The hotel is a bit ways from the city of Florence, 20+ miles but close to the highway. Relatives to the hotel prices in Florence this was much less expensive since we had a rental car. Very clean place, nice size rooms and pretty good choices for breakfast included. The staff was very cordial and helpful and they do speak English good enough to convey the message.

All ok. Good spot for the travellers to south of Italy.

As this was the 2nd time staying at this hotel we knew what the standard was, I would recement the Hotel Michelangelo for a stopover as it is well sited to the motorway going North or South with friendly and helpful staff.

Arrived very late due to flight delay , communication and support from the hotel about late check in was fantastic and the owner even stayed until I arrived at 00.30. Recommended.

Staffs are almost all kind and welcomed except one in the reception in the evening.

Stopped overnight during our vacation driving towards south of Italy. Convenient location outside of Florence but close to the highway. Clean and pleasant rooms. Good mattresses. Everything works. Prices are much better than in Florence for better quality. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for an overnight pitstop.

We had an overnight stay Hotel 11 Viandante. The room was clean and the mattress and sheets were so comfortable and I had the best sleep. A very quiet place surrounded by greenery, with the sound of the stream in the background. Strategic location near historic villages and the town of Arezzo. Barbara, the owner, welcomes you with great warmth and spontaneity. Breakfast deserves top marks.

Only two nights (unfortunately), in a splendid location surrounded by the greenery of olive trees, oaks, and the gentle babbling of the nearby river waterfall. The attention to detail throughout the rooms is exquisite, with abundant breakfasts offering a wide selection. And the icing on the cake is "Barbara," extremely kind, welcoming, and available to answer any questions.

My boyfriend and I just spent this weekend here. What can I say? The place looks like something out of a fairytale, a detached house with its own garden, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, super clean and fragrant, and equipped with every comfort (stove, moka pot, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, cutlery, soaps, etc.). The owner, Barbara, welcomed us. She loves what she does...

We loved staying here. Barbara was kind, accommodating and made us feel really welcome. She was super with our little daughter. This place has also a hidden gem of a waterfall at a walking distance from the property. Loro Ciuffenna and its surroundings (including Arezzo) is a wilder and beautiful part of Tuscany who I would recommend visiting to anyone. *****

A very nice place, a little difficult to reach, but Barbara's hospitality is unique and makes up for it. The tiny apartment has no kitchen, but it has everything you need for breakfast, including an electric stove and a wide selection of fresh croissants that Barbara provides. Clean and welcoming. Tastefully and lovingly furnished.

Intimate, clean, well furnished B&B, with a large garden available and a very good breakfast, it is located a few minutes by car from the villages to see and restaurants. Very kind and jovial owner!
