Perfect spot just out of Venice. Was actually quite nice to be able to get away to your own little island after a busy day. Staff were great but the prices for food and drink were crazy, even for Venice

I went there for New Year's Eve. I recommend flying instead of taking the train. The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient.

The kitchen was poorly equipped with very few utensils, which didn't match the otherwise lovely decor. It was also uncomfortable to sleep without curtains. The USB charging port by my bed was broken. And I had to ask for bed sheets and mattress covers myself, which was a very odd arrangement.

The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from the train station on the outskirts of Venice. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. The room is standard for an AO hotel, mainly budget-friendly.

The hotel is in a great location, but looking a bit tired and in need of a refurb. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable hotel close to Bardolino and Cisano. A great location for accesing all the region has to offer. Great breakfast, we especially loved freshly made juices. The staff is friendly. The shuttle bus won't be able to board if there are too many people. We waited for half an hour past 10 pm. The hotel front desk didn't inform us in advance. Then, when I checked out, I was overcharged twice, saying I had the same last name and room number. Luckily, I checked in, otherwise I would have lost 90 euros. Be careful when checking out. Luckily, Ctrip helped me file a complaint.

The hotel's pool was closed, no gym and no spa, the rooms were big and the A/C not that strong while the lower temperature had to be adjusted by the receptionist.

Everything went great! Minor problems with the beds, very hard mattresses, poorly regulated room temperature. The hotel hasn't been renovated for 7-10 years. Breakfasts are great, lots of everything. It's ok for a 2-3 day vacation, I don't recommend it anymore.

The rooms are lovely, the bathroom spacious. However, the showers are open on one end so the water goes all over the counter and mirror. That's inconvenient but liveable. A lovely hotel, very clean and well kept with a good size pool. It is in a peaceful location, but still within walking distance of the centre of Lazise. The free use of bicycles also made getting around really easy. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Bella Lazise. The staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We got a kettle for the room and reception arranged a small jug of milk. A great hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend a stay here, whether for a relaxing break or as a hub for exploring.
