We stayed in a deluxe room in the South Wing as a family of three with an elementary school child. The exterior and interior had the atmosphere of an old-fashioned resort from the Showa era, but if you don't mind that, I think it's a great place. The room was very spacious, with four beds and a sofa set, so we were able to relax comfortably. The windows were large and open. The place was cleaned well...

The room is big enough, the hot spring is quite comfortable, and dinner is provided. The environment is not bad.

Although it is a bit old-fashioned, the service is attentive and the hot spring is very comfortable. It is just a bit cold on the mountain and the breakfast is limited.

I love here so much! I will choose this hotel again and recommend to my friends.

The hotel room was super dusty, literally you can wipe white powder dust with your finger. Everything else is ok.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the station. The rooftop hot spring has a sauna and an open-air bath, so it's very comfortable. They give you ice cream in the evening and lactobacillus drinks in the morning. The late-night noodles and breakfast buffet are also delicious and satisfying. I'd definitely like to use it again!

It was a cold day, so the hot springs were great. I wasn't able to eat breakfast, but I'd definitely like to have it next time I stay here.

It was a shame that the parking lot floor was rough.

The satisfaction level was more than what I expected!

Kuretake-inn Kakegawa

It's close to Kakegawa Castle and convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean. Unfortunately, there wasn't much parking on the premises, so we had to park in a nearby affiliated parking lot.

It was a plan with no meals and only a room. The price is gradually increasing.

The hotel is just next to the train station. Good thing is easy to reach the hotel by train. Bad thing is very noisy. Near to many restaurants.

It's small... a lot... you can't even open your suitcase... If one person uses a double room, then it's okay to stay there^^ It's the smallest of all the accommodations I've ever stayed in :)

I am very grateful for the kindness I received from the phone inquiry. It was also very helpful that there was a parking lot right in front of the hotel.

I stayed here this time to attend a concert at Ecopa Stadium. It's close to the station and has many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it a great location. I planned to stay for two nights, but since I was only booking one night at a time, I asked the day before if they could share a room, and they gladly accommodated. (Unfortunately, I had to leave suddenly, so I ended up only staying...

Royal Inn Kakegawa

There was a convenience store and an izakaya nearby, which was nice. There was also a nearby affiliated parking lot. My room was a corner room connected to an exterior staircase, but there was no consideration for entering and exiting, so it was noisy. I don't think it's suitable for people who are sensitive to noise.

The building is a little old, but the toilet has a washlet and a heated seat, so I'm very satisfied with the price. The front desk staff are very friendly, and you can use the in-house clothing, razors, and anything else you need. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

It's an old hotel, but it's been renovated. The fixtures and air conditioning are old, and the noise from the air conditioner is a bit annoying. It's close to the station, reasonably priced, and the rooms are spacious, so I think it's a good choice. I had a comfortable stay.

The building is a bit dated. The bed was a little too hard for me. The bathroom had a slight drainpipe smell, which might be a bit noticeable. However, the cleaning was thorough, and I was otherwise satisfied. A great hotel with great value for money.

I'm glad I was able to stay there for a cheaper price than I expected. I was worried about the room because it was cheap, but it was surprisingly clean.

The hotel is average and not very cost-effective. It's not close to the station. Breakfast is a bento, which is not suitable for Chinese tastes. However, the front desk staff was quite enthusiastic and I hope there are more noodles to choose from for breakfast.

My stay at Route Inn was what I needed which was a place to stay for the few nights I visited with a friend who lives in the area. The hotel is a bit dated but the room was comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast.

The breakfast is substantial. Eco-friendly cleaning is good.

It's nice that the breakfast menu changes every day. It's quiet and you can spend a comfortable night.

There were several hairs on the door that seemed to belong to the previous guest.

The breakfast was quite good. The staff at the venue were very hardworking, cheerful, and delicious. The bathroom had two washing areas. It was very narrow, right next to the bathtub. When two people were washing, the new person had to wait outside the bathroom.

The only disappointment was that the shower temperature was sometimes unstable, but other than that I had a comfortable stay. This is one of the few rooms in Kakegawa where smoking is permitted, so as a smoker I hope they continue to do so.

Kakegawa Grand Hotel

Although the bathroom in the room and other areas felt a bit old, it was a nice hotel! It seems that some people hold weddings there as well, so it must be a good local hotel. Even though I'm a non-smoker, I couldn't get a non-smoking room and ended up in a smoking room, but the smell was hardly noticeable and it was clean!

I stayed here for one night on business. It was a rainy day, but it was conveniently located near the station. The room facilities were a little old, but I was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Although it has a Showa-era feel, the breakfast is made fresh and I felt they put a lot of effort into it.

Maybe there was an event nearby? It was overpriced. Is there no air conditioning? Is it broken? It didn't work and it was cold. I wish they had put bottled water in the fridge. When I went to buy some, the vending machine inside the hotel was broken so I had to go outside to get some. At breakfast, there was an issue where the table was cleared away when I got up to get a refill. The Kakegawa tea provided...

This is the hotel I always use when I go on business trips to Sujioka. It was the best choice compared to nearby hotels in terms of location and facilities. Thank you.

The room is clean and hygienic, and the Shinkansen is next to it, so transportation is convenient. There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, with a wide variety of goods to choose from. The front desk service is warm and the breakfast is rich.

Kind and informative staff, good amenities, nice location

If you complain at this price, you can sleep in a tent. There are many in the neighborhood. If there is only one, the sound of the refrigerator is loud. It was out when the boon and sound were in use. I slept because I was tired, but it may be better to avoid people who care about the sound. Other than that, the service was good. I will come again.

Decent value for money and the staff were very nice, including minding our bags for the day free of charge after we checked out. Rooms were small though with not much space for bags. Location is excellent, very close to the train station.

I used this hotel when attending a concert at Ecopa Arena. The location is excellent, being close to the station and within walking distance of the venue. I arrived earlier than check-in time and asked if they could at least hold my luggage, but they let me into my room as it was ready, which was incredibly helpful. I made a reservation because it was close to the station. However, there was nothing around. There was a convenience store right next door, so I took care of everything there. Breakfast was only eggs, and there was no meat, sausage, or bacon. It was very ordinary.

Cospa is good near the station. The building is a little old but the breakfast was delicious.
