Hotels in Borca di Cadore

I traveled solo to the Dolomites for trekking. Of the three accommodations I stayed at (Cortina d'Ampezzo and Ortisei), this was by far the best. The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was clean, and the interior was beautiful. The view from the room was breathtaking. Above all, the breakfast was top-notch. Very nice stay in Borca di Cadore. Some improvement can be made (for example the mattresses) but overall the premises and facilities are good. Reception staff is great, personnel at breakfast could be more welcoming. Overall very good value for money and experience.

Great hotel that has that old world charm. You can just imagine it is 1940 from the vintage look but still very clean and well kept. The room 201 was amazing, new comfy bed, great bathroom with very strong pressure shower and a view to die for. There was a fridge in the room and a very small t.v. It was a disabled roo. They gave us for some reason but it was perfect. So much more space and the mountain...

Great location right in the middle of it all. Short drive to the local towns and a great jump point for all of you Dolomite adventures!

Breakfast buffet was ok. Hot food isn’t good. Cold breakfast part is good. Most days the room is cleaned well but one day the room’s floor obviously was not swept.

The staff was helpful and the room was comfortable. The issue is there was an awful smell from the bathroom - the maintenance crew came once to try to fix it but it persisted. Almost unbearable overnight.

the structure is located in an enchanting place away from traffic and noise, friendly and trained staff. Excellent cuisine and breakfast. We will definitely return. Very recommended for nature lovers.

An amazing place. In the middle of a hill conceived 60 years ago by the visionary genius of Enrico Mattei for Agip employees. Superb location, super breakfast and excellent dinner with four choices per course. Very kind staff. Rooms a bit small by today's standards but still spotlessly clean. Stayed for a week mid February. Booked a main hotel quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 kids. To be fair room a bit too cozy for 4 people so after a first night asked to be moved to the apartment residence which is part of the hotel and about 200 m down the road. Apartment is much more suitable for a family we have a separate bedroom a kitchen corner with fridge and hob, generally much more space. Booked...

This hotel falls short on what they offer in their website. The rooms are old fashioned with signs of deterioration. In the rooms for four people they provide bunk beds which in my room were very uncomfortable. Cleanliness can be improved. The location is nice and the staff is kind and provides good service.

Very good to stay to visit the lakes around and don't miss the pool in the hotel.

A fabulous place with super friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, a spa and a great breakfast selection. Recommended.

We had a good stay here, the location is very beautiful, a cute village with restaurants nearby, the room is confortable and the views are amazing, good to explore some tourist attractions around like cortina d’Ampezzo, passo giau and cinque torre

We enjoyed 4 nights in the Cadore area. Specifically didn't want Cortina due to the construction boom for the upcoming Olympics. This hotel was well priced, good central location for getting into the Dolomites, and has amazing views all around! Very nice little hotel with nice spa and fantastic breakfast ! Réception staff wonderful! However cleaning is done at odd hours which blocks the only elevator! Supper is offered either as à whole huge menu for 35E or à la carte with long wait and médium quality.

Perfect stay. Great rooms with new decor. Spa is also nice, except the hot tub which was cold. Diner and breakfast were also very good. Free bike rental and near a beautiful cycling route in the valley.
