Oriental Hills Okinawa in Onna

It's a lovely hotel so everything was great, but
more than anything, I was really comforted by the warmth of the staff.

This is my second time staying at Oriental Hills.

I chose Oriental Hills again because my last stay was so wonderful. I had a truly wonderful time again, and the hospitality of the staff in particular was as excellent as ever. My partner was also very happy, and it was a truly relaxing and happy time.

The only thing that bothered me was that when I used the shower in the bathroom, something like black mold ran down onto the floor from the four corners of the wall. I understand that preventing mold is difficult in Okinawa's hot and humid environment, but as this is such a wonderful hotel, I think that if this issue were improved, my stay would be even more comfortable.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay this time, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Only accepting 14 groups of guests a day, very quality experience and good service, however the hotel room overall is a bit old. The location of the hotel is nearly perfect, facing the sunrise!
