I love this hotel and everything about it. The rooms are very comfortable, the grounds, pool & gym are well maintained, the restaurant menu is delicious and the staff are all exceptionally helpful, and friendly. We return every year and it is always a delight to stay there.

Really amazing hotel. I highly recommend it. Super great location and pretty views. I couldn’t get the heat to turn off, so I was very hot at night but I am sure they will adjust that as the summer closes in.

Excellent stay at this hotel! The location is ideal, just a short walk from Gubbio's historic old town, a breathtaking medieval walled city. The rooms were fantastic, and the hotel itself has a unique atmosphere, almost like staying in a museum.

This was such a beautiful hotel + setting! The grounds are so serene. We felt very well cared for while here. We were 2 adults + 1 child in a room, they even set out an extra kids robe for my son which he got such a kick out of. The pool was pretty cool, our son enjoyed playing and swimming there. My only complaint (and a very American one at that) is that the air conditioning was VERY loud, and...

Nothing really stuck out for me at this hotel as being anything above average. I didn't find the staff to be overly friendly or going out of the way to make my stay anything special.

We have stayed twice at this hotel, once in the summer and once during the holidays. The staff were outstanding. The place itself is fabulous, with old wooden beams and floors. The desk clerk, Julia, was so helpful and nice and friendly. The breakfast room is gorgeous, along with the yummy breakfast. I wish we had stayed there longer. Location was perfect. I would return in a heartbeat!

Not easy parking, but i am very disappointed becuase I had to leave the hotel 2 days before scheduled , and they couldn’t reinburse any money. They say ******* didn’t allow them to do it. ******* knew about the change of dates before I arrived to Italy. Not fair at all.

Overlooked gem. Beautiful medieval town with modern amenities and great restaurants. Free parking is available in the garage by the cable car.

Wonderful property and perfect central city location in the heart of Gubbio. Staff goes above and beyond. Ask about the parking accessibility beforehand which we did. It’s a mid-evil walled city so access can be difficult if you are not prepared. We parked at the base and took the elevator up. Very nice place to stay in Gubbio, rightly located and friendly staff. Hotel has also a nice restaurant below in the city. Don’t turn though your GPS to get there rather call the hotel manager!

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Hotel itself is in a great location with amazing views. We loved exploring all the little areas within the hotel… lovely roof top area and quiet seating areas outside and inside. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Excellent old style Italian hotel right in the middle of the medieval centre of Gubbio. Parking is an adventure, but once that is sorted you can enjoy Gubbio at you doorstep. The rooms are dates and so is the hotel, but it has character, great friendly staff and perfect location to everything you need for a few days stay.

A pilgrim walking to Assisi I was walking St Francis Way and stopped at Gubbio. A beautiful small city on the walk to Assisi. The hotel is excellent and the accommodations are superb. Breakfast is also superb. Nothing to complaint about.

Attentive and very kind staff: the receptionist (Luana) contacted me by phone to specify the most convenient way to park and get to the hotel. The suggested restaurant delighted us. Excellent cleanliness (room, bathroom and common areas). Abundant, varied and good quality breakfast. We'll be back!

We spent a weekend in this property.. very friendly staff.... the room on the 2nd floor complete with a truly beautiful terrace... spacious and comfortable..... the buffet breakfast was also excellent.... close by in the center and close to the central car park..Well done.....

We had our wedding reception at Castello Cortevecchio on 30th May 2023, and stayed a total of 9 nights, Luca, Andrea and Luigia couldn't have been more lovely, the rooms are beautifully rustic, the restaurant food is amazing, the surroundings are really well kept and I literally cannot fault anything. 41 of us came for our wedding in Central Gubbio and stayed here, all our friends and family absolutely...

Too bad that the economy rooms are a bit poor at the price of 65 euros .. while with just 20 euros more 85, you have a beautiful mini-apartments inside the castle (the economy rooms are located further away in a structure that is not very well kept. . Nice central hotel Centrally located hotel with various quality rooms. The single room was modest with a tiny bathroom but nevertheless fine for a single night. Breakfast typically Italian with lots of sweet pastries. Minimal fruit. Nice outdoor space and noticed large indoor play area for children.

Cozy room in the historic center of Gubbio. Excellent check-in with extremely helpful desk clerk. He directed me to the free parking area. Room had a door onto the rooftop terrace. Bed was hard. I recommend this hotel if you get a good price.

Position was great, just outside the city centre. Free parking really close to the hotel also simplified the short stay. Staff was really helpful and gave us a lot of tips.

Great place and amazing staff! The swimming pool was a lovely plus.

The room was small but clean. We did have small black bugs in the room but I attributed it to having the windows open because it was so hot the fan didn't do anything to bring relief. I wish they had added a fridge but the space is so small there isn't any room for one. The staff was friendly and it was nice being able to enjoy the pool. The seafood was delicious but their menu wasn't very kid friendly...

The property it’s in a very quiet and beautiful place. You have everything in a apartment. The owner will live you milk, coffee and ciambellone for breakfast. They are very kind, friendly and helpful .We eat dinner in a restaurant and it was very good.Our stay was very pleasant.

The farm is located in the hills on the outskirts of Gubbio so excellent for relaxing 10 minutes from the city. The structure offers mini apartments equipped with kitchen and everything needed for the preparation of meals. The place seats on top of the hills overlooking the amazing skyline of Gubbio, both night and day landscape view is astonishing. My wife and I stayed there for a week. Lovely quiet place. The room assigned to us was very clean as was the bathroom. Nice and helpful managers. Externally it is surrounded by greenery with a splendid well-kept swimming pool. Excellent location for visiting Gubbio and other places. Super recommended, we will be back soon.

First weekend of September in Gubbio and overnight stay in this place structure pleasantly surprised us! A few km from the city, surrounded by greenery, panorama and maximum tranquility. An incredible place immersed in Umbrian nature. The family that runs it is lovely; they genuinely do their best to accommodate guests and make them feel at home. We felt part of their family. Food is organic and locally produced, and we tasted their fantastic wine and oil. Our baby enjoyed the freedom of being in the countryside yet in a protected and clean environment. We'll be back!

The hotel is located in a strategic place to visit the city, paid parking and with a few more steps there are free parking spaces. Just returned from a weekend, a wonderful, relaxing, quiet place, surrounded by greenery as far as the eye can see. The farmhouse has been renovated, the apartments are well-kept, equipped with everything, perfect hygiene and cleanliness. Stefano and Claudia are nice, very kind and always available. I really recommend it to everyone!

The view is like the hospitality, endless.
