We were two couples. The location was excellent, allowing for excursions to various destinations, both in Umbria and Tuscany, not to mention the Marche region. Federico, the owner, was exceptional; he immediately made us feel at home, with fabulous breakfasts, generous and with a wide variety of choices. We also recommend the B&B restaurant, which was more than reasonably priced, and allowed us to savor the flavors of the region. We spent ten unforgettable days. Highly recommended.

Quiet location within easy reach of the nearest town. Generous room. Welcoming and charming host. Friendly staff. Adjoining pizza restaurant was open on the second night - excellent pizzas.

Finely restored farmhouse with exposed beams and terracotta floors. Nice clean room and bathroom with suspended sanitary ware. Sweet and savory breakfast, fresh cakes, professional machine that dispenses coffee, cappuccino, chocolate and more ... just as good as at the bar. What can I say, everything perfect! Federico, the owner, is very welcoming and provides information on how to move around the nearby towns and cities. It was really a pleasure to meet him!
Going down to the ground floor we took advantage of the Macomè restaurant, with space also outdoors. Truly exquisite platters, pizza, Florentine and homemade desserts. Just a pizzeria / restaurant to take into consideration. Very welcoming owners!

Super comfortable, clean and well furnished rooms, where nothing is really missing. The breakfast is the strong point, abundant and varied. Excellent pies that Mr. Federico takes care to bring fresh early in the morning. As soon as there will be an opportunity we will return.

Cozy, nice and clean room. Very abundant breakfast both sweet and salty, very rich and varied with typical local products. Mr. Federico was very helpful and kind giving directions and advice on places to visit and restaurants in the area. Mrs. Michela was very welcoming and courteous, meeting any request and proving to be an excellent cook ... Unforgettable breakfasts! An absolutely recommended place!

Farmhouse not far from Città di Castello, easy to reach, with restaurant nearby. Private parking. Clean room complete with every comfort. Full sweet and savory breakfast. The thing that makes the difference compared to other b & b is the welcome and the attention x the guest that both Mr. Federico and Mrs. Michela have reserved for us. Thanks again it was a pleasure to meet you.
