Perugia, Via Ruggero d'Andreotto 19 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Nice, clean rooms with a very good breakfast. Very helpful staff and a really good restaurant.
We absolutely loved this hotel. Its a business hotel but with a lot of character. The breakfast is great and the jazz player in the room is really cool. Lovely garden to enjoy a drink as well. We took the mini metro to the old town (great recommandation) which was simple, safe , cheap and easy. We walked back with no issue at all.. Perugia is a fantastic city and this is a great hotel to use as a base
Quirky Jazz themed hotel, while pets welcome he was not allowed in any of the eating areas and no option but to eat elsewhere. Pool is small. 20 mins Steep walk 2 Perguia cento, which is worth it.
It definitely needs some renovation, the bed mattress was our big issue as in some part of the bed you could feel the springs so we weren't able to have a good sleep any of the days that we were staying there, the breakfast buffet was really good, lots of option.
very interesting hotel, comes with a jazz and music theme. The room is a bit old but some redecoration, it's okay.
Great free parking and good breakfast

Great location historical site
The director should organize a meeting soon to straighten out the behavior of certain employees ... especially at the reception! The 4 stars are seen above all by the elegance that you receive
Hotel located in the historic center therefore excellent location. Overall excellent stay very clean room, only flaw for being a 5 star, I would have preferred rooms with better care in the furnishings ... from the bathroom came a bad smell of sewer not at all pleasant! The small but pleasant spa they should add more seats in the pool area and change the tone of the lights, in my opinion too cold ...
This hotel is in the perfect location in Perugia. It is just at the edge of city center, making everything convenient. Several times during our stay we just took strolls up to the fountain area. Perugia itself as a tourist area didn’t seem like much at all. We used it as out base for touring the area but if we were to do it again we would not stay in that city. The hotel rooms are large and the beds...
It was brilliant, great location, great service. Breakfast was to die for, spaghetti was best i have tasted anywhere in the world and the pool is brilliant
Pros: Great location at the end of the main pedestrian walking street and opposite the Rocco Paolina. Hotel has amazing views, very friendly breakfast staff, attentive concierges who take the car to and from the garage efficiently. Rooms nice. Bed very comfortable. Stayed in room 234. Cons: Breakfast offering was pretty good but some of the 'hot food' was cold by 8am so not very desirable. Shower...

Stunning! As an old person from Perugia, I newly discovered its beauty here.
excellent hotel a stone's throw from the center with large internal and external car parking, good breakfast
Dated structure, not up to 4 stars
Excellent location for visiting Perugia
Perfect location, close to the center but not too much. We have come here several times over the years under various managements and have always had a good time. Large, clean rooms with all comforts. Now there is also a refurbished swimming pool. Small, but enough to cool off in this heat wave.

I do not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant other than breakfast. We had supper at the restaurant once and it was horrible!!
Very clean but few amenities limited dining no bar
This hotel is situated outside the main Perugia city, down a hill and a 25 minute walk from the mini metro. Its not terribly convenient for tourists. The rooms are tired. Minimal facilities with old fashioned bathrooms. We found the service OK. Not particularly helpful, expect for one assistant. Be aware that standard European plug adapters don't seem to work in any of the room plugs. The hotel will...
Staff excellent. Would have been nice to get a coffee, tea or a drink in the lobby area.
After a short stay in Lubliana, in our trip to Rome, we choose to stay one night for transit in Perugia, and I decided Perugia Plaza Hotel is our best option. We it`s look like we choose smart. The hotel it`s big, clean and the staff are very polite and speak english very well, despite the fact italian language can be easy understand. Nevertheless, we had a nice stay, even if it was for night. The...
It was slightly above average. The room was quite hot and the aircon didn’t cool it down well, and I don’t think it had been thoroughly cleaned - there were empty shampoo & body wash containers on top of the shower head from the previous guest, and there were a few hairs on the toilet seat. The bed was comfy though.

It's worth the price. Please consider what follows: - A bit distant from Perugia (you need to drive for around 10 min) - The staff is very kind and caring (they also offered us two bottles of water and snacks at checkout) - The restaurant is amazing (a bit pricey) - The breakfast is good for the price In general I would recommend it if you have a car
Good location as long as you have a vehicle
We stayed here for about a week for our eldest child's soccer camp during our family trip. It is about 15 minutes by car from downtown Perugia, and the facilities and staff are really friendly. There is a safe underground parking lot and free electric car charging. There is a large shopping center nearby. There are coffee, pasta, and sushi restaurants right next door. There are various restaurants...

Perugia, Piazza Italia, 19 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
According to Ctrip, this is a newly renovated hotel acquired by Hilton. Upon checking in, I was indeed impressed by the brand-new facilities and excellent service. The location is also incredibly convenient, right at the intersection of a restricted traffic zone. It was the most satisfying hotel during my entire month-long trip.
Cloud Lounge at the La Rosetta Hotel (Hilton) is a beautiful, refined space that perfectly complements Perugia’s historic charm. The hotel itself is elegant and welcoming, making the lounge an ideal place to relax and unwind after exploring the city. Emanuele is the true highlight. His mezcal cocktails were outstanding — thoughtful, balanced, and clearly the work of a master craftsman. Beyond the...
After reading several bad reviews, we were disappointed. Completely unjustified. Yes, the building is old, it could probably use a lick of paint and the furniture in the lobby cannot be called new. We think the service is excellent. There is always someone at the reception. Our bed turned out to be sagging, no problem at all, we were given another room, we were allowed to leave the things in the room...
Chosen for one night, passing through, given the privileged position at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Extremely far from a four star - the furnishings of the room are truly disheartening - it also has numerous deficiencies in cleanliness, a detail that has nothing to do with the age of the property, perhaps more with excessively distracted management. Sin!
Strong point: the location right at the beginning of the very convenient pedestrian area. Weak points are the breakfast (the choice doesn't expand much) and the lack of a shower tray (bathtub) in the room. The structure and furnishings are very dated. Fair price.
Let me start by saying that I cannot judge the restaurant because we did not have dinner at the hotel. The positive thing about the location is the breakfast. Negative noise throughout the night, cleanliness of the room full of cobwebs, very uncomfortable bed. Sin

If one is looking for a healthy continental breakfast such as is now found in many hotels in Italy, this breakfast is probably not for you. It was strong on chocolate and sweet cakes but short on fresh salads. The hotel location is very good, on a bus route from the station. Hotel staff were excellent with advice on how to reach the old city and they sell the bus tickets.
Breakfast was interesting but not healthy. Parking was great. Bus service was right outside the door connecting to escalator in the old town. Bed was very hard and pillows were flat terrible sleep. Room was quiet.
We were excited for the theme of the hotel, and the breakfast in the mornings were incredible! Massive buffet with huge assortment of foods, many chocolate themed. Also lots of space for everyone to sit, not cramped at all. The decor in the rooms was fine, but a bit dated. We ate at the restaurant for supper on the first night (we were there two nights), and while the food was excellent, the service...
We are delighted with our stay, the first impression is already great. Delicious and wonderful breakfast, well-kept hotel, clean and nice rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage before check-in. Good location, close to the mini metro. I hope to visit again someday.
The service and breakfast were both good. It was not too far from the station, so it was within walking distance. And they gave me welcome chocolates as a service, which was very impressive.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in Italy at Sangallo. Other friends stayed here too. All 12 of us together in this hotel! I would say that the only exception to the excellence of our stay was the window view. (You can see here). All else was so excellent!
Nice and clean hotel in a good location to visit the old town of Perugia. The parking could be more comfortable. I would like to have a coffee maker in the room. There was high tech in the room: wireless charging for the phone, mood lights etc.
Best location not right in town where it’s loud but right outside town where it’s a 5 minute beautiful breath taking views and museum like escalator ride to the main city with great shops. The hotel was also very luxurious with small features as of led lighting in the bathroom and great showers. The hotel is ideally located for visiting Perugia. Located directly across from the bus station, which connects you to the city's airport, the hotel is close to the escalators leading to Piazza Italia, where you can explore the historic center and its main monuments. Large, clean rooms, and a generous and varied international buffet breakfast.
I was moved to this hotel when the hotel I booked was no longer available. (I never did get the reason.) It's a big, beautiful hotel in a wonderful location - very close to the escalator that goes up to the square at the top of the hill, and right next to the bus station. I assume that the price difference between the hotel I booked and the room I was put in is why I ended up in a room with very small...

We absolutely loved this hotel. The property is Set in beautiful managed gardens, making the morning and evening stroll quite lovely. There are many activities on offer. The bar and restaurant were very nice with lovely ambiance. The food and service excellent. Our room excellent
Beautiful hotel, large rooms, nice English speaking staff, delicious breakfast, beautiful garden/park, close to Perugia, excellent parking. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed, the bar only opens in the evening and no lunch possibilities. The road to the hotel is bumpy.
Pleasant accommodation with lovely gardens and facilities. The architecture and decor was great making it a great place. The restaurant setting was also nice.
Just an amazing, wonderful, friendly, haven of people, location, structure, facility. I cannot recommend them more. Just the absolte best.
A great place to stay. however, we have a complaint with regards to the diner we had. We ordered the sirloin steak (55 euro/kg). We clearly stated that we would like 200 grams each maximum. The perfect location. I left Perugia early in the morning and the location of the hotel was just perfect for me. The train station is 100 meters across the street. But this is not the only advantage. For those 2 days that I was in Perugia in this hotel I have to say that I had a good time... I recommend it to you...
Set quite a way out of Perugia town, a car is needed to access this hotel in the hills. It is a little step back in time. Breakfast was a nice spread but staff were not topping up anything and most items had run out by...
The distance to the centre is not accurate comparing the website. If you hire a car , it can b3 a short distance to the centre however by walk it’s a good 25/30 min up hills with steps. Exiting the hotel there are lots of steps and in few min you get buses A/B/C to station and close to centre.Breakfast is basic and shower is tiny but equal on the price I paid. I would recommend if you bite a car
Just an overnight stay in this hotel and glad that it wasn’t longer. Didn’t really like anything about it except the bed which was comfortable. The WiFi was ok, the electric sockets were the 2 pin rectangular type.
