Doesn’t feel like a 4 star property. The hotel is not modern and the beds need a makeover. Breakfast is not bad.

It was an stay of two nights at Park castiglion with 30 persons as Indian tour group. Place is quite normal. It being on hilly area quite cold in May specially in late evening and mornings. There are two lifts one very small and other slightly bigger. We all were allotted rooms on first floor so mostly had to use stare case. Room is very normal. A good-quality hotel in a convenient location for visiting Castiglion Fiorentino and, thanks to its proximity to the train station, with good connections to Arezzo. Excellent cleanliness and breakfast service. Helpful and courteous staff. Ample free parking.

We stayed at this hotel on a trip through Italy for two nights and found it very suitable for our needs: the bathroom is well equipped, everything is clean, and the breakfast is adequate. It is suitable for a short stay. We came from Pisa and explore Rome from here. As we were on a group tour from india they served Indian dinner. That was ok. Check-in and check-out was fast and uncomplicated.

The hotel is situated in a village with 10 century castle Castiglion Fiorentino in walkable distance. The locality is very good. The rooms are neat and clean. I had dinner from there and they provided kerala porotta like chapathi and veg kofta curry. Staff are friendly.

The staff was very friendly and especially in the reception and the service in the breakfast was very kind and friendly as well!! The cleaning was perfect everything was clean and smelled beautiful as well!! It's a must go place for anyone looking for a hotel to provide them with luxury as well as comfort and top quality service !!

A wonderful property with an amazing spa and a great breakfast. The owner's communication was the best I've seen in almost 100 stays at Booking.com properties and the hostess on site was wonderful. Definitely reserve the private spa (Jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, bathroom with amenities and lounge area).

Delightful structure in the heart of castiglion fiorentino. The new location is spread over a complex adjacent to the ancient city walls and has a garden with a breathtaking view .
