I love this hotel and everything about it. The rooms are very comfortable, the grounds, pool & gym are well maintained, the restaurant menu is delicious and the staff are all exceptionally helpful, and friendly. We return every year and it is always a delight to stay there.

Really amazing hotel. I highly recommend it. Super great location and pretty views. I couldn’t get the heat to turn off, so I was very hot at night but I am sure they will adjust that as the summer closes in.

Excellent stay at this hotel! The location is ideal, just a short walk from Gubbio's historic old town, a breathtaking medieval walled city. The rooms were fantastic, and the hotel itself has a unique atmosphere, almost like staying in a museum.

This was such a beautiful hotel + setting! The grounds are so serene. We felt very well cared for while here. We were 2 adults + 1 child in a room, they even set out an extra kids robe for my son which he got such a kick out of. The pool was pretty cool, our son enjoyed playing and swimming there. Nothing really stuck out for me at this hotel as being anything above average. I didn't find the staff to be overly friendly or going out of the way to make my stay anything special.

The place itself is fabulous, with old wooden beams and floors. The desk clerk, Julia, was so helpful and nice and friendly. The breakfast room is gorgeous, along with the yummy breakfast. I wish we had stayed there longer. Location was perfect. I would return in a heartbeat!

Not easy parking, but i am very disappointed becuase I had to leave the hotel 2 days before scheduled , and they couldn’t reinburse any money. They say ******* didn’t allow them to do it. ******* knew about the change of dates before I arrived to Italy. Not fair at all.

Overlooked gem. Beautiful medieval town with modern amenities and great restaurants. Free parking is available in the garage by the cable car.

Nice central hotel Centrally located hotel with various quality rooms. The single room was modest with a tiny bathroom but nevertheless fine for a single night. Breakfast typically Italian with lots of sweet pastries. Minimal fruit. Nice outdoor space and noticed large indoor play area for children.

The hotel is located very close to the historic part of Gubbio, so one can walk everywhere. It is very nicely decorated, the staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable and very reasonably priced. A really perfect place to enjoy wonderful Gubbio !

Cozy room in the historic center of Gubbio. Excellent check-in with extremely helpful desk clerk. He directed me to the free parking area. Room had a door onto the rooftop terrace. Bed was hard. I recommend this hotel if you get a good price.

Great location! Room was clean and spacious with a small refrigerator. Very convenient to town. Take the train ride around town. Visit Assisi. If you love heights visit the Basilica of San'Ubaldo. The views are amazing!

Very nice place to stay in Gubbio, rightly located and friendly staff. Hotel has also a nice restaurant below in the city. Don’t turn though your GPS to get there rather call the hotel manager!

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Hotel itself is in a great location with amazing views. We loved exploring all the little areas within the hotel… lovely roof top area and quiet seating areas outside and inside. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Excellent old style Italian hotel right in the middle of the medieval centre of Gubbio. Parking is an adventure, but once that is sorted you can enjoy Gubbio at you doorstep. The rooms are dates and so is the hotel, but it has character, great friendly staff and perfect location to everything you need for a few days stay.

A delightful hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Delicious and abundant breakfast offerings. Right in the middle of Gubbio's Old City. Room was clean and had everything you'd need. My room overlooked the square below and I enjoyed the regular ringing of the many bells in town.

Our holiday in Umbria just ended, and we stayed at the Casalta farmhouse. We were happy we chose this property because it's beautiful. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast excellent, and the view breathtaking, right on the Christmas tree. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend it!

A welcoming and picturesque property located about a ten-minute drive from the center of Gubbio. The accommodations are welcoming in their simplicity. I didn't particularly appreciate the lack of a bidet in the bathroom, but the apartment had everything you could need... from dishes and a small refrigerator to a drying rack and a hairdryer. A unique experience. I went with my family to spend a few days in Gubbio and see the tree lighting. It was wonderful! The location is also strategic because you can see the lighting very well from the farmhouse; in fact, chairs are set up to allow for a good view. We stayed at this agriturismo as guests at a wedding in Gubbio. The breathtaking views, tranquility, large pool, generous breakfast, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable beds, and above all, the owners' hospitality made for a wonderful weekend. Our dog went wild with joy at the vast surrounding meadows where he could run around. We couldn't have chosen a better place and we can't wait to return!

My wife and I stayed there for a week. Lovely quiet place. The room assigned to us was very clean as was the bathroom. Nice and helpful managers. Externally it is surrounded by greenery with a splendid well-kept swimming pool. Excellent location for visiting Gubbio and other places. Super recommended, we will be back soon.

First weekend of September in Gubbio and overnight stay in this place structure pleasantly surprised us! A few km from the city, surrounded by greenery, panorama and maximum tranquility. Interior well cared for throughout and maximum hygiene. Delicious basket x breakfast, courtesy and availability from the owners. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful villa, brand new and quiet room, spotless bathroom. The park and swimming pool are fantastic and have an unsurpassed view of Gubbio. Delicious breakfast served in a super charming room. Very nice place. The apartment Was on two stories so plenty of room for the family . It was nicely renovated. The whole building and garden was very well maintained. Only difficulty was the very long drive down a lane which took almost 10 mins to get to the main road.

Just returned from a weekend, a wonderful, relaxing, quiet place, surrounded by greenery as far as the eye can see. The farmhouse has been renovated, the apartments are well-kept, equipped with everything, perfect hygiene and cleanliness. Stefano and Claudia are nice, very kind and always available. I really recommend it to everyone!
