Hotel Iris has a charm of old Villa. Excellent location, easy access everywhere in town and near the bus station . The staff specially Armin is so helpful And very kind . Thank you for making my stay a wonderful experience.

I loved this place. The hotel room and look of the hotel is historical and aged beautifully. I would stay there again, which is huge for me to say considering I did not have air conditioning in my room. Air conditioning is important and helpful for me to sleep well and enjoy my travels. But the fan and the open window were good enough. The hotel location is fabulous, the view on the huge front porch is outstanding, very well decorated and historical. The complimentary breakfast was better than all of the other places I had breakfast while in Italy.

Staff very polite and helpful. He showed us and give us a map of the top city attractions and the walk itinerary to do.
The hotel is quite charming, an old palace with frescoes ceiling. But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects.
Very good price for the location, in the city center, with parking (extra charge) , and only 15 minutes pleasant walk to reach the main fountain plaza.

The location is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a two-star hotel which I did not realize when I booked it. Therefore, it did not have some of the fancier amenities.

The room is quite big and the environment is also OK! Also relatively clean
The only thing is there is no elevator! It’s a bit tiring to carry the luggage! Just walk out to the city center! It is very convenient!

It is in great location. 2 minutes to elevator which gets You to old town with old landmarks. Also everything is reachable by walking. Stuff - Amazing from capittal letter A. Parking which is very covenient is just by the door. Room was warm and it was very good as we visited in the end of November. Also really suggest to go to hotels iffered restaurant Cantinone. Rooms clean and convenient, but not posh.

Our stay at the Hotel Iris in Perugia was quite nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was not perfect but definitely adequate. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but we slept fine. There wasn't anywhere to set our suitcases open but the floor. Otherwise the Iris was very well located and all went well.

Beautiful historic building, but accommodation quality was average. Room was quiet and comfortable enough. Overall the building did not seem well maintained.
