It's near the airport, but very quiet. Parking is free, but there are actually very few free spaces on the ground floor. The basement is charged, and the fee is not cheap, more than 100 RMB per night. This is not written in the parking lot. If the ground floor is full, it will be very embarrassing. They will not care about you. You either give in or don't park.
Terrible hotel, I couldn't understand why I paid so much money and there was no water in the room. The breakfast was also bad. Don't pay for breakfast. There was nothing in the breakfast.

The room was very clean and the price was right. It was a good experience. A good choice. There is a bar downstairs. You can order a glass of red wine and some cookies or chocolates. It's really comfortable to sit quietly for a while.
Location-wise, for those travelling with an aeroplane, I would say this hotel is quite a good choice. When you have a car, it probably doesn't make that much of a difference. However, for the given price (350 euros for a double according to the price tag behind the door), I found the well sized room wear and tear a bit marked, with a subpar cleaning service. I was here for a conference. The place was once very grand, but looks like it's fallen from grace somewhat, probably because it's not in a great part of town, and because it's under the flight path for Florence airport! Am sure it was stunning once, but now only stay if you needa cheap airport hotel or you're on a budget.
Charming location close to Florence. Rooms a bit outdated, good service and reasonable rate for what it offers. Very nice park sorrounding hotel and swimming pool are a plus.
Cleanness should definitely be improved. And the Vila should be renovated. However, it is still a very good price for what you get. And you really feel like live in the history.
All very nice we were there 2 nights and it was very nice, the room was attended to on the theme of the villa,the only thing that left me a bit puzzled was the maintenance of the external part seemed a bit left in him, I hope it's just because maybe we are a little out of season, because it would be beautiful as a garden area including the swimming pool....

Beautiful place situated in the hills above Firenze. Tranquil, secluded, peaceful and soothing. You'll need to have a car. The host is the best he's very kind and helpful. This place is perfect for a family or big group of people. One thing that was negative no air conditioning on the rooms. But otherwise very nice.
The estate is surrounded by greenery, has a fantastic view over the city of Florence, the rooms are well furnished, a bit shabby as the furniture, the smell of lavender, the breakfast is plentiful and caters for all tastes, both sweet and savory, the owner and Paul are very friendly and welcoming, give tips, with map in hand on the places to visit and where to go to eat well without spending too much...

Maria Rosa was a great host, brought coffee and a croissant every morning and gave us some very nice tips for in Florence and how to get there by train. The accomodation has it's own typical style, but with all that you need!

Nice B&B on the hills of Florence (close to Sesto Fiorentino). Public transportation is not so close. The location is very nice and peaceful, surrounded by olive trees. The owner is very kind and welcome and will serve you a nice breakfast. Advised if you want to visit Florence but stay at a quiet, relaxing place at night.
Clean and quiet are the masters of the environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing out of place! The only problem is the way to reach it because it is tight, but still feasible! Highly recommended!!!
Very large room, with the possibility of climate control, but does not seem to be needed given the thick walls that provide a cool climate. Bathroom with shower cabin and a “double”. I was looking for a quiet, private place with a terrace surrounded by beautiful nature. This incredible property was perfect for me. Please note that this property is on the outskirts of Sesto and you will need to rent a bike or car to get to the Sesto train station. From there, it's a short train ride to Florence.
Very lovely property with great views. Spacious apartment with small kitchen to make coffee and prepare small meals. Good, secure insight parking. Very peaceful. Great restaurants up the hill (must drive).

The surroundings are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The owners and hosts are really nice and knowledge. It is simply a paradise that gives you the feeling to be in the country side even though you are in Sesto. Would recommend this place to everyone that is looking for a nice relaxed place to stay at.

The best experience you'll ever have! Me and my family stayed here for 1 week, we were so overwhelmed with the warm welcome we got from the family.
