Since all receptionists are so kind, we are very comfortable whenever we ask our favors.
We will stay this hotel next time when we visit Firenze again in the future.
Staff were friendly and professional, especially the barman, who also worked in the restaurant in the evening and the following morning at breakfast.
The food during our evening meal and for breakfast was really good.
The only downside was that during check in we asked for a taxi to be booked to the airport the following morning. On checking out we were informed it was not possible to book a taxi in advance and one had to be booked then. It didn't end up being problem, but it would have been better if we were told this when we checked in.
