The hotel is very clean, and there's complimentary water in the room. The soundproofing isn't too bad either. We'll definitely come back, but if you're driving, try to arrive early, otherwise you might not find a parking spot. The paid parking garage is a bit of a downside.

Good location, modern and clean , just First suburb of Firenze, big parking good And various breakfast. In 3 minute you could arrive to a cheaper parking served by the subway T2 that in 15 minute will take you to the city center, very convenient if you have a car.

We had good hospitalities at this hotel during our stay. Since all receptionists are so kind, we are very comfortable whenever we ask our favors. We will stay this hotel next time when we visit Firenze again in the future.

The air con seems not working properly for all 4 of our rooms, not sure why.

Location-wise, for those travelling with an aeroplane, I would say this hotel is quite a good choice. When you have a car, it probably doesn't make that much of a difference. However, for the given price (350 euros for a double according to the price tag behind the door), I found the well sized room wear and tear a bit marked, with a subpar cleaning service. Its in the middle of the highway. Worked perfectly for me. If you dont have a car its difficult location.

Aside from the location, which is a bit further from the city center, the hotel is really great. It's outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone) and further from the center. The room was very large and comfortable, and the hotel was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast and the staff were attentive. I recommend it.

Easy and free parking. The room was spacious and bright with full amenities. The price was cheap, but there was a city tax of 4 euros per person per day. The breakfast has been getting worse; there used to be yogurt, but now it's gone. The scrambled eggs didn't look appetizing either. Breakfast needs improvement.

Hotel is better then some people thinking. Main loby, restaurant and 6th floor where I stay looks like after renovation one ore maybe two years ago. I had 2 or 3 mosquitos in my room, but there was repelent to plug in. Breakfast was basic but OK and coffee from bar was excellent 👌

Good location and price. Not walkable to public transit. Airport Shuttle costs 28€ and must be reserved the day before. We ended up waking up early and were stuck waiting in the lobby for 30-45 min. Front desk would not cancel/reschedule shuttle. I’d advise to just use a taxi.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. There s an Indian kind and welcoming guy at reception. My room was big enough and all facilities worked well except flush tank. I had a good night in this hotel.

Average hotel for a budget night. The problem was there was no cold water and no one was there to report the problem. I had to use a wastebasket to clean the toilet. Unacceptable for the price. I'm unsure whether to ask for a refund or not.

Near the center and convenient, there is also parking.

Very nice hotel. Actually, the most affordable stay in Florence. The room was clean. The city can be reached in 20 min with a nearby tram stop. for a budget tourist - a deal.

All the reviews aren’t fair. It’s 20€ a night with included breakfast. You really can’t except a four star hotel for this price. Our windows did creak a bit but that didn’t bother us, they shut perfectly and we didn’t hear the airport or the nearby streets...

It's a clean and inexpensive place to stay with friendly staff and nice big towels. I've read other reviews on it they are not being fair you can expect a top shelf breakfast when you are only paying twenty-five euros a night. You get what you pay for.

The hotel is very close to the Florence Airport. We booked this hotel because we had a very early flight and wanted to be close to the airport. The room was clean and had a decent shower. The hotel had a very basic dinner with a full bar and it also provided shuttle service to the airport for a small fee.

A fabulous find! We needed a place near the airport to rest for a few hours before our journey home. The rooms were clean, functional and cool! Even though they couldn't guarantee an early check in, the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel has a pretty terraced garden for those wanting to sit outside. A real life saver!

This hotel is mostly just convenient for travelers. The area is not nice, but it is close to the airport. The room was fine. The breakfast was fine. It was as I expected for the price and the location. I would stay here again if I needed quick access to the airport.

Although the location isn't in the city center, there are bus and light rail stations nearby, which is quite convenient. There's also a large supermarket nearby for supplies. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the rooms are very spacious. Florence is beautiful!

The room was very clean, and while a bit old-fashioned, it was still quite charming. Free parking in this area? What more could you ask for! For a business trip, it's a really great option for a solo traveler to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is very clean, spacious, and quiet, and the staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is also excellent. It's very easy to get to the center of Florence by tram, which stops just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

Considering the price, this hotel in Florence is already very good. A 5-minute walk takes you directly to the tram, which takes you directly to Florence Central Station or Florence Airport.

Great stay, warm welcoming staff members available 24/7. Breakfast was great with homemade pastries and pies. The location is around 25mins away from the main station but the transportation was available and convenient to commute. There are no supermarkets nearby so better get your snacks or water bottles from the central. Would definitely recommend the stay overall 👍

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very generous. It is also close to the tram and with the T2 it takes less than 20 minutes to the center. The rooms were a little small but had everything you need; I recommend it to someone who wants to visit the city or is in Florence for work.

I liked this hotel. In my opinion, we have points to upgrade (as you see, is an old structure) but except this everything as okay. There is a modern shower and comfortable beds. Lovely hotel and enjoyed the pool area, though it closes at 7.00 pm, which is early. Especially as it’s still very hot and lots of daylight left. We used the hotel as a one night stop over on our holiday to Tuscany. It was 25 Euro in a taxi from the rank after midnight. They were very accommodating, especially as our flight was delayed, should have landed at 23:10. It is clean and suitable for one night. Receptionist was very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay here again.

The Reception Manager was very helpful and informative. Didn't get her name unfortunately but this hotel was close to the tram and comfortable.

It is clean but the floor of the rooms is old and cannot be really cleaned, it should be renovated, but in general was a good experience

I like the high room temperature in this hotel. Esp in winter, it’s crucial to stay warm and comfy. I don’t like that there’s no kettle in the rooms. To use boiled water (for drinking or tea), you have to pay 1.00 euro per fill. For a 4-star hotel, it’s a bit disappointing. If the electricity system in the old building can’t handle kettles, then offer hot water downstairs for free.

It is little bit far from old town. But very clean and staffs were so kind.

Nothing super close, but we stayed here to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Didn’t need to leave the property as the restaurant was excellent!

The hotel is amazing. The AC didn’t work in our room but the staff did everything in their power to fix it and it finally did work. The breakfast buffet was bad. They need to do way better. We’ve had better breakfast selections at a $150 per night hotel. Overall amazing though.

Staff was professional. Hotel is old and could use some sprucing up. It was passable for our one night stay in Florence before a very early flight back to the U.S. after 3 weeks in Europe. No traffic at 4:30 am on the way to the airport. 😀
