Perfectly situated, our room had a lake view. Good size room and spacious bathroom which were spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great continental style breakfast with plenty of choice (loved the scrambled eggs). Whilst there was no manned bar, there was an honesty bar where you could take beer/wine and soft drinks to enjoy on the breakfast terrace whilst enjoying a great view with fantastic sun sets. Its location was great for restaurants, bars abd shops. Would recommend.

The worst hotel experience of my life. And I travel a lot. All the rooms had the same problem. We were offered another room and we spoke to the neighbors. The pictures of the rooms do not match reality, the air conditioners don't work, and the hotel manager is rude and dishonest. I filmed him swearing and shouting. We thought he would attack us because we wanted our money back.The Germans in the next room had been lied to for three days, being told that their problems were being solved. Others complained about the same issues."

The location of the hotel is ideal in the middle of everything and close to the ferry however you have to find it first. There is no signage at the front of the hotel, access is a side door which is literally unnoticeable. When you do get in reception is unmanned. I had to go and find someone to get my room key The room is very basic but very clean. The telly has no English channels except sky news. The hotel has no communal areas except the small breakfast room so there is nowhere to chill out after a long day The breakfast room seats 15 so if it’s raining and you can’t use the outside area it’s very snug. Breakfast is a a limited selection no hot food There are no kettles in the room so if you want a cuppa you can’t. There was. Kettle in the breakfast room once but then it disappeared

An expensive, Small boutique hotel, 14 rooms, 6 lake facing on the Lazsie promenade. Offers only basic b&b accommodation and poor overall value. The elderly and guests with limited mobility, dropped off by coach need to be aware they face a walk with their luggage as Vehicular access is limited to cars. No formal reception, access is via a key pad on the side of the building which can be tricky to find on market day. The restaurants under the hotel are not associated to the hotel and seem unaware that there is a hotel above. Rooms are sparsly furnished with no drawers and limited hanging space, more suited to short stays. Lack of handrails on the stairs is concerning. Outside can be very noisy at times. Spotlessly clean and frendly staff.

Ate in the lakeside restaurant - staff seemed distracted to say the least - constantly looking around and jumping into other conversations whilst "interacting" with us.
Food was very nice when it turned up.

Fantastic location.
We could watch the sunset from our balcony whilst drinking wine.
Good breakfast and easy access to the town too.

Don't think you get the food together.
I finished my pizza before my girlfriend got het spaghetie bolognese.
I asked 3 times where it was and got no response.
The pizza is oke. Pasta was good

I am truly, deeply disappointed. Food was good, but don't ask me about the personal. The garçon/camerieri, they were so rude. If I was not there with my friends, I wouldn't stay. I don't recommend this place. There are many good restaurants with polite and professional friendly staff.

Very nice place. Communication in english good. We where inside, nice view on the grill but they also have nice terrace. Walk around in the neighbourhood is nice. Small streets. Nice castle, nice walk at the lake. I would recomment!!

Very bad and arrogant management of the restaurant. The manager would force us to sit inside without asking for a greenpass. Eventhough we had a reservation for outside. We left this terrible place.
