Beatrice was very kind to me ,arranged my early flight home after a domestic. Male receptionist was unhelpful. Bruno and tizhiano very good. The hotel is located directly on the beach , the rooms are clean but small. The territory of the hotel is well-kept with lots of flowers. The food is delicious and varied, but you have to pay for water and other drinks at lunch and dinner. You also have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff is very polite and attentive.

The hotel itself is excellent, the service is second to none and very well organised it's a great place to stay and right on the beach. I've one criticism there is not enough sockets for charging phones and other equipment the only one is in the bathroom it's not ideal.

Some rooms are a little dated, depending on which wing you end up but the reception and the outside eating and drinking area are lovely especially at night. Our stay this time was very interesting, and we had a few experiences that were always handled excellently with our needs in mind. It's a great hotel in a good location that's a bit quieter than further down. We find it quiet in spite of the size. It has a good pool and beach area.

Amazing hotel! Spotless clean, decor very stylish, perfectly located on the beach. Very nice pool, with 28C water temperature. The breakfast was really good. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Recommend this hotel and would come back myself with pleasure.

Of all the places we stayed on our trip, this was the best. The staff were gracious, the food very good and the beach was lovely. Most of the staff are multilingual. It made me so aware of the fact that few Americans are bilingual, a failure in our national agenda.
