Stayed for a week mid February. Booked a main hotel quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 kids. To be fair room a bit too cozy for 4 people so after a first night asked to be moved to the apartment residence which is part of the hotel and about 200 m down the road. Apartment is much more suitable for a family we have a separate bedroom a kitchen corner with fridge and hob, generally much more space. Booked...

This hotel falls short on what they offer in their website. The rooms are old fashioned with signs of deterioration. In the rooms for four people they provide bunk beds which in my room were very uncomfortable. Cleanliness can be improved. The location is nice and the staff is kind and provides good service.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Very kind staff. The person that presented us the hotel, Mrs Loretta, was extremely sweet to us. In terms of preparation and staff behavior, is honestly probably the best I ever seen. The temperature of the outside swimming pull is around 25-30º. Could be warmer but it is not bad! The hotel was fantastic, comfortable and spacious rooms with two types of pillows, a lovely spa style pool with a jacuzzi swim out area and the breakfast service in particular was a highlight. We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Mirage. The hotel is located in the mountains, a 10-minute drive from town. It's difficult to book without a car and difficult to get to and from. The balcony has a great view, giving it a country hotel feel. The room was spacious with two balconies. The breakfast was good and at least met my needs.

This hotel certainly made us feel very happy at first, but the temperature at night never rose, so it was almost freezing all night. The soundproofing was terrible, and the breakfast was just average. However, I think the location is excellent, and apart from the room not being warm enough at the end of November, it would be a good place to stay in other seasons.

This is a v basic 4 star hotel with few facilities and a skeleton staff. The lift is small and slow. The ski/ boot room is small, badly designed, cramped and inadequately heated. The restaurant, which is all self-service, is cramped, noisy and decorated with cheap artificial flowers. The food is poor eg tinned peaches and prunes every morning for breakfast, and pasta which is kept too long on the lukewarm...

This is a very basic 4 star hotel run by a skeleton staff, and with a small, badly designed and inadequately heated ski room. Location is very good, it is easy to access by car and there is a two minute walk to the center. There is garage for extra charge and electric vehicle was recharged. We are staying locally at an air bnb for the Winter Olympics. We came for drinks last night on my 50th birthday. This hotel located at the very center of the town in Cortina D’Ampezzo. Just about 2.5 hours from Venice airport by Flixbus (advanced booking please) . This hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants, a department store and a supermarket. All is accessible on foot. Okay, when you visit Cortina, make sure you visit the bar (great room and a wonderful pool table) at Parc Hotel Victoria. Luca is the best! We sampled 4 very different cocktails and they were all absolutely wonderful. And, he’s the nicest man in the world! We had a week staying at this beautiful hotel which has character and charm. The staff in the restaurant and at reception could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The location was about a 30 second walk to the ski bus and at one end of the main shopping street.

Family trip, average value for money

Very nice small hotel, located in the city center, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the room is of suitable size, clean and sanitary, comfortable experience, good breakfast, recommended!

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is very friendly and professional. I loved the charm and detail of the decor. It was in a great location in the middle of Cortina. I am planning to stay here again next year!

It was a good hotel but in need of an update. Some might find the double doors and the old fashioned room key charming, but it was a pain to lock and unlock the door. I also couldn’t shower without getting water everywhere ( typical European bathroom with a hand held hose and no shower curtain). It was extremely clean and the staff were amazing. If you are driving, the parking is very confusing. I arrived at the hotel right before 6, but it took me about an hour to figure out the parking. There is an unmarked gate that you are supposed to pull up to, then call the hotel and they will open and meet you out there, then you pull into the square where people are walking all over and you drop off your bags. Nice environment, but the facilities are a bit old

There is a free car parking facility but you have to check-in first and get the remote-controlled key to get access to the car parking area which is about 3 minutes walk. The wifi signal did not reach my room which is located at the end of the corridor. Overall, quite good.

Hotel Alaska Cortina is in a great central location and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and the breakfast buffet was great. They also provided a nice packed breakfast on the day we checked out as we had a very early start. The only downside is that it is a bit dated, but that didn’t have any impact on our stay.

I arrived in Cortina d'Ampezzo by bus from Venice. The bus stop was in front of the church, the city's symbol, so it was a two-minute walk to the hotel, a two-minute walk to the main street, a 15-minute walk to the Tofana Gondola, and a 10-minute walk to the Olympic Center (bus stop for Tre Cime). The location is good, but parking is difficult. Parking costs 40 euros per day. However, the front desk staff provided excellent service. The black employee who worked the evening shift was so friendly that it was the first time I felt like tipping in Italy.

Checked in at around 4pm. The service was relatively slow and we were required to write down our credit card details on a piece of paper which is uncommon for newer hotels. The card I was issued had issue and I had to circle back and forth to the reception which wasn’t the best experience.

We stayed one night, slept well, the room was spacious, and we had a good breakfast (which was brought forward upon our request). The only thing I can recommend is a sign indicating where the hotel parking is located (they're currently undergoing construction), and it was difficult to find. If I have the chance, I'll definitely return to that property.

The room wasn't as booked, and there was no water refill; water was only provided on the one day of my stay.

Simple clean room with necessities equipment located in the middle of Cortina d' Ampezzo. Public Parking available but hotel located at the second floor with no lift. The hotel has small breakfast corner but no restaurant for lunch or dinner. Nice staffs with great helpful to guests.

The best location and comfort coexist. I recommend visiting. It is a bit crowded and the prices are a bit expensive, but the surrounding commercial area is very good. I recommend it.

It's the most central location in the city, but parking is difficult due to construction in front of the hotel.

We stayed here twice on our recent hiking trip in the Dolomites. The location is very central to downtown restaurants and bars and it's not a quiet neighborhood late at night as a result. Massimo was very helpful in transporting our luggage from this hotel to another on our hike. Typical large breakfast choices in the morning breakfast room.

Centrally located, close to everything. However the bars downstairs were noisy until 3-4am on the weekend and kept us up. The walls were also pretty thin and the room doors were super loud. Don’t expect your stay to be restful (this is the only reason for 3 stars). Very good spread for breakfast and the ladies that work there were very friendly.

Load but in the middle of town Hotel in the heart of town right above bars that are very active and loud well ibto the early morning hours. Beautiful view. No AC but cools down ar night with open windows. However there are no screens and many bugs and mosquitoes in the room. Room was recieved only partially cleaned with toothpaste still stuck on the sibk from previous residents.

We loved our stay at the Oasai hotel. The owners are darling and very helpful. The location is perfect, so much so that if you did not have a car you would be ok! The single room is small but it is very clean and has all the basic things. The bed and pillows are comfortable for me. Breakfast is good for me too. Very homely place. Laura is very nice and helpful.

I stayed at Osai Hotel for 3 nights. The staffs are friendly and informative and gave me advice on hiking. The room is clean and tidy with all the basic needs.

A great little hotel, very close to the town center. Only downside may be that the rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, but sufficient. Everything else was perfect, very clean, very carefull about covid precautions. The staff were excellent very heldful and informative. On site parking is a big plus. Would definitely stay there again.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel de Len. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive — they truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of at all times. The location is fantastic, very convenient for visiting Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the Strudel Trail (Editor's Note: assuming '魔戒之路' might refer to a popular hiking route like Strudel Trail or another famous Dolomites path). The views are also great, and the breakfast is especially rich and varied. For Italy, the price felt very reasonable and offered excellent value for money.

The building has been recently renovated, so it was neat, and the room was spacious, warm, and clean. It seems that amenities need to be requested from the front desk. We went in October. Hotel is very nice and in a very beautiful area. There was some confusion regarding reservation but the staff was very cooperative. Decent but very nice breakfast also. For the price we got can ask nothing more. Although I'm not sure what summer prices are like.

Very good location, great view of the new luge track, nice breakfast spread. Room had an exceptional amount of storage area, bed was comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the bathtub edge had some black staining or discoloration in one corner. Other than that the room was immaculate.

Beautiful mountain views with a quaint and clean room. Hotel includes Turkish bath (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cold plunge) but requires reservation to limit the amount of people using at any given time. Reservations were easy to make and plenty of availability. Breakfast and dinner were great, staff very accommodating, and plenty of parking on property.

Overall, it was good, clean, and the breakfast was decent, but the rooms were a bit small.

While the lobby smells a little dated, our room had been renovated with wooden flooring, which gave it the pleasant feel of a homely cottage. The bathroom was still an older style, but it was clean.

We travelled around Italy 10 days and this was our favorite hotel. Rooms were very clean and the bed were softer and very comfortable. The staff was so friendly from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be back

Room was clean and breakfast was nice however ran out quickly and reduced restocking after first hour of sitting. Bathrooms clean too although very dated and curtains didn’t close properly in bedroom. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the small town, 1.4 kilometers from the town center. There is a bus stop nearby, a 22-minute walk away. Parking is right next to the road, and someone needs to watch the car when you come in and out. The rooms are a bit small, and the facilities are somewhat outdated. The owner and restaurant staff are both very friendly and attentive.

All the staff was so helpful and accommodating. The restaurant onsite was also delicious!
