Beautiful and peaceful place. My room was clean and basic. Lucia was a great help in my quest to find authentic vineyards, markets and places to visit. She's such a nice person and makes great food!

We stayed for a week in a double room with a terrace. A very quiet place to recharge, and ideal for visiting other places along the coast and inland. Breakfast was excellent, especially the cakes made by the owner. The pool was superb. Highly recommended.

This is really awesome. The place is totally isolated, between Volterra and Livorno. When accessing by car, you can park inside and then directly enjoy the swimming pool. It is very well maintained and the housekeeper is awesome. She was really kind, proposed an awesome breakfast. This is really appreciated. Thank you Lucia and Lavinia!

I stayed on New Year's Eve in this structure with my boyfriend. Very nice environment, surrounded by greenery and really quiet. Very nice staff and the room was spotless, warm and very pretty!
Very abundant and delicious breakfast !. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay there again, I recommend it!
