I stayed here for work and it was a great hotel. The staff were fantastic. A shout out to Martin, Giovanni who looked after us at breakfast everyday. Gianluca on reception, Emanuela and Gianluca in the bar.
Thank you!
A fabulous place with super friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, a spa and a great breakfast selection. Recommended.
We had a good stay here, the location is very beautiful, a cute village with restaurants nearby, the room is confortable and the views are amazing, good to explore some tourist attractions around like cortina d’Ampezzo, passo giau and cinque torre
We enjoyed 4 nights in the Cadore area. Specifically didn't want Cortina due to the construction boom for the upcoming Olympics. This hotel was well priced, good central location for getting into the Dolomites, and has amazing views all around! Staff were delightful; food was good but some breakfast items could have been fresher (cheese, pastries). The spa was a disappointment. After trekking in the...
Very nice little hotel with nice spa and fantastic breakfast ! Réception staff wonderful! However cleaning is done at odd hours which blocks the only elevator!
Supper is offered either as à whole huge menu for 35E or à la carte with long wait and médium quality.
Perfect stay.
Great rooms with new decor.
Spa is also nice, except the hot tub which was cold.
Diner and breakfast were also very good.
Free bike rental and near a beautiful cycling route in the valley.

We were really satisfied with the facilities offered by the hotel, nice staff, a breathtaking view from the balcony of the room and a very good breakfast with varities of food...A good stay at la boite and good value for money.
the structure is located in an enchanting place away from traffic and noise, friendly and trained staff. Excellent cuisine and breakfast. We will definitely return. Very recommended for nature lovers.
An amazing place. In the middle of a hill conceived 60 years ago by the visionary genius of Enrico Mattei for Agip employees. Superb location, super breakfast and excellent dinner with four choices per course. Very kind staff. Rooms a bit small by today's standards but still spotlessly clean. One of those places you want to go back to
Stayed for a week mid February. Booked a main hotel quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 kids. To be fair room a bit too cozy for 4 people so after a first night asked to be moved to the apartment residence which is part of the hotel and about 200 m down the road. Apartment is much more suitable for a family we have a separate bedroom a kitchen corner with fridge and hob, generally much more space. Booked...
This hotel falls short on what they offer in their website. The rooms are old fashioned with signs of deterioration. In the rooms for four people they provide bunk beds which in my room were very uncomfortable. Cleanliness can be improved. The location is nice and the staff is kind and provides good service.
Very good to stay to visit the lakes around and don't miss the pool in the hotel.

I traveled solo to the Dolomites for trekking. Of the three accommodations I stayed at (Cortina d'Ampezzo and Ortisei), this was by far the best. The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was clean, and the interior was beautiful. The view from the room was breathtaking. Above all, the breakfast was top-notch. If I ever return to the Dolomites, I'll definitely stay at this hotel. (For reference...
Very nice stay in Borca di Cadore. Some improvement can be made (for example the mattresses) but overall the premises and facilities are good. Reception staff is great, personnel at breakfast could be more welcoming. Overall very good value for money and experience.
Great hotel that has that old world charm. You can just imagine it is 1940 from the vintage look but still very clean and well kept. The room 201 was amazing, new comfy bed, great bathroom with very strong pressure shower and a view to die for. There was a fridge in the room and a very small t.v.
It was a disabled roo. They gave us for some reason but it was perfect. So much more space and the mountain...
Great location right in the middle of it all. Short drive to the local towns and a great jump point for all of you Dolomite adventures!
Breakfast buffet was ok. Hot food isn’t good. Cold breakfast part is good. Most days the room is cleaned well but one day the room’s floor obviously was not swept.
The staff was helpful and the room was comfortable. The issue is there was an awful smell from the bathroom - the maintenance crew came once to try to fix it but it persisted. Almost unbearable overnight.

Beatiful hotel very good location close to slopes, amazing service, very clean, very good relation between price and quality! Spa 10 points!
The hotel is in an excellent location and was ideal for our needs. The rooms are modern and impeccably clean. The spa facilities are of a very high standard. Management and staff were professional, attentive, and extremely helpful. We highly recommend dining at the hotel, as the food is excellent. Many thanks for the lovely birthday surprise. Hotel is 4 stars, but deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating
This hotel is absolutely amazing. Very kind staff. The person that presented us the hotel, Mrs Loretta, was extremely sweet to us. In terms of preparation and staff behavior, is honestly probably the best I ever seen. The temperature of the outside swimming pull is around 25-30º. Could be warmer but it is not bad! The inner swimming pool has an wonderful design and good temperature +30º
Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life! Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are so clean, and they clean it so well every day. There is a parking for your car just under the hotel. E-bikes are available for rent around 35€. Breakfast and dinner are absolutely amazing! So many options to choose from. Spa is clean and nice to have some days but my only concern would be that the outside...
wow. we are so glad we picked this hotel.
reasonably practical location to give access via a short drive to many trails. great amenities for the price point. staff culture was consistently welcoming, pleasant and helpful from all those we interacted with.
the loft suite was among the best we ever experienced for the price point.
Beautiful hotel, beautiful service, the friendliest of staff. Genuinely brilliant.
I’ve just left my coat there and the staff are going out there way to get it back to me 10/10 customer service.

Sensational place. Loved everything about Fiori . Reception staff was very helpful and provided great information about bus access to Cortina. This went very well with bus stop 50 metres from door.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
We had the absolute best time staying here. Actually also did write a review on GoogleMap and also gave a 5 stars rating for this hotel. Staffs 10/10, Room 10/10, cleanliness 10/10. Highly recommend to stay here!
The mountain view from our room was spectacular! The entire hotel had an elevated cozy feel to it with newly upgraded rooms and bathrooms. Spacious room, friendly staff, everything was great. The view was especially amazing!
A wonderful hotel for a trip to Cortina. Thanks to the staff for the free room upgrade. They also helped me with printing documents. The room was amazing – new plumbing, very warm (hot radiators), clean linens. The room had a kettle, tea, coffee, and cream. There was a free shuttle bus to the nearby ski resort of San Vito.
Very comfy and warm hotel. Well renovated also. Personnel are kind and welcoming. Good breakfast and coffee. Booking it for my next trip to the region.
Nice location and near Resturant ,supermarket
The hotel is located on a main road, and the wooden windows aren't soundproof, so traffic noise was audible. The rooms were also very small, making it difficult to open my suitcase. The shower stall was also very small, which was inconvenient, and the hotel parking lot was quite far away, making it inconvenient to get there. However, the staff were all very friendly and apologetic about not being able...
The view from the hotel of the Dolomites is great! The room (404) has a big balcony and good view. The room is clean and the shower is good. Breakfast has a good choice of local dishes…

We celebrated my birthday with family here. The hotel was fantastic, comfortable and spacious rooms with two types of pillows, a lovely spa style pool with a jacuzzi swim out area and the breakfast service in particular was a highlight. Magical place, wonderful staff. People are so gentle, and the hotel was so organized and clean that we really felt like home.
The man at breakfast made our day throughout the stay! The Shuttle service to town was amazing. The rooms were indeed very nice. The hotel lobby isn’t warm and welcoming it looks like a waiting room of an office made to look like a hotel. The SPA lacks - it seems they offer things that the personnel has not ready for - like they're still in school. Considering that Four Seasons is also a 5 star hotel...
Located a little distance from the town centre but opposite a ski jump. Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, well managed. Lovely buffet breakfast spread and their restaurant is elegant. Service is excellent, the Conceirge Susanna is brilliant and most helpful!! Love the view from their breakfast room
I went twice to the SPA center. We have benefited from professional services. Everything is superlative. Silvia and Sara... Note 10+. Whenever I go to that area, I will come back to you. Thanks Joseph
We had a wonderful stay in a Junior Suite, which was both elegant and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a fruit platter and a bottle of sparkling wine — a very thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit.

The hotel is excellent, and the service is sensational. The concierge and reception staff are very helpful and respond to everything very quickly. The location is very good for those who don't want to stay in the city center (like us).

A little out of town but free parking. Great breakfast and easy drive to wherever u needed to go. As with most hotels in Cortina, nice views. I don't remember any air conditioning in the room though, only a heater
We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Mirage. The staff at the front desk kindly upgraded our rooms free of charge and offered our group the complimentary aperitivo even though we arrived after it had concluded. Staff at the restaurant were lovely and accommodating as well. The rooms were both spacious and spotless, and the landscaping on the property was stunning.
The most phenomenal experience! The staff were lovely & kind! The restaurant offered fresh, unique meals that were heavenly! The location and amenities made this hotel a true dream! Even the views from the hotel are breathtaking! Every area was polished and clean with elegant design. Would recommend staying here or coming back!!!
The staff were the nicest and most helpful people to me and my family. Every breakfast and happy hour we felt welcomed and loved. The hotel itself is beautiful with stunning views. We felt like the workers were doing more than they needed too to make us feel at home. Specifically Antonio and Salvatore were memorable everyday we saw them and they were always happy to help us and made the experience...
Nice hotel, very attentive and friendly. The rooms are the weak point; there's no air conditioning and the bed is uncomfortable (the mattress has broken springs). Overall, it's a hotel that's well worth it, especially because of the friendly welcome from the staff.
Definitely not 4 star, and not worth the 800EUR we paid for a family room with 3m2 bathroom for 4 of us. Don’t book in advance, they lower the rates 30% in time; still not a good value. Hotel is old from 70s. We could barely move in the shower. building is outdated. Fitness center is in an old basement and has 3 basic equipment, no weights at all. Sauna is also same, small one stuck in the basement...

The hotel is located in the mountains, a 10-minute drive from town. It's difficult to book without a car and difficult to get to and from. The balcony has a great view, giving it a country hotel feel. The room was spacious with two balconies. The breakfast was good and at least met my needs.

This hotel certainly made us feel very happy at first, but the temperature at night never rose, so it was almost freezing all night. The soundproofing was terrible, and the breakfast was just average. However, I think the location is excellent, and apart from the room not being warm enough at the end of November, it would be a good place to stay in other seasons.

The environment is okay, but there are steps in the room, so you need to be careful when entering and exiting the bathroom.

We stayed here for the 2026 Winter Paralympics. We were treated exceptionally at this beautiful hotel. Our balcony offered breathtaking views of the Dolomites. Wheelchair accessibility was seamless. Top-notch service and delicious food at both the restaurant and bar. The staff was amazing; personable, friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience!

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. The location is virtually unbeatable if you want to be in central Cortina. We were in one of there larger suites and the views of the mountains were breathtaking - it did back out onto the alley side, and occasionally you could here staff, or neighbors potentially, taking glass bottles out - if noise bothers you I'd be specific about your room direction. When we were last in Cortina about two years ago, our lament was that there was not a single top level hotel in all of Cortina - truly not one. Perhaps due to the run-up to the coming Winter Olympics, this has changed significantly with the pending opening of the Mandarin Oriental and a few renovations to older hotels. Ancora Cortina is one of the latter, having been closed for three years for what...
We were welcomed into this recently renovated hotel in a polite and professional manner by the friendly staff, especially Miriana, who was always smiling and helpful. The cocktails were beautifully made, accompanied by delicious finger food. Our aperitif concluded with a short tour of the restaurant and other truly interesting rooms. What can I say? I'll be back. Well done everyone!

Well-run boutique hotel, with attention to details of travellers' needs. Breakfast is great quality and delicious. We stayed the last 2 days at the hotel before it closed for renovation (we did not realise it until the day before we checked-out), but the hotel lady owner is kind to offer us breakfast dining at the restaurant. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and would definitely recommend to any...
Excellent overall experience. Little details and extra effort by the staff here and there.
Charming hotel with very pleasant staff.
Family trip, average value for money
Very nice small hotel, located in the city center, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the room is of suitable size, clean and sanitary, comfortable experience, good breakfast, recommended!
Fashionable hotel.
Breakfast: average.
The town currently has a lot of construction going on, as the reception says there are preparing for the Olympic 2026?

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is very friendly and professional. I loved the charm and detail of the decor. It was in a great location in the middle of Cortina. I am planning to stay here again next year!
It was a good hotel but in need of an update. Some might find the double doors and the old fashioned room key charming, but it was a pain to lock and unlock the door. I also couldn’t shower without getting water everywhere ( typical European bathroom with a hand held hose and no shower curtain).
It was extremely clean and the staff were amazing. The location was perfect - right on the Corso d’Italia...
If you are driving, the parking is very confusing. I arrived at the hotel right before 6, but it took me about an hour to figure out the parking. There is an unmarked gate that you are supposed to pull up to, then call the hotel and they will open and meet you out there, then you pull into the square where people are walking all over and you drop off your bags. If you miss this gate, you are stuck...
Excellent service at the center of Cortina
Centrally located in the center of Cortina. Hotel is rustic in a good way, and all in all gives feelings of “good old days”. Service was across the board unusually good, caring, professional and friendly. If I had the guess, people have been working here for decades and kept good care of. While hotel hasn’t gone through a major renovation recently, it has...
Nice environment, but the facilities are a bit old
There is a free car parking facility but you have to check-in first and get the remote-controlled key to get access to the car parking area which is about 3 minutes walk.
The wifi signal did not reach my room which is located at the end of the corridor.
Overall, quite good.

Hotel Alaska Cortina is in a great central location and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and the breakfast buffet was great. They also provided a nice packed breakfast on the day we checked out as we had a very early start. The only downside is that it is a bit dated, but that didn’t have any impact on our stay.
I arrived in Cortina d'Ampezzo by bus from Venice. The bus stop was in front of the church, the city's symbol, so it was a two-minute walk to the hotel, a two-minute walk to the main street, a 15-minute walk to the Tofana Gondola, and a 10-minute walk to the Olympic Center (bus stop for Tre Cime). The location was perfect. I recommend this hotel for those who want to fully enjoy the Dolomites using...
The location is good, but parking is difficult. Parking costs 40 euros per day.
However, the front desk staff provided excellent service. The black employee who worked the evening shift was so friendly that it was the first time I felt like tipping in Italy.
Great location, but the rest was a letdown.
The hotel is right in the heart of the city, which is super convenient. But beyond that, the experience was disappointing. We stayed one night, and honestly, that was enough.
The room felt worn out and dusty, despite being “cleaned.” Air conditioning is centrally controlled, so during a heatwave, the room stayed hot all night—sleep was impossible.
Parking...
Checked in at around 4pm. The service was relatively slow and we were required to write down our credit card details on a piece of paper which is uncommon for newer hotels. The card I was issued had issue and I had to circle back and forth to the reception which wasn’t the best experience.
We stayed one night, slept well, the room was spacious, and we had a good breakfast (which was brought forward upon our request). The only thing I can recommend is a sign indicating where the hotel parking is located (they're currently undergoing construction), and it was difficult to find.
If I have the chance, I'll definitely return to that property.

The room wasn't as booked, and there was no water refill; water was only provided on the one day of my stay.
Very cosy boutique hotel with nice room and bathroom
Excellent breakfast
Super nice and friendly staff at reception
I definitely recommend this hotel despite the difficulties to reach it due to the on going works due to the Olympics 2026 , but it will soon be finished
Simple clean room with necessities equipment located in the middle of Cortina d' Ampezzo. Public Parking available but hotel located at the second floor with no lift. The hotel has small breakfast corner but no restaurant for lunch or dinner. Nice staffs with great helpful to guests.
The best location and comfort coexist. I recommend visiting. It is a bit crowded and the prices are a bit expensive, but the surrounding commercial area is very good. I recommend it.
It's the most central location in the city, but parking is difficult due to construction in front of the hotel.
We stayed here twice on our recent hiking trip in the Dolomites. The location is very central to downtown restaurants and bars and it's not a quiet neighborhood late at night as a result. Massimo was very helpful in transporting our luggage from this hotel to another on our hike. Typical large breakfast choices in the morning breakfast room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Royal — great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast buffet.
Gorgeous cortina
Amazing location. Wonderful history of the family who owns. Beautiful views
Centrally located, close to everything. However the bars downstairs were noisy until 3-4am on the weekend and kept us up. The walls were also pretty thin and the room doors were super loud. Don’t expect your stay to be restful (this is the only reason for 3 stars). Very good spread for breakfast and the ladies that work there were very friendly.
Highly recommend
Great location, in the center and close to everything.
Great staff and service
Recently renovated, all clean and great condition
Load but in the middle of town
Hotel in the heart of town right above bars that are very active and loud well ibto the early morning hours. Beautiful view. No AC but cools down ar night with open windows. However there are no screens and many bugs and mosquitoes in the room. Room was recieved only partially cleaned with toothpaste still stuck on the sibk from previous residents.
Nice property but it is way too hot and has no air con. Every night was 26C in the room.

Booked a single room. Comfortable, rooms as expected. Bit pricey for what it was but cheapest in the area so no complaints. Service was excellent, desk staff were very helpful
Great location, can walk to downtown and easily accessible to local hikes. The family was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again
We loved our stay at the Oasai hotel. The owners are darling and very helpful. The location is perfect, so much so that if you did not have a car you would be ok! We stayed a few nights at the end of our trip and wished we could have been there the full time. The single room is small but it is very clean and has all the basic things. The bed and pillows are comfortable for me. Breakfast is good for me too. Very homely place.
Laura is very nice and helpful.
I stayed at Osai Hotel for 3 nights. The staffs are friendly and informative and gave me advice on hiking. The room is clean and tidy with all the basic needs.
A great little hotel, very close to the town center. Only downside may be that the rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, but sufficient. Everything else was perfect, very clean, very carefull about covid precautions. The staff were excellent very heldful and informative. On site parking is a big plus. Would definitely stay there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 nights at Hotel De Len in October 2025. The hotel is indulgently comfortable and conveniently located in central Cortina. Should I find myself in Cortina again, I will certainly avail myself of the numerous charms...
I had an amazing stay at Hotel de Len. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive — they truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of at all times.
The spa on the 6th floor was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere, the design, and the overall experience were exceptional and perfect for relaxing after hiking.
Highly recommended.
Excellent service from staff especially Bernadetta at the front desk.
We recently stayed at Hotel de LEN in Cortina d’Ampezzo as a group of 17 ladies — and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning: sleek, beautifully designed with contemporary-rural interiors, warm wood touches, beautifully maintained spa, excellent food, and rooms with lovely showers. Also, the location couldn’t be better — it’s central yet peaceful, making every...

Service at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, they helped to make us very comfortable as well as helped to plan all the logistics of our trip. Rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Excellent location right at the heart of Cortina, walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
Stay of a lifetime
Hotel de Len was hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The attention to detail by the staff was amazing. Everything was taken care of immediately and with a smile. It was so much fun staying there, I can't wait to go back one day.

The spa was also a highlight...

The room was decent. The hotel is located on a hill, so you'll definitely need a car to get around. The views are beautiful, but remember to buy water beforehand as the supermarket in town is quite affordable. The room itself was clean, but the staff were surprisingly careless – someone actually opened our door without knocking, and it was early in the morning! Luckily, we're all guys, so we didn't...
Very good experience overall. I will come back again for the amazing view and environment
The location is fantastic, very convenient for visiting Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the Strudel Trail (Editor's Note: assuming '魔戒之路' might refer to a popular hiking route like Strudel Trail or another famous Dolomites path). The views are also great, and the breakfast is especially rich and varied. For Italy, the price felt very reasonable and offered excellent value for money.
Very clean, comfortable hotel. And very good location. Close to Cortina d’ Ampresso and be able to see nice mountains view from the hotel. 🥰
Nice view from our room. Friendly staff.
The building has been recently renovated, so it was neat, and the room was spacious, warm, and clean. It seems that amenities need to be requested from the front desk. The staff members were generally friendly, and the 15-minute drive to the city center is convenient. Our room had a wonderful view.

The staff was friendly, and I especially appreciate the guy at reception, who was always ready to help.

Cleanliness
Elevator available
Warm room and all amenities, which is important in January.
Bathroom amenities (cotton swabs, cotton pads, shower caps) are available. A bathtub with a shower curtain might be more important for some.
In the room: a closet, a kettle with everything you need...
Great location. Absolutely Terrible beds, bedding and pillows. Unfriendly staff. Decent breakfast.
Very nice staff, and our room had a million dollar view of the Dolomites.
We went in October. Hotel is very nice and in a very beautiful area. There was some confusion regarding reservation but the staff was very cooperative. Decent but very nice breakfast also. For the price we got can ask nothing more. Although I'm not sure what summer prices are like.
Wonderful hotel and staff, and great location to the center of town.

The location is perfect and the hotel is lovely. But above all, the staff is amazing.
Very good location, great view of the new luge track, nice breakfast spread. Room had an exceptional amount of storage area, bed was comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the bathtub edge had some black staining or discoloration in one corner. Other than that the room was immaculate.
The staff were friendly and helpful! The hotel is located in a convenient location closed to bus station, shopping and dining places.
Beautiful mountain views with a quaint and clean room. Hotel includes Turkish bath (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cold plunge) but requires reservation to limit the amount of people using at any given time. Reservations were easy to make and plenty of availability. Breakfast and dinner were great, staff very accommodating, and plenty of parking on property.
We had a good stay in this hotel, we can recommend it to anyone. The cortina express bus stop is walkable, location is also close to the city center, breakfast is good.
Great location. Parking is a breeze. Good food near by. My balcony had an amazing view. I did have another hotel on this trip that was better and cheaper but this was still 5 stars

Overall, it was good, clean, and the breakfast was decent, but the rooms were a bit small.
While the lobby smells a little dated, our room had been renovated with wooden flooring, which gave it the pleasant feel of a homely cottage. The bathroom was still an older style, but it was clean.
We travelled around Italy 10 days and this was our favorite hotel. Rooms were very clean and the bed were softer and very comfortable. The staff was so friendly from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be back
Room was clean and breakfast was nice however ran out quickly and reduced restocking after first hour of sitting. Bathrooms clean too although very dated and curtains didn’t close properly in bedroom. Also rooms at front of property disturbed by road noise so request back of property room when booking to ensure restful nights sleep. Some of staff not very welcoming and friendly
The hotel is located on the outskirts of the small town, 1.4 kilometers from the town center. There is a bus stop nearby, a 22-minute walk away. Parking is right next to the road, and someone needs to watch the car when you come in and out. The rooms are a bit small, and the facilities are somewhat outdated. The owner and restaurant staff are both very friendly and attentive.
