We were just sleeping ... very nice rooms ... large ... with independent access ... very relaxing and beautiful setting

I've been two nights in this b & b located in the Tuscan hills. Room was clean, nicely furnished. Lovely view. OK breakfast, with bar food and adequate price. I will be back.

We were only there for one night, but very happy with the accommodation. The location (view) is great. The restaurant can also be recommended.

A pleasant discovery. I met this place by chance and now I talk to everyone about it. Delicious pizza, spacious, clean and personal atmosphere Pluto polite. Very good prices. For families and couples. We also participated in the festivities with a concert (garibaldi bros) with the sagra style and remained pleasantly satisfied that evening too. We have been in the tavern pizzeria attached to the recently opened agriturismo. It was a pleasant surprise, platter of cured meats and Tuscan cheeses plentifully accompanied by homemade bread and focaccia, good pizzas. It is possible to taste excellent wine from local viticotori. Friendliness and courtesy are at home.

Beautiful and friendly family hosts. Great location. Close enough to the coast to enjoy the sea, but up in the beautiful hills for great walks and the serene, quiet Italian night sky and cool winds! We did a wine tasting at Fontemorsi. A wonderful experience. The hostess talks passionately about her vines and the different wines she makes. A short rustic walk through the idyllic Tuscan farm followed by a tasting in small company. Generously filled glasses accompanied by a variety of nibbles. All this splendor for a very reasonable price. Recommended!

Very pleasant organic wines. Perfect tasting: also tastings of cold cuts, cheeses and croutons during the presentation of the company and the explanation of pruning with vine specimens for the days when you cannot go to the vineyard, really very useful !! Thanks for the hospitality!!

Nice apartment with two BR & two baths, spectacular view from the pool. Lovely breeze at night. Cleaning of pool and apartment could be better. WiFi is really bad. A nightmare if you need to get work done. Road to the house is dramatic with lowered suspension. Wines are mediocre.

Superb, clean resort, fab swimming pools, lovely setting in the woods, really helpful staff, great entertainment team...I could go on. Was able to travel from Pisa by train to nearby town (but note taxis were expensive). Should have hired a car. Pistachio ice cream was delicious.

I loved how the place was organized, each spot had its own parking place, every house or tent was equipped with all the essentials. The house we lived in had AC, looked like brand new. Indoors cafeteria, restaurant and shop make your live even more comfortable. Perfect place for chillout. We were amazed how much we liked it. Prize is also a big plus, very affordable stay.

Glamping tents were excellent, virtually brand new, plenty of hot water and even air conditioning! Park is lovely, pools great and entertainment staff do a brilliant job.

Decent campsite. Lots of shady trees and space between accommodation. Pools are ok but can get crowded. They could do with more sun loungers though. Take away area closes earlier than expected

Bungalow of our choice was pretty modern, well equipped with a nice, shaded patio. The overall quality of sanitary service did show their age. Pools we're excellent suited to babies.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast selection particularly the daily selection of home made cakes, meats, cheese and coffees all served with a smile. All the linen was fresh and rooms kept very clean.

Wonderful Podere! Very familiar and super quiet relaxed location. There are only 5 rooms and the family plus dog lives in the house. The rooms are big enough and have been furnished with great attention to detail. The hostess is a very, very nice woman - it was really very nice!

It is a wonderful place, especially because of an amazing host Pipo, who made us feel most welcome. He was always very friendly and helpful. The place itself is in really great location where you can easily reach historical towns (such as Voltera and others) as well as a beach, which takes about 20 minutes to get there. We traveled with our dog and can only recommend this beautiful B&B. Pippo and Francesca are very friendly and helpful hosts who do everything to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the complex is very well maintained and lovingly laid out. We'd love to come back.

The resort is big and we have spent 2 nights. The accommodation was as described and expected. The extra costs for bed lines and tovwels was 8EUR/person. To be honest I did not know it till the lady at reception told me. :)

Camping is located in a very beautiful place. Unfortunately the camping is packed with Dutch people so it felt like I was at home. If you want to come here for your rest it's not a good idea. We had a nice holiday. Friendly staff, beautiful pools and a very good restaurant. We had the studio, which is small, so I recommend a 2 room appartment. The beaches south of San Vincenzo are very nice. Many beautiful villages in the area. The standard Tuscan attractions, like Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra, require more time to drive to. The restaurant is one of my favourite places in Tuscany. We had two beautiful evenings with delicious food and great wine. There are vegan dishes on the menu like home made pasta with fresh tomatoes from their garden, tofu in lemon and even vegetable cutlets. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

We spent a beautiful evening and night in Fattoria della Gioiosa during our road-trip through Italy. Quiet and clean place inside the San Martino village, swimming pool, restaurant, large parking lot. Too bad that to pay for bars and services you have to activate a rechargeable card at the reception.

I had a very nice and comfortable accommodation. The place was clean and tidy. There's everything in the room like a gas, plates, cups,.... so you can bring your own food to cook there. The girl that was on the reception is very friendly and kind. I would come back again 💗

Wonderful. Clean, well maintained, great pools. Think they recently had maintenance works etc done after the tough covid period. Did not recognize anything of the negative posts dated from last year. Also restaurant was very good now - still expensive but trying to give you friendly service and food was outstanding.

So peaceful. The staff were really lovely and made you feel so welcome. The pools were fantastic. Never very busy. Plenty of loungers. The spa too was a real treat for some relaxation out of the sun. Plenty of free parking. All in all, just perfect (except for slow Internet).
