Hotel Helios in Lido di Jesolo

Hotel not up to its 4 stars. Hospitality, welcome and cleanliness were not found during my holiday. The cleanliness especially in the private bathroom of the room. Another point against the kitchen is not adequately prepared for food allergies and intolerances. I stayed two nights in which I was ill for both days due to food problems related to a milk allergy that does not occur with the right severity. The only positive factor is the location on the sea.

We booked two adults and a child over a month in advance: we booked a 22m2 family room with a double bed and a bunk bed. They gave us a standard 16m2 room with a cot for the child which, when opened, did not even allow passage to the balcony. (I would also like to point out that the balcony they describe as having a view of either the sea or the swimming pool was with a view of the entrance roof/other buildings). We ask for clarification at reception and are told that the family we booked was not available at the time of our booking. So why did they make us pay as such? Notify me first, right!? Not to mention the cleanliness... we also had to point this out to the reception who, apologizing with two coffees, tried to fix it twice but without any success and giving reasons that a customer should not be interested in at all. I attach the following photo of the second "intense" cleaning...not to mention the friendliness and competence of the staff, which in our opinion only a scant 50% possess.
