This was the second hotel we stayed at in Okinawa, and we were there for three nights. Since it was February, the outdoor facilities like the pool weren't open. The hotel felt relatively new and clean, but as soon as we entered the room, there was a strange smell, and the same smell was in the corridors and elevator. The zipline at the hotel was super fun! The room facilities are a bit old, but there's free parking, which is great for people traveling by car.

Worth every penny, the service was excellent, the environment was lovely, and the buffet breakfast was really good. You can see the beach right from the window, which the kids loved. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Traveling with my parents and kids, we found the front desk staff at the hotel to be very friendly, which was great. You can book the airport shuttle at the front desk, and it picks up right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. I heard the lobby is going to be renovated; I'd love to come back and stay again sometime.

Nice and spacious room. Ocean view with huge balcony. Comfortable bed and clean room. Service staff are not well versed in English but super patient and friendly. Room cleaning is by knocking of door and would not know when they come. But you can tell them to come back later if needed
