Nice hotel facing ocean view. We went for bottom glass boat tour. Very clear water but too cold to Swim. Nice breakfast n pizza dinner very good.

Although the manager confirmed by email that the cancellation should be possible, they claimed the request never reached their system. If the hotel undergoes a proper renovation, I would gladly return

Because of this, the prices for additional services and restaurants also feel overpriced. Dust, dirt, worn furniture, and even mold significantly spoil the overall impression

At the same time, there are many positive aspects. Some areas are beautiful, the food is very tasty, and the staff are extremely polite, attentive, and caring

For now, my feelings are very mixed — the natural beauty and great service contrast strongly with the poor condition of the property

However, there was also an issue with canceling part of my stay. I submitted a cancellation request, but it was repeatedly declined

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made it a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service and well furnished clean room. Breakfast has a good spread too. The carpark is a few mins walk away from the main hotel which they offer shuttle service. Enjoyed my 2N stay.

It so happened that I was late on a very busy day, so I lined up with my luggage to check in and waited for about 20 minutes in a crowded state. It's corona, so I was worried about it, but it seems to have happened

Even though our Japanese is nonexistent, the staff patiently communicated with us in English, which truly touched our hearts

Environment: Every room offers a sea view. My kids had a blast collecting shells and coral on the hotel's private beach. There's a path leading to the sea with a warning sign; it would make for great photos on a nice day

It was truly a great value during the off-peak season. The only minor drawback was that the Japanese breakfast was a bit simple, without even coffee or juice. Overall, it's a resort hotel with excellent value for money

Facing the sea with spacious rooms, but there was a strange smell. The front desk staff gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and surprisingly, we understood most of it even with a bit of guessing

Facilities: When I booked, I chose the option for a free extra bed for the child. I was initially worried the hotel might be old, but it seems to have been renovated as all the facilities are new and very clean

A 4-inch cake was 3500 yen, which was a reasonable price, and it tasted great! All the staff were very kind and polite. Overall, even though it was winter, it was uncrowded and comfortable

We stayed in the Beach Wing this time, and while our balcony overlooked the sea, the hallway outside our door faced a road, and we could hear cars speeding by at night

The hotel is expensive but worth every penny. Rooms are excellent, many pools even for children. We brought our 2 year old and she didn't want to get out. The staff is super friendly and quick with their services

This hotel is perfect for a vacation. The room's blinds have a unique design, which unfortunately means they don't block out the morning sun, so if you like to sleep in, it's best to bring an eye mask

Here, there's only one shop selling some Halekulani branded merchandise and a very limited selection of "eco-friendly, natural" snacks, with hardly any beverages

However, the room's design, with a long corridor leading from the front door to the bedroom (past the closet and bathroom), acts as a natural sound amplifier

A very comfortable stay, with top-notch experience in terms of rooms, common areas, and service. The only regret is that the strong winds and low temperatures in February made it impossible to enjoy the water activities.

You can pay on the beach when you check in in bulk for each day). Do not rush to pay immediately, if your stay is more than 3 days, then free sunbeds, an umbrella and an indoor pool, etc

The zipline at the hotel was super fun! The room facilities are a bit old, but there's free parking, which is great for people traveling by car.

The breakfast is great! There is everything from pineapples to salmon in several cooking options. The rooms have pajamas, bathrobes and all necessary accessories. The beach is clean, the sea is great

The overall condition of the hotel, including the rooms, restaurants and pools, is good. The room (over 60 sqm) is spacious with a tatami and sofa sitting area as well as a small balcony facing the sea

That day, we were the only ones having breakfast in the main dining room on the ground floor, as it was an emergency and a public holiday off-season

Amenities are adequate but I don't like the package of toothpaste which was a small bag and hard to open

The sister hotel, accessible via a bridge, has buffet restaurants (5,000 yen per person). The downside is that the hotel is located on a hill, so we had to walk uphill at night with our suitcases

(They even have Korean staff!) (I think they charge for parking in Okinawa, but it's worth it because they provide valet parking!) The facilities feel a little old, but overall, the rooms are clean and very spacious! The view is also great, and it was my first time trying breakfast in Japan, and it was delicious! I stayed for three nights, and the menu changed every day! And if you don't use the breakfast...

However, since we went there around 5 PM, the water level was incredibly shallow! I think it would be great for kids to play! It was great for just having a quick playtime, and there's a glass-bottom boat, so definitely try it! My stay was more satisfying than I expected, and I'll definitely recommend Exys to anyone I know who's going to Okinawa! I highly recommend it to any Koreans considering lodging...

The hotel has an excellent location, facing the sea with a fantastic beach on one side, and a main road on the other, very close to a bus stop. There's a Family Mart convenience store just over a hundred meters away

The sea view room offers a beautiful scenery! The hotel's beach and pool are also stunning. However, they charge guests for using the beach chairs on the beach. The self-service laundry room is very convenient

The dining area is thoughtfully designed, with both indoor and outdoor seating that ensures privacy between tables. Dining while gazing at the stunning sea view was a delightful experience

Overall, despite this billing issue, we greatly enjoyed our time at Rizza Sea Park Hotel and look forward to returning in the future

Hello everyone! We stayed at Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay from October 3rd to 10th, 2025. The hotel’s location is convenient — not right next to the main attractions, but getting there from Naha Airport is easy

Excellent service, excellent breakfast and excellent sea view. Love the poolside Cello performance. Price reasonable. Will definitely come again if I go to Okinawa next time.

best stay around onna from the service to the view and the amenities in the room! the room is very clean and big and have a great view to wake up to everyday. the staff were amazing and can’t wait to stay here again

The hotel’s central location in Onna Okinawa is an advantage, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. It serves as an excellent base for leisure travelers if you self drive

Overall, the hotel delivered on all fronts: location, comfort, amenities, and atmosphere. I would not hesitate to return and will certainly choose this property again on my next visit to Okinawa

We normally can't swim after having a nice breakfast. There is an airport limousine at the main entrance of the hotel, that is very convenient for us because the hotel is located on the hill slope

We used the indoor pool which comes with a outdoor jacuzzi. Regrettably, the indoor pool was not available to use until after 9:00am in the morning, that was so inconvenient for hotel guests

We eventually had the blue sky and white clouds. The room is very spacious with a nice balcony! That's most precious for our holiday. Since it was early Nov, the outdoor pool was closed

A great hotel for unwinding, complete with excellent facilities. The staff cultivates a personal and warm atmosphere. While the property has a somewhat old-fashioned feel, it doesn't detract from the overall experience.

This is my absolute favorite hotel. I always appreciate the warm 'welcome back' I receive. With an age restriction of 13 and above, it's a wonderfully quiet and mature retreat

I consider it a rare and valuable gem these days, as such serene, adult-oriented hotels are becoming increasingly scarce. The views from every room are simply stunning

I think the fine dining restaurant would be more convenient if they offered lighter course options. The bed was spacious and comfortable.

It was a shame that the bath didn't work properly and we couldn't fill it with hot water, but we were able to fill it from the shower, so the kids could bathe comfortably. I was happy that the shower head was a Mirabelle

The BBQ on the rooftop was delicious and fun. On the day we checked out early in the morning, they prepared breakfast for us to take out, which was very much appreciated

We were not near the beach and the beach nearest to the villas was underwhelming. Accommodations were good and clean for a 3 star rated hotel but I believe overpriced for what you get

My stay in the sea-view room was fantastic. The room faced the ocean, offering a wide-open view. During the day, I enjoyed the deep blue sea, and the evening and night views were equally captivating

They charge to rent the beach chairs and life jacket and will not allow guests to snorkel in the sea without one. The closest convenient store is a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk

Location was around 45 minute drive from Naha airport. The room is nice with beautiful sea view and sunset view

Overall, the quality of the stay was excellent, and the sea view was a huge bonus

I understand that preventing mold is difficult in Okinawa's hot and humid environment, but as this is such a wonderful hotel, I think that if this issue were improved, my stay would be even more comfortable

The bed, pillows, and comforter in the bedroom were infested with maggot-like insects, which I suppose is unavoidable given the season and location, but it was disappointing considering the price

However, because it was the rainy season, there were a horde of winged ants

Only accepting 14 groups of guests a day, very quality experience and good service, however the hotel room overall is a bit old. The location of the hotel is nearly perfect, facing the sunrise!

This hotel is great for self-driving travelers, with parking available for 1000 JPY. There are several convenience stores and restaurants within a 5-minute drive

It is a bit far from the sea but still manageable as there are stairs under the bridge that lead right to the bus stop

Breakfast on the next day is also a pleasant surprise with the Japanese set breakfast and free flow on pancakes that you can make on your own at the pancake machine, which is a satisfying if you crave for a taste of Western style breakfast

Stayed for 1 night at the hotel and everything was perfect. Feeling welcomed at the door with the staff greeting us and checking with our booking, followed by a welcome matcha and mochi then the check-in procedures

We initially found the hotel very charming but were soon put off by the creepy music that played on our floor 24/7. The wall papers were coming off and the linens felt most/wet.

You'll need to drive on some winding mountain roads, and there aren't many convenience stores nearby, so remember to buy anything you want to eat back at the cabin in advance!

The beach is about a 10-minute drive away. Shopping nearby isn't very convenient, so we recommend buying your supplies beforehand

An old refurbished hotel, so their things are not new. Location is very well placed, and I got the sea view from my room. No amenities, no swimming pool, friendly staff though. That’s all I can say about them.

I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel. The location is convenient and the room oh my God! Its way more bigger than we though. For the twin room they have two bed with a tatami area. Theres a stove in the room also

The location is good, right at the middle of the Okinawa island. Service was extremely good; staff was always helpful. Room was a little bit old but everything was in good condition.

This is a very local hotel. Price is great with a clean room. Some unit can stay more people while some for 2 people. The reception is nice and helpful. It's easy to find and lots of restaurant on the main street.

The owner had done some yearlong booking in which guests would stay under his name. rooms are big & with great view of ocean. Lawson is right in front for any needs. Has a small kitchen area as well fridge

A nice place to stay for its cost. The furniture is old and cheap. But the room has everything you would need. It's a bit hard to find this place at the first time. Not far from convenience stores and cafes

There were plenty of parking spaces. Check-in was self-service, and the people ahead of us usually took about ten minutes to check in. We waited for half an hour before it was our turn

Place was a little harder to find at night as it is located in a remote area. The self check in was a little troublesome through trip as the check in code was not provided

This hotel is great, with a good location and a reasonable price. The breakfast is also very rich. The bathrooms are separate and have a disinfection system

Closest bus stop is in ~12 min walk. There is also a really nice beach nearby where you can enjoy the sunset
