The host at the front is incredibly generous. It is my second time going there and the customer service and wholesomeness made the experience very relaxing and enjoyable!

Hotel is run by son at the helm working hard at the front desk, breakfast and dinner times, with parent preparing all food. Hotel is located in a good position, bus stop outside so you can take the local bus (most hotels in the region provide complimentary bus passes which is a great idea) to any trails you want to do, with some trails starting from the hotel which we really enjoyed. Room was not large, but comfortable with hot water. Breakfast had an excellent spread, eggs cooked to order, yoghurt, fruit, meats, cheeses, breads etc. Dinner was very good too, and convenient to have here after a long day. There is a nice spa area in the basement, with sauna, steam room, relaxation room, showers. really enjoyed this space. Hotel isnt very big which we liked as meant you can have a more personal service. If visiting the area again we would stay here.

I stayed here one night during a Dolomites bicycling trip. This is a small-ish hotel in the mountains near Bolzano. It's a nice family-run place, very good service, with a nice bar and good restaurant. There's not much walkable in the immediate vicinity, except of course for some nice views of the Dolomites.

amazing location and great staff. also very good breakfast. Also the was a small issue with the room that was not resolved because we arrived very late but they gave us a partial refund to compensate

Very familiar hotel, excellent cuisine, we felt at home. Thank you for making our stay special! I recommend everyone to make a stop and also visit the wonderful Carezza lake!

After landing at Venice Airport, our group of four drove to this hotel and stayed the first night of the trip in Italy in late June, 2023. The reason we selected this hotel because it is very close to Lake Karersee (Lago Di Carezza), 3 minutes driving or 15 minute walking. The hotel is family operated with the son as the eighth generation (hard to believe) and manager who speaks English and is very friendly. After checking in, we had a pre-ordered authentic Italian dinner cooked by mother and we really enjoyed the food. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is free included in room. Overall we had a very pleasant experience here, very nice food and room and extremely friendly host. We stayed only one night and did not do any hiking in this area. If you like to see sunrise and sunset of Lake Karersee, we highly recommend this hotel.

It is one of the best location to visit the Lake of Carezza. Dinner and service were perfect and we really enjoyed our stay!
