I had a very comfortable stay.

It was my first time using this hotel. It was a smoking room, but the cigarette smell wasn't too strong. The room was clean and I was satisfied.

I stayed here for two nights previously and it was comfortable, but this time the bed and pillow sheets smelled like they had been used by a man, which was a bit unpleasant. It was late, after 10pm, so I put up with it, but it was disappointing.

This time we were on the 11th floor and had a great view. The view was great and I enjoyed watching the night view with my children. It would have been nice if there was a microwave in the room, but other than that it was a cheap and easy place to stay. This was my second time staying here, and I would definitely use it again if I have the opportunity.

Conveniently located near a few big malls and right next to the train station. Parking was free for hotel guests - 3 carparks were available, though only one of them was connected to the hotel directly. The other 2 were a short walk away. This was my first time staying here. I was looking forward to breakfast as I had read good reviews about it. Just as the reviews said, there was a variety of dishes served on small bowls, and I was full to the brim.

The breakfast menu was extensive and delicious, with plenty to choose from. I stayed in a non-smoking single standard room, which I think was spacious enough for a single person. When I checked out, the other rooms were being cleaned, so I took a look and noticed that each room had different wallpaper, which was very stylish. I would definitely stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed in a capsule room. The location is perfect for those who want to visit Toyota Kaikan, the museum, the headquarters, and Expo Park. You can head to Toyota Kaikan first thing in the morning. There's also a convenient large public bath.

I stayed here to watch a basketball game, and due to the results of the game I asked to stay an extra night. They were able to accommodate my schedule right away.

The room was relatively clean, and there was a welcome drink at the hotel entrance, which was available anytime during business hours. The air conditioning in the room was a little weak, so we used the electric fans on each floor. There was also a kettle in front of the elevator on each floor.
