but clean rooms, the service is a little lacking, only one option in the evening restaurant they let you know on the morning and only served until 7pm so we ate out both nights we stayed. We did use the bar and the barman was very friendly and gave good service and wine recommendations. I don't think we would stay again but it wasn't a terrible...

Work related, two nights stay, off any season where most places are closed - that turned out to be amazing stay due to the kindness, hospitality and amazing food of the hotel Adler staff. The host at the front is incredibly generous. It is my second time going there and the customer service and wholesomeness made the experience very relaxing and enjoyable!

Hotel is run by son at the helm working hard at the front desk, breakfast and dinner times, with parent preparing all food. Hotel is located in a good position, bus stop outside so you can take the local bus (most hotels in the region provide complimentary bus passes which is a great idea) to any trails you want to do, with some trails starting from the hotel which we really enjoyed. I stayed here one night during a Dolomites bicycling trip. This is a small-ish hotel in the mountains near Bolzano. It's a nice family-run place, very good service, with a nice bar and good restaurant. There's not much walkable in the immediate vicinity, except of course for some nice views of the Dolomites.

This is our second time here, and once again we are extremely happy. Just like last year, everything has been perfect — nothing more to add! The staff is warm and friendly, the food is absolutely delicious, and the Mountain View Suite is simply wonderful. We stayed at Hotel Moseralm with a large group — 13 adults and 8 kids — and were blown away by the unparalleled service. Managing a group this size is no small feat, but the staff handled everything expertly and with grace. We felt truly cared for. The spa is extraordinary: a thoughtful array of incredible relaxing experiences with jaw dropping views. The food was also top notch. We will be back

We are staying at Moseralm hotel with kids and we are very happy . The service in the hotel , the food , the room , spa area with the different swimming pools … are just amazing /excellent. The Location is Superb as well as the food. The place is just MAGICAL. We loved it. Its a familly history, a beautiful story that you can feel being there... Spectacular view of the Dolomites from our room and in the spa area! We stayed in the newer part of the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The spa was very clean, modern with steam room, sauna and heated pool. They even have an aufgussmeister hosting sauna ceremonies. The icing on the cake is the delicious dinner and breakfast buffet.
