A wonderful and luxurious little hotel in a beautiful city. We had an incredible experience both times that we visited - the hotel has great interior design, a magnificent private spa and is located in the centre of beautiful medieval Montefalco. The service was outstanding - special thanks to Silvia! I would definitely recommend the hotel.

A wonderful hotel. The room was specious and the bed was very comfortable .Staff was friendly and helpful. The town is one of my favorite towns on the trip and the hotel is perfect location for exploring .My room overlook the town piazza and it was great to see everyday going on. Excellent stores ,wine tasting and restaurants .We also enjoyed the spa at the hotel.

Everything was great at this hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast did not have a huge variety and mountains of food like other hotels but it had exactly the amount and variety needed - from cold cuts to cakes to bread to yogurt and fruit - and everything was fresh and of high quality. We stayed at this farmhouse for a family weekend. Welcoming, kind, clean, relaxing... these are the words that immediately come to mind. We were welcomed and pampered. We had our 12-month-old baby with us, who had fun splashing around in the pool. Excellent location. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely secluded place with a stunning view. We had the apartment. Was everything you could wish for. This is rural Umbria, and you will need a car to get around. The old Fortress part of Montefalco is about a mile away. It has nice restaurants and is a great place to wander around with fewer crowds. Beautiful farmhouse, strategically located, quiet yet only 1 km from the center of Montefalco. The well-appointed room is always clean. A great value agriturismo with pool and an amazing view. It is clear the owners take pride in looking after the place. The location is good for Montefalco and for visiting all of Umbria, especially the cantinas producing famous Sagrantino wine. An adequate continental breakfast is included.

We discovered it to go and eat at Giorgione's in Montefalco... But in my opinion we ate better here. Managed by Daniele who with his passion gave us tranquility and passion.. We will definitely be back... Friendly and helpful staff.. Tactical for visiting the area.. Keep going.. Well done! 👏

Suite: very spacious and equipped with a working kitchen. Sofa bed not very comfortable and poor lighting in the rooms. The hairdryer did not work as did one of the two TVs provided in the evening upon arrival (but it must also be said that they arranged everything the following day). This is a quaint family villagio close to the hill-top Town of Montefalco in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. The rooms are super clean and each have a little ground floor terrace. The family owners are very friendly and can't do enough to help - nothing is hassle! This is a great base to visit other beautiful towns like Trevi, Assisi, Spello etc, but a car is required. Would happily stay here...

Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool situated in a great location between Assisi and Spoleto. Friendly staff and tasty local wine which is a mixture of Merlot, Sagrantino and Sangiovese. Really good for families with kids. In the restaurant you can eat many local dishes and the quantity is more than enough.

My family had an excellent stay. The property overlooks the picturesque Umbrian countryside and is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It’s a peaceful retreat for families or couples. We were warmly welcomed by Giannina and she was reponsive during our entire stay—even teaching me how to make espresso on the Bialetti!
