A great value agriturismo with pool and an amazing view. It is clear the owners take pride in looking after the place. The location is good for Montefalco and for visiting all of Umbria, especially the cantinas producing famous Sagrantino wine. An adequate continental breakfast is included.

A positive experience, even though we stayed out of season (February). The owners were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for getting around the area, as it's fairly well-connected. The room was small but functional; the only downside was the significant amount of humidity that builds up when using the shower, which tends to linger in the room due to the lack of radiators (there is a heat pump).

A true haven of peace with a breathtaking view just 2 km from Montefalco, Agriturismo La Rosa is a true gem nestled in the Umbrian countryside. As soon as you arrive, you're captivated by a spectacular panorama of rolling hills, olive groves, and rejuvenating silence: the perfect place where time slows down... and you with it.

The added bonus, however, is undoubtedly Paola, an extraordinary host: welcoming, attentive, always smiling, and capable of making you feel immediately at home. Then, in the morning, comes one of the best moments of your stay: breakfast, enhanced by Paola's homemade desserts, simply delicious and prepared with passion. A treat that truly makes all the difference 🥧☕️

A well-kept structure, authentic atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, and tranquility make La Rosa perfect for both a romantic getaway and a few days of relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.

A very important note for those traveling with four-legged friends 🐾: pet-friendly, with a nominal fee of just €10 extra per day, absolutely fair and more than justified!
And I was even lucky enough to see a white horse nearby, basking in the sun 🌞!!!

We stayed at this farmhouse for a family weekend.
Welcoming, kind, clean, relaxing... these are the words that immediately come to mind. We were welcomed and pampered. We had our 12-month-old baby with us, who had fun splashing around in the pool. Excellent location.
If we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely secluded place with a stunning view. We had the apartment. Was everything you could wish for. This is rural Umbria, and you will need a car to get around. The old Fortress part of Montefalco is about a mile away. It has nice restaurants and is a great place to wander around with fewer crowds. Assisi is an easy drive... and crowded We made dinner for ourselves most nights at the apartment, and had lunch out. Great place to kick back, slow down and enjoy a relaxing stay. Breakfast is very good. We would come back

Beautiful farmhouse, strategically located, quiet yet only 1 km from the center of Montefalco.
The well-appointed room is always clean.
The breakfast was excellent, with the option of savory options or homemade desserts made by Mrs. Paola.
The owners, Mrs. Paola and her husband, were very kind and made us feel right at home.
We also opted to have dinner at the farmhouse, and Mrs. Paola is truly a skilled cook and delighted us with all her recipes and authentic food.
I highly recommend it.

P.S. When we opened the window, we felt like we were immersed in a Leonardo painting! Stunning landscapes.

Our group had 2 apartments and a single room. While the rustic apartments were comfortable, they were missing a sofa or chair to sit comfortably and read. There was a kitchen table and 4 chairs and whatever one would need to cook in the room. The other option was sitting in bed to read. The bed was comfortable and the nice size bathroom had all we needed. Without a car, it is difficult to get into town. We hired a driver to take us sightseeing each day. We had dinner each night at the inn and all our meals were delicious (especially her pastas!). While no one spoke English at the inn and we didn't speak Italian, Google Translate worked to communicate effectively. She was very accommodating and wanted to be sure we were happy. The grounds were lovely and the innkeeper was very pleasant. I would stay again.
