We absolutely loved this hotel. Its a business hotel but with a lot of character. The breakfast is great and the jazz player in the room is really cool. Lovely garden to enjoy a drink as well. We took the mini metro to the old town (great recommandation) which was simple, safe , cheap and easy. We walked back with no issue at all.. Quirky Jazz themed hotel, while pets welcome he was not allowed in any of the eating areas and no option but to eat elsewhere. Pool is small. 20 mins Steep walk 2 Perguia cento, which is worth it.

It definitely needs some renovation, the bed mattress was our big issue as in some part of the bed you could feel the springs so we weren't able to have a good sleep any of the days that we were staying there, the breakfast buffet was really good, lots of option.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in Italy at Sangallo. Other friends stayed here too. All 12 of us together in this hotel! I would say that the only exception to the excellence of our stay was the window view. (You can see here). All else was so excellent!

Nice and clean hotel in a good location to visit the old town of Perugia. The parking could be more comfortable. I would like to have a coffee maker in the room. There was high tech in the room: wireless charging for the phone, mood lights etc.

Best location not right in town where it’s loud but right outside town where it’s a 5 minute beautiful breath taking views and museum like escalator ride to the main city with great shops. The hotel is ideally located for visiting Perugia. Located directly across from the bus station, which connects you to the city's airport, the hotel is close to the escalators leading to Piazza Italia, where you can explore the historic center and its main monuments. I do not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant other than breakfast. We had supper at the restaurant once and it was horrible!!

Most friendly welcome and very helpful data throughout. Located on the border of the city so it requires a rather steep walk of about 20-25 minutes to get to the old city centre. This was no problem for us as we were travelling with our pet dog who needed exercise anyway. Our room was very kindly prepared to host the dog, with pillow and a treat. Very comfortable stay and recommended!

Stayed for 2 nights while traveling in a rental car in Tuscany. Arrived via Rome-Civita di Bagnorezzo-Orvieto and stayed for 1 night. The next day, travel to Assisi and stay for one night. Since I was planning to travel to Pienza the next day, it was a perfect base hotel... Clean and friendly hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from traffic noise. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is always helpful, and the restaurant has excellent chefs who prepare truly delicious dishes. Breakfast is superb. I recommend it; try it and you'll see you'll be back. Excellent parking, the only thing missing is CCTV.

According to Ctrip, this is a newly renovated hotel acquired by Hilton. Upon checking in, I was indeed impressed by the brand-new facilities and excellent service. The location is also incredibly convenient, right at the intersection of a restricted traffic zone. It was the most satisfying hotel during my entire month-long trip.

After reading several bad reviews, we were disappointed. Completely unjustified. Yes, the building is old, it could probably use a lick of paint and the furniture in the lobby cannot be called new. Chosen for one night, passing through, given the privileged position at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Extremely far from a four star - the furnishings of the room are truly disheartening - it also has numerous deficiencies in cleanliness, a detail that has nothing to do with the age of the property, perhaps more with excessively distracted management. Strong point: the location right at the beginning of the very convenient pedestrian area. Weak points are the breakfast (the choice doesn't expand much) and the lack of a shower tray (bathtub) in the room. The structure and furnishings are very dated. Fair price.

Perusia Hotel lays about 20 minutes from the historic city center of Perugia. The 24/24 reception was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. Which shouldn't be taken for granted in Italy. The room was very clean, quiet and rather spacious. The included breakfast contained both salty as sweet treats and gave you sufficient energy for exploring the city afterwards.

Little bit far near bus stop and other thing is okay

We enjoyed our stay here, although it was about a 10 minute walk to the gate if the old city, which is fine for us, as we like to walk. The hotel on a hill was nice and overlooking their beautiful chateau, the room was comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was good, the art was nice, and the rooftop panoramic views were spectacular.

Dated structure, not up to 4 stars

If one is looking for a healthy continental breakfast such as is now found in many hotels in Italy, this breakfast is probably not for you. It was strong on chocolate and sweet cakes but short on fresh salads. The hotel location is very good, on a bus route from the station. Hotel staff were excellent with advice on how to reach the old city and they sell the bus tickets.

Breakfast was interesting but not healthy. Parking was great. Bus service was right outside the door connecting to escalator in the old town. Bed was very hard and pillows were flat terrible sleep. Room was quiet.

We were excited for the theme of the hotel, and the breakfast in the mornings were incredible! Massive buffet with huge assortment of foods, many chocolate themed. The service and breakfast were both good. It was not too far from the station, so it was within walking distance. And they gave me welcome chocolates as a service, which was very impressive.

Lovely hotel a little out of the way for Perugia

5 min from the highway, 30 min from Assisi, 20 from Perugia center, 10 min from a large shopping mall. The location is perfect if you have a car, the staff was very professional and nice, breakfast was very rich and tasty. Rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommend

Stay in Fabriano We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious. There is a large shower. The outdoor courtyard gives a welcome space outdoors. There was an amazing cooked to order hot breakfast included. Which gave real value to the booking. It is convenient to walk into the historic city. There is good parking accommodation. Convenient but a bit tired. Convenient for station early check in was helpful,staff efficient and pleasant. Room was rather tired. Several things broken and in need of attention in bathroom. Broken shower door, leaking shower head and cracked shower tray. Loose toilet seat. Suitcase stand also broken.

Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that wasn't tidy. After reporting the problem, I was given a new room that was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh. Unfortunately, however, the new room didn't have hot water for the shower. Fortunately, it was only a one-night stay. Tip: Check the rooms before assigning them.

This is a joy of a hotel! Extremely welcoming and with comfortable areas to sit, read and socialize. Breathtaking views from the bedroom and patio. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Staff were excellent. Very helpful and accomodating. Hotel was spotless, the food and wine was superb. Bus stop outside of the hotel was very convenient for access to Centro Storica of Perugia (quick and cheap). All in all, a perfect stay.

Location was perfect. Close to mini metro and situated within the old town. Has the basic amenities needed for short stays. My only issue was that you can hear the banging of doors and noise in the corridor inside your room. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Absolutely terrible. I thought hotels in smaller towns would offer better value for money, but the opposite was true, just like prices in rural areas aren't necessarily lower than in cities. The single room had a persistent smell of smoke that just wouldn't go away. What a great experience we had at this hotel. Service was amazing, the building has so many great attractions. The room we had was great, we were in 501 which is on the top floor and the view from the bathroom alone was stunning. Perfect location to walk around the old town and have a great touring and dining experience.

Disappointing stay, although the staff were very nice. The bathroom is tinier than tiny - luckily we’re both small but many people wouldn’t fit in it. The internet signal was not strong enough to connect. Every time someone stepped into the hallway our door shuddered and sounded like someone was trying to open it. The photos on are very deceptive. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The distance to the centre is not accurate comparing the website. If you hire a car , it can b3 a short distance to the centre however by walk it’s a good 25/30 min up hills with steps. Exiting the hotel there are lots of steps and in few min you get buses A/B/C to station and close to centre.Breakfast is basic and shower is tiny but equal on the price I paid. I would recommend if you bite a car

I have been going to this business for some time, but I only enjoy the restaurant. The dining room has a huge fireplace equipped with side seating. It is very pleasant, in winter, to dine with the fire behind. The cuisine is simple, typical Umbrian and well prepared. You can also enjoy an excellent pizza. The value for money is good.
