Wow! What a beautiful location, stunning hotel and the food was amazing. Couldn’t fault a single thing. The spa facilities were super clean and enjoyable as were the towels dressing gown and slippers provided a great extra touch. Perfect place to unwind and enjoy the Italian countryside.

It's a lovely place. It's up a pretty rough dirt road, and if you are on a motorbike it might be difficult, but it's beautiful, quiet and clean, and the restaurant is very, very good. Enchanting place and perfect base camp for visiting Umbria, Tuscany and Marche. Lovely place with very well-kept swimming pool and greenery. Very nice, kind and attentive managers. General cleaning excellent as excellent is the kitchen (mid-August lunch nothing short of gargantuan). Highly recommended for dog owners who can run around freely here. I'll be back!

A fantastic place, tucked away but close to town. It's clean, has everything you need for a vacation, and includes a swimming pool with a beautiful view. There are also several easy, picturesque hiking trails nearby. It's a good base for exploring much of Umbria and Tuscany.

The apartment we rented is located in a complex of several other apartments with independent entrances. The location is beautiful. The pool is lovely and offers a splendid view. Very quiet. Parking is very close and no reservation is required.

Excellent welcome, enchanting location surrounded by greenery, good for reaching the historic center of Città di Castello and other beautiful nearby villages. Comfortable and very clean rooms. I confirm everything that Mrs. Pina the Cat has written. He summed it all up perfectly. Absolute silence and peace by day and by night. There were 5 of us and we didn't have any problems. The little one was also able to play football on the soccer field. Perfect vacation. Location at the right distance for the villages to visit.

Super comfortable, clean and well furnished rooms, where nothing is really missing. The breakfast is the strong point, abundant and varied. Excellent pies that Mr. Federico takes care to bring fresh early in the morning. As soon as there will be an opportunity we will return.
