Beware: parking outside is free but if you park in the underground garage its 5 euros. Staff helpful except the welcome guy at the restaurant told us twice there is no place when the restaurant wasnt even half full. The restaurant dinner very expensive for the poor buffet. The room was ok except the shower was moldy. Breakfast poor quality. Location good near gardaland and lake.

Lovely hotel, great air con, great breakfast, we happen to land there at a very busy time and staff were great, setting up table and getting seats for us. Staff were very helpful in general. Some guests just ignorant to staff as if they were more important but I found If your nice to staff they nice back. Not far from gardaland but I wouldn’t walk it as on busy road and no footpaths part of the way...

The employees were nice and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, there were two types of showers which was lovely. Breakfast was good, can sit inside and outside. The pool was nice and big. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel! A welcoming atmosphere and pleasant surroundings by the lake. It’s easy to reach the lake on foot. Very well connected to Peschiera, as the starting point to go to Mantua by bike. 10 km from the charming Sirmione! Highly recommended!

The design of this hotel baffles me. First off, you can’t pull up to the reception to check in. The lifts from the garage are on the far side of the building rather than going through the reception area so if your room is on the other side of the hotel like ours was you have to go up, then walk to what seems like forever to get to your room. An excellent base from which to explore Lake Garda. Comfortable room with a balcony overlooking one of the outdoor pools. This is a lovely holiday. The hotel is very nice. The staff are helpful. Rooms are large, good air-conditioning and comfortable bed. The pool was nice. Breakfast perhaps a little boring if staying there for a week. The complimentary bikes were a real treat. It’s a good position - although not directly adjacent to the lake.

Excellent location. Suites was amazing ! The restaurant was good, high attention to the needs of the customers. The spa and the pool were very well maintained. Very very nice the bar of the pool, it has been a please to have lunch in the garden. Really appreciated it !

We have stayed here for a number of years and the improvement in standards is very noticeable. The rooms are better as is the restaurant. We did not have time to use the spar but it did not even exist previously. The dining/breakfast room is also much improved and there is little to fault. Sleep quality has been marked down as the weather made our room too warm for us.

A smaller hotel, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lovingly run by nice people. The staff always endeavors to offer their guests a feel-good atmosphere. The breakfast is rich and varied. Nobody needs to leave the table hungry. Requests are gladly fulfilled whenever possible. We can recommend "Da Roberto" with a clear conscience! The entire hotel complex is very well maintained and everything is always kept technically in order. It should be mentioned that this hotel is family-run and you can tell. Lake Garda vacation as you imagine it. Pleasant and clean rooms. Great breakfast with delicious cappuccino and little service by the pool in the afternoon. A small, nice hotel not overcrowded. We've been there three times and would go again. The only drawback is the adventurous parking situation, especially with larger cars....

A small but very well run hotel. We had our rooms with a balcony facing the garden and pool area in a very quiet location. The air conditioning works really well, so there was always a cool temperature in the room. With outside temperatures of 32 to 35 degrees it was very pleasant. The pool and the whirlpool invited you to linger. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast left nothing...

Very pleasant small hotel and quiet location. You can walk to the castle in Lazise in 15 minutes. Rooms tip top clean and comfortable. The whole facility is very clean and the staff is super nice. Breakfast and snack bar with snacks and daily specials are very tasty and well priced. We will be back definitely.

This hotel is about a 25 minute walk to the main town where the bars and restaurants are and there are no supermarkets closely so if you don't have a car then be prepared to walk. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very clean with daily room cleaning from very nice cleaning staff. The pool area is nice and it is possible to get snacks and drinks from the pool bar. A lovely hotel, very clean and well kept with a good size pool. It is in a peaceful location, but still within walking distance of the centre of Lazise. The free use of bicycles also made getting around really easy. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Bella Lazise. The staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We got a kettle for the room and reception arranged a small jug of milk. Té con latte an essential Our room had fantastic mountain views from the balcony. A improvement would be to keep the bar open later than 11pm

The service, amenities, location, cleanliness were all over the top super! The front desk was always helpful and the dining team served excellent food and 5 star service. Andreas and Anna were very accommodating and pleasant . The facilities are clean and is suitable to families. The pool was heated, well kempt and is good size. Pool water is very soft with no smell of chlorine and was never crowded. We stayed in the summer of 2021 for 6 days at Holidays Residence. It was great! The people were really nice, the room was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen, bathroom, airco included. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. It’s a 10 minute walk from Lazise. We were very satisfied with our stay in this residence!

It is a great place to stay, if you want to be out of the overloaded places, but near to the cities and the lake in the South. The place is very clean and the facilities are in very good shape. A very nice apartment with its own restaurant next door, the restaurant is well worth trying good food and a fair price, the location is good to the centre of Lazsie , the hill coming up can be rather a sweaty walk back especially when it's hot, like it was for us, however not really a problem, love that they have free bicycle hire a great bonus point, would stay there again.

nice service, but complicated. the reception also manages houses several kilometers away, and wanted us to go to them, to go back to the residence, to check the location together. suggestion: make an appointment to meet directly at the actual residence to save time

Charming place, with nice and big living spaces. Add a big pool on top of that, and you got yourself a pretty nice place to live, for either a couple of days or maybe weeks. Plus, it only takes about 5-10 minutes of walking, to reach inner Lazise. All in all, i recommend this place.

Its a cool place with a lot of space! Location is great, we were walking to gardaland for like 20min, they have a pool and garage, also a beach front. Comfortable patio! Very comfortable bathroom, also this is always in so many cases a problem, START PUTTING HOOKS IN YOUR ROOMS PLEASE. especially bathrooms. Parking is great!

Very nice location, easy access to local towns and beach front bars and restaurants, if you are adults only ask for the pitches closer to the lake views as the pools and kids entertainment can spoil the peace and quiet.

Great campsite with very friendly staff and very clean n great maintenance for the pool n pitches n bathrooms. Great animation team wonderful experience for the kids led by Simone. Will come next year for sure.
