The hotel is in a great location and has an excellent private, sandy beach. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We really liked this hotel and we looked at all the luxury hotels on Elba and this was the best. Our room (166) was a bit of a hike but sweeping views of the Med (as most rooms), patio and very comfortable. Great pools, nice beach and superb overall facility. Staff was excellent. When we first visited this hotel, many years ago, we met a guest who said it was his 10th visit. Being youngish and with no children, we wondered why return somewhere multiple times, rather than going to new places? Fabulous food, charming staff, stunning location and the Saturday BBQ always a highlight, even if we missed Ferragosto this year. Not a huge fan of fried egg innovation at breakfast - these are simply better cooked to order. And the dinner dessert buffet is poorer without a large bowl of home...

Well slept in this beautiful environment & location. For me clearly the TOP2 of Isola d'Elba. Goof products for food & wine. Perfect, friendly service. Located directly at the sea. Onw private beach! Nice view from balcony to the sea. Private, tranquille surroundings.

Beautiful beach, friendly staff, nice rooms

Hotel Biodola is a 4-star hotel with a 5 star rating. The possibility to park a car, the access to a lovely sandy beach, the sports grounds - tennis, golf, etc - the restaurants, the top class welcoming staff make it a great place to stay at.

The view of the Ocean was amazing and the beach was super clear.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are big enough and clean. Service on reception is very nice and pleasing. Breakfast is big and good, does the job well. The beach and sea are both just awesome. Very good place to rest or to do sports, go hiking etc.

a real immersive experience in sea ambience and luxury hotel

This is an older property but well kept and clean. Front desk service was excellent and helpful. The only detractor is the restaurant is not connected to the main hotel building with no covered walkways during rain.

Spent nine nights in a family room. Quality of hotel was good (similar quality to Novotel), room was recently renovated. Cleaning was always excellent - this is very important - esp when coming back from a beach. All members of staff were friendly and professional, esp. the veteran lifeguard at the pool area. Very easy going and also drove us to our beach excursion. Pool area also very good, esp. important...

Positive - Clean - Big and beautiful area to chill in - Very fitting for little children: Calm beach, children's pool - Nice and attentive staff Negative - Baby bed costs 15$ each night extra (but on the other hand, breakfast is included) - You'll need a car to get around. Not the best location in that regard.

My brief 3 day stay at the Airone Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The place and the surrounding park is well maintained, the rooms always clean and staff ready to help.

Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The staff are all friendly and the breakfast is good. Lovely views across the bay to portoferraio and the lake had lots of egrets!It was a great find!

Really appreciate that its a kid friendly hotel. Great stay there. Amazing view from our room. If I could say something to improve : the climatisation was a bit louder in the room, the second little bed was in the light of the hall at night and a bit noisy...

Fabricia is an nice hotel near to Portoferraio. Every member of staff was friendly. The whole hotel was very clean, the rooms, restaurant, pool 👍🏼 Compared to 3 other 4 star hotels on Elba we visited before, this has the best value for money.

Excellent stay in Hotel Fabricia. We were unsure when we booked but it turned out to be beautiful. The location is good, like 10/15 min drive away from the ferry. It is at the beach in a quiet spot. But perfect for all day excursions you might plan. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are good, we got an upgrade for a sea view room, which was absolutely fantastic. We went one time for dinner...

We had a lovely week staying at Fabricia. The hotel was clean with a calm ambiance and all of the staff were professional, friendly and, those that could, made a great effort to speak English which we were grateful for. We had half-board and really enjoyed the evening meals where we had the same table each evening with our own bottle of wine saved and chilled for us. The food was varied and delicious...

Beautiful stay! The outdoor area was a dream. 10/10 pool, garden, private beach. Tennis was free. Was possible to book boat ride straight from the hotel beach. Not crowded at all. Was able to rent a bike for free to get the store also. Very nice staff. Room was okey also. Will come back.

We had a lovely experience here from beginning to end. Great staff, beautiful gardens, great pool and wonderful little beach accessible straight from the pool area. Great breakfast, lovely restaurant and very good pool bar with fresh sandwiches etc. Had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Structure located in an enviable position, exactly halfway between Porto Azzurro and Porto Ferraio. From the pool terrace, from the dining room but also from the balconies of many rooms you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the gulf of Porto Ferraio. It gets three stars because of the service and the staff. It gets no stars at all for the rooms! We had a 'yet to be refurbished' room, circa 1980, and air con to match (unable to cope with the heat) this was probably once a great place. All amenities are tired, it could do with a full blown re- vamp. Food good, nice wines, excellent staff though.

We were delighted with our stay at the Relais delle Picchiaie; from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and on a par with much more expensive and higher-rated hotels. Staff spoke excellent English and were more than happy to help us with our requests and were always friendly and welcoming. I stayed in a two person room during a conference. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was fine. The hotel consists of multiple small buildings, each with two rooms or so. It is very close to the beach. The room I had was good, the AC system worked very well. Overall everything was good. 👍

The hotel staff are super nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is in quite a central location. I stayed in a shared room which wasn't quite comfortable but it had regular housekeeping. The premises were kept clean as well.

A nice discovery. The three star hôtel is a bit hidden in a very green environnement. Parking available. It's located 50 meters from the beach. Reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff very friendly. Our room was the 23 with view in the sea. The soundproof needs to be ameliorated with some other minor details. Kids and pets friendly. Majority of Italian guest. The wednesday is the diner with entertainment...

A lovely hotel, with great food. Wifi can be a little hit and miss in the rooms but that just means you can go outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
