My wife and I stayed here for a total of 10 nights in October 25 (our stay was so amazing that we extended our initial 6 day stay for another 4 days). What can I say, everything was absolutely fantastic from the location right on the beautiful beach to the opulent rooms and facilities. The hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, but in reality it deserves no more than a solid 4 stars. The reasons are simple: the rooms are extremely modest, the elevators are slow and in need of adjustment — this is not the standard of a true 5-star hotel. Beatrice was very kind to me ,arranged my early flight home after a domestic. Male receptionist was unhelpful. Bruno and tizhiano very good. The hotel is located directly on the beach , the rooms are clean but small. The territory of the hotel is well-kept with lots of flowers. The hotel itself is excellent, the service is second to none and very well organised it's a great place to stay and right on the beach. I've one criticism there is not enough sockets for charging phones and other equipment the only one is in the bathroom it's not ideal.

Some rooms are a little dated, depending on which wing you end up but the reception and the outside eating and drinking area are lovely especially at night. The rooms are a bit small, the food is exceptional, the service is excellent, the beach is well-kept, and the garden is also lovely. This hotel is highly recommended.

Our stay this time was very interesting, and we had a few experiences that were always handled excellently with our needs in mind. Every member of the hotel staff was always concerned about our well-being. The hotel owner, in particular, was very accommodating and went out of his way to help us in many ways, showing his appreciation. We will be back and look forward to our next visit.

New refurbished room with great sea view, nice garden with pool, sunbeds and umbrellas even in October and most of all: an incredible stuff. Attentive, charming and efficient. Outstanding in our situation with a car issue: the owner and his ‘jack of all trades’, Ian who cleaned and fixed our broken car. Incredible service quality.

Wonderful family stay in connected rooms! Can highly recommend the price to value ratio. Great location near boardwalk and beach with free sunbeds for hotel guests. Rooms are maintained clean with soft towels in bathroom, beach towels provided daily. Tasty scrambled eggs for breakfast with fresh orange juice and nice selection of sweets and fruits. Wonderful stay – highly recommended! I arrived very late at night (around midnight), but the staff welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel at home right away. There was absolutely no problem storing my bike safely, which I really appreciated. The room was fantastic – clean, comfortable, and with an amazing sea view. The entire hotel was spotless and well-maintained. The terrace view was breathtaking...

An amazing place to stay , clean excellent service and very helpful staff. Couldn't ask for more. 10min walk for piazza Milano . 2 mins walk to the beach.This was my second time in Jesolo but definitely not my last one . I was impressed with the helpful of the staff.

The hotel is very well situated. The breakfast was delicious with great coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. The staff was very attentive. The room was specious and clean. The only downside for me was the pillows, they were extra firm and I prefer them softer but all in all I've had a very beautiful stay.
