Looks nice from outside.
Then down hill. Food sadly was awful. No air conditioning so bedroom was a furnace . Open window then traffic noise was terrible. Lift was a joke. So slow it was quicker to use stairs. Wouldn't want to be disabled and hotel full. Evening meal took so long eventually walked out without eating as getting late. Breakfast not good. 1 coffee machine that kept running out . Waited 10 minutes to get a coffee. Scrambled eggs looked bad do asked for fresh. Brought out fresh and put old in with it. Disgusting. Lady in restaurant in suit never smiled. Would I come back no.

Great hotel, it looks like a castle and is situated in a very beautiful location with amazing mountain views from the rooms. Rooms are not very big, but the surroundings are so magical it's still worth to visit!

We spent two nights at this hotel and loved every moment. The property is stunning and feels like a museum, with beautiful details everywhere. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. A truly memorable stay. highly recommended!

I traveled solo to the Dolomites for trekking. Of the three accommodations I stayed at (Cortina d'Ampezzo and Ortisei), this was by far the best. The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was clean, and the interior was beautiful. The view from the room was breathtaking. Above all, the breakfast was top-notch. If I ever return to the Dolomites, I'll definitely stay at this hotel. (For reference, it's a bit far from Cortina d'Ampezzo, but if you're renting a car, there's no need to stay in downtown Cortina d'Ampezzo.)
Thanks to this hotel, I'm sure my memories of the Italian Dolomites will remain fond for a long time. Thank you again.

Very nice stay in Borca di Cadore. Some improvement can be made (for example the mattresses) but overall the premises and facilities are good. Reception staff is great, personnel at breakfast could be more welcoming. Overall very good value for money and experience.

Great hotel that has that old world charm. You can just imagine it is 1940 from the vintage look but still very clean and well kept. The room 201 was amazing, new comfy bed, great bathroom with very strong pressure shower and a view to die for. There was a fridge in the room and a very small t.v.
It was a disabled roo. They gave us for some reason but it was perfect. So much more space and the mountain view was amazing.

Great location right in the middle of it all. Short drive to the local towns and a great jump point for all of you Dolomite adventures!

Breakfast buffet was ok. Hot food isn’t good. Cold breakfast part is good. Most days the room is cleaned well but one day the room’s floor obviously was not swept.

1. They run lawnmowers at 8 AM.
2. After putting the lights on in the bathroom, it started spreading a very weird smell, the staff didn't know if it's normal or not.
3. The rooms are outdated and pricey for its quality. Booking pictures are too polished and it’s not exactly what you get.
Overview: the hotel is located conveniently, for its prices it’s not worth to come back, but I’m glad that my first visit to Dolomites was accompanied with stay at this hotel. Having morning coffee on the balcony with mountain view was a real joy!

The staff was helpful and the room was comfortable. The issue is there was an awful smell from the bathroom - the maintenance crew came once to try to fix it but it persisted. Almost unbearable overnight.
