Verynice for this price. Only a 5-minute walk to the train station. Highly recommended for those who want a cheap and nice place to stay.

The kitchen was poorly equipped with very few utensils, which didn't match the otherwise lovely decor. It was also uncomfortable to sleep without curtains. The USB charging port by my bed was broken. And I had to ask for bed sheets and mattress covers myself, which was a very odd arrangement.

The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from the train station on the outskirts of Venice. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. The room is standard for an AO hotel, mainly budget-friendly.

Very efficient hostel in an extremely convenient location. Easy for us to catch the train over to Venice. Provided just enough basic amenities in a well designed room for our family.

I went there for New Year's Eve. I recommend flying instead of taking the train. The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient.

The shuttle bus won't be able to board if there are too many people. We waited for half an hour past 10 pm. The hotel front desk didn't inform us in advance. Then, when I checked out, I was overcharged twice, saying I had the same last name and room number. Luckily, I checked in, otherwise I would have lost 90 euros. Be careful when checking out. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and recommended many great places to visit. The room itself was quite clean and tidy, with plenty of space. However, it's a bit of a walk to the bus stop downstairs, and it's a little far from the city center. Overall, it offers great value for money.

My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM. I was worried the hotel might not give me a room because it was so early, but they were very nice and checked me in immediately. I originally booked the St. Regis because the Aman Resorts were fully booked, but when I arrived, I found the St. Regis to be absolutely gorgeous—I was very satisfied!

A bit disappointed with the hotel as our grandfather was hospitalised in taiwan. Everything is in mandarin and they only accept English memo. No refund for our hotel fees. Will reconsider this hotel next time
