Perfect spot just out of Venice. Was actually quite nice to be able to get away to your own little island after a busy day. Staff were great but the prices for food and drink were crazy, even for Venice

I went there for New Year's Eve. I recommend flying instead of taking the train. The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient.

The kitchen was poorly equipped with very few utensils, which didn't match the otherwise lovely decor. It was also uncomfortable to sleep without curtains. The USB charging port by my bed was broken. And I had to ask for bed sheets and mattress covers myself, which was a very odd arrangement.

The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from the train station on the outskirts of Venice. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. The room is standard for an AO hotel, mainly budget-friendly.

The shuttle bus won't be able to board if there are too many people. We waited for half an hour past 10 pm. The hotel front desk didn't inform us in advance. Then, when I checked out, I was overcharged twice, saying I had the same last name and room number. Luckily, I checked in, otherwise I would have lost 90 euros. Be careful when checking out. I bought a day pass and was enchanted by the beauty of this place. The outside temperature in late October was quite low, but bathing in the thermal lake was delightful. The room is quite big. It takes 10 minutes to get to Marco Polo Airport. The hotel has a shuttle service, but it does not cover the whole day. It costs 10 euros per person. The hair dryer is very dirty. I suggest the hotel change it. The breakfast is very average.
