Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Our expectations were high; the apartment is close to Portoferraio, making it convenient for disembarking/embarking. It has all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette and air conditioning. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we found it very dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, hair on the floor, lizards, spiders, and ants crawling like pets. Pillows in the bedroom were nonexistent; I recommend bringing your own. Furthermore, I had requested a late checkout because I have an 8-month-old baby, but it was denied precisely so the apartment could be cleaned. (Serious doubts.) Let's ignore the price... too bad.

Nice guy at reception. You really need a car if staying here. Theres no shop or anywhere to buy anything. Not even vending machine.

Paid as REGULAR CUSTOMER 4000€ for 4 months. Oct 2023 to Jan 2024. If I knew the real condition of the residence, I probably 'd have booked the staying somewhere else. DO NOT trust the pictures on the medias, they are just a bunch of old inventory stuff... There is no control, no maintenance, no care about the place, etc.. For your safety and wellbeing, STAY AWAY from this place! Ciao.

We stayed four days at this property in mid-September.
Excellent location to reach the most beautiful beaches of the island ... Very large rooms with linen, air conditioning and fantastic sea view balcony.

Beautiful, poorly maintained property. The bathroom is the worst part of the apartment. The toilet, which is leaking water, is high to such an extent that it is unpleasant to use. The shower has a seat that cannot be removed making it difficult to wash standing up. There is the tent and not the box. The terrace is nice, habitable with a view of the sea (in the distance). Unfortunately, under the terrace there is a dirt road from which a lot of dust rises as the cars pass. The poorly equipped kitchen: the colander, the pot holders, etc. were missing. Cleaning is superficial as I have rarely seen. I had to clean some parts for decency like sticking kitchen handles.

Nice facility but rude staff and lack of hygiene. Two rolls of toilet paper were provided for a week and once they were finished and requested others the answer was: "what do you need them for?" Even the bins were soon full and we lived with the garbage coming out of them. Sheets that had to be changed every three days never changed.

Residence surrounded by greenery, away from traffic but still very convenient for reaching any service.
