Staff is very friendly and speaks English. There are two pools that you have access to. One indoor at the SPA and one outside. The croissants at breakfast are amazing. They even asked us if there was anything else in particular we wanted for breakfast. The room was clean in a typically Italian rustic look. There is a restaurant and pizzeria. The best Pizza I had in my lifetime of traveling.
They have horseback riding available and golf. There is even a little golf shop at the hotel. So why didn't I give it five stars... well the rooms didn't have air conditioners and there was no wifi. However if you are looking to just get away and relax this is the place.
