We recently stayed in a twin room at a&o Venezia Mestre, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the air conditioning in our room was non-functional. Despite bringing this to the attention of the reception, the only response we received was that they would address it in the future/tomorrow. I like this hostel. The dorm bed and bathroom is clean and acceptable. There is kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. There is a bar on the lobby if u want a drink. The location is convenient for taking a bus to Venice. It is just 10mins walk. It is a fair option for solo traveller that want to avoid expensive housing at Venice.

The 6 bed room is worse than the 8 bed room I stayed before. The power outlet doesn’t work and I couldn’t charge my phone. There are some beds have similar issues. There is nothing to hold your small stuff in your bed.

High quality even at this crowded time in the year. Excellent dishes, great room and nice pool area. We don't regret to have chosen full board as the meals are classic Italian with decent adaptions to modern nutrition. Hotel in a good location, quite convenient, if you have a car, to quickly reach Verona. I found the structure quite dated, not too well-kept. The room was spacious, but not too well-kept. Unfortunately I found the cleaning not adequate, having found hair in various points of the room and in the bathroom. The property is unique in that it occupies a total island; however, the building needs to be electrically updated to accommodate new IPhones and other devices. First time to visit and stay Terme. We need to bring a swimming cap and better to bring a bathrobe, slippers too. If you don't have, need to buy or rent (I don't know they have rent or not). We have been frequenting this hotel for several years, together with others in other spas. The thing we like most is that it is on a human scale and not the usual skyscraper often found in Abano. Good food and friendly and helpful staff, excellent and functional suite room.

The parking looks very very bad, the water kept dripping on our car and it was very dirty,though the room was nice

The deluxe room was spacious but poorly planned. The shower cabinet was very given how large the bathroom is. The shower door was broken. The breakfast buffet was terrible. They seems to have two different breakfast spread. The one used for our group tour was quite disappointing with very limited options and awful coffee.

The hotel has seen better days. The elevators are slow, packed, and don't always work. The parking garage has lights most of the time, but not always at night which makes you feel like you are in a horror film. The exit gate isn't automatic. You have to stop on the ramp run and type in the code, and then scurry back to your car to drive out. The street it is on is extremely loud at night, but...

Hotel in an excellent position to reach the centre, the station and the main services of the city.

It is convenient to go to the client's company from the hotel. The aunt at the front desk is very nice. The way to open the door with the room card is different from that of regular hotels. There is a small sign at the front desk that explains it, which you can take a picture of in advance.
