Perfect spot just out of Venice. Was actually quite nice to be able to get away to your own little island after a busy day. Staff were great but the prices for food and drink were crazy, even for Venice

I went there for New Year's Eve. I recommend flying instead of taking the train. The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient.

The kitchen was poorly equipped with very few utensils, which didn't match the otherwise lovely decor. It was also uncomfortable to sleep without curtains. The USB charging port by my bed was broken. And I had to ask for bed sheets and mattress covers myself, which was a very odd arrangement.

The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from the train station on the outskirts of Venice. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. The room is standard for an AO hotel, mainly budget-friendly.

Appearance of the hotel, many pools and spa treatments are unique. The hotel is very stylishly. What can be improved is the function of the aircondition in the fitnessroom and not least maintenance of the machines. The shuttle bus won't be able to board if there are too many people. We waited for half an hour past 10 pm. The hotel front desk didn't inform us in advance. Then, when I checked out, I was overcharged twice, saying I had the same last name and room number. Luckily, I checked in, otherwise I would have lost 90 euros. Be careful when checking out. Luckily, Ctrip helped me file a complaint.

We spent 4 nights at the Ariston Molino Buja. A nice 4 star hotel serving a good breakfast. The thermal swimming pools were really warm 36-38 degrees C. The one downside was the air-conditioning was a waste of time/space and completely ineffective. Consequently the room was far too hot for us to sleep well.

Staff was courteous and everyone at the spa was friendly. However they are a little outdated in some things. The WiFi is very inconsistent and doesn’t work in the spa and bathing areas. Most of the front desk staff isn’t very fluent in English. I like that the housekeepers clean the rooms daily without being asked, but l still had to ask for some basic things, like making sure bathtub had been cleaned...

I have been staying at the Buja for several years, usually opting for the more modern, upgraded rooms instead of the older, carpeted ones. The quality of the rooms remains excellent, and the location is very central. However, I've noticed a decline in the consistency of the service and that the hotel overall is beginning to show its age.

Clean room and helpful staff. The location isn’t close to the city center, and although there’s a shuttle service, it’s not the most convenient if you plan to visit the city often, but that’s understandable. Other than that, it’s a good hotel with everything you need. When I checked out, they mistakenly added a minibar charge I hadn’t used, but it was quickly resolved.

We had superior rooms with balconies facing the hills and hotel next door. You are surrounded by thermal hotels here. If you don’t won’t to be woken at 5-7am every day by rubbish collection, hotel deliveries for the hotel next door keep the balcony door shut and rely on the airconditioning. They won’t tell you at reception, but at breakfast you can order eggs - omelette, scrambled, fried, coffee...

The pool was nice, and the food at the restaurant was pretty good.

We booked a very spacious room with two queen-sized beds that were incredibly comfortable. This was easily the most comfortable night of our trip. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, featuring fresh-squeezed juice and a good variety of other options (though I can't recall all the specifics). The hotel's setting was also very pleasant. What's more, it was very affordable, making it the best night...

It’s always a pleasure staying here. The hotel is impeccably clean and the personnel are professional and service-oriented. Elissa who serves us in the dining area was sweet and very attentive.

Drinks and snacks at reasonable prices at the bar. Poor choices at the Half Board restaurant except for the salad buffet. Warm and clean pools from 8.00 am until 11.00 pm (luckily without children in September) so quite relaxing. Pleasant garden and huge parking.

This hotel takes walk ins for the spa… the valets were so kind and loved to talk about the area. The spa reception was welcoming and very helpful. €150 for a 60-minute massage. The young woman who provided the massage was just the right amount of pressure, respectful, and dignified. They made sure you knew exactly where to go, what to do, and gave us a tour of the facility before we had our massages...

We first booked at the Torre Terme across the road which was closed without notification for renovation upon arrival leaving us stranded. We then discovered Hotel Savoia and it was everything and more than we expected. Check in was handled by Chiara who was very professional and genuinely kind and who showed us the rooms before we made a decision. High accolades for her and also to Erika at the front...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff, the restaurant with excellent service and delicious food, the peaceful and clean room, the relaxing thermal pools, everything was just perfect and we can’t wait to come back and stay more days in the future.

I was in many hotels in Abano terme, but this place I liked the best.
