This is our second time here, and once again we are extremely happy. Just like last year, everything has been perfect — nothing more to add! The staff is warm and friendly, the food is absolutely delicious, and the Mountain View Suite is simply wonderful. The cleanliness of the rooms is also outstanding 👍 Thank you again, Moseralm, for making our holidays so special and creating such beautiful memories for us.

We stayed at Hotel Moseralm with a large group — 13 adults and 8 kids — and were blown away by the unparalleled service. Managing a group this size is no small feat, but the staff handled everything expertly and with grace. We felt truly cared for. The spa is extraordinary: a thoughtful array of incredible relaxing experiences with jaw dropping views. The food was also top notch. We will be back!

We are staying at Moseralm hotel with kids and we are very happy . The service in the hotel , the food , the room , spa area with the different swimming pools … are just amazing /excellent. We have booked this hotel at the very last minute and we do not regret at all our choice. If we have to come back we will ! People working at the hotel are all nice 👍 . The Location is Superb as well as the food. The place is just MAGICAL. We loved it. Its a familly history, a beautiful story that you can feel being there...
Great ski in - ski out, great for kids as well as older people!
The food is really as good as they say, the quality, its such a real treat.

Spectacular view of the Dolomites from our room and in the spa area! We stayed in the newer part of the hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The spa was very clean, modern with steam room, sauna and heated pool. They even have an aufgussmeister hosting sauna ceremonies. The icing on the cake is the delicious dinner and breakfast buffet.

I just loved the place. If you want some days away from the hustle: that's the place to go. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are nice (we stayed in one of the new rooms with view to the dolomites), spacious and modern, the brand new spa area was amazing and the food delicious! Every staff member was super friendly and we felt very welcome. The only thing I was not convinced about, was the massage, which was just mediocre. There are a lot of hiking and cycling possibilities, just next to the hotel.

Hotel with good service, friendly staff and good food. Rent of ski: you don't need to bring them back, the hotel takes care. Directly on ski slopes.
