Hotel Park in Castiglion Fiorentino

It not a good hotel because breakfast for Indian is very low category no more verity of foods and no tea, coffee, hot water cattle, steam iron, drinking water bottles etc
Just like Indian lodge

Not at all standard of 4 star. No tea maker, hairdryer, kettle, drinking water bottle, glass.. in short, very poor hotel.

I had no complaints about the welcome, from booking to arrival at the hotel, to the final farewell. The restaurant, however, had a completely negative experience! I'd never encountered such rude waitresses! During breakfast, I KINDLY asked if I could fill two water bottles (250 ml each!) with water (since we were participating in the Ronda Ghibellina) from the bottle, and was told in a completely rude manner, "If everyone filled their water bottles... I'll fill them from the tap for you." I went to get the water bottles, but my friend remained near the two waitresses, who commented among themselves, in a completely inappropriate manner in my opinion, about my request. They were annoyed and unhelpful, and definitely not suited to welcoming guests in the dining room. I'm disappointed, because in a 4-star hotel, the kindness of the staff should be among the most appreciated features. I definitely won't be returning to this hotel, and next year, for the Ronda, I'll book elsewhere.

We stayed at this hotel during a school trip. A terrible experience in every way. Dirty rooms, subpar food with hairs on the plates, appalling breakfasts, and rude staff. Fortunately, the trip only lasted a few days, but it's enough to strongly advise anyone planning to visit these places in the near future. A heartfelt recommendation: stay away from this hotel, which certainly doesn't live up to its 4-star rating.

We went to this hotel on a school trip...what can I say? It's a complete disaster. The rooms aren't cleaned properly, the towels are dirty, the heating and air conditioning don't work. And there's often hair on the plates. The food is truly terrible.
