It was my first time using this hotel. It was a smoking room, but the cigarette smell wasn't too strong. The room was clean and I was satisfied.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Toyota Station. There's a T-Face shopping mall and supermarket nearby, making shopping convenient and relatively inexpensive. The breakfast is also good, and the service is attentive.

I stayed here for two nights previously and it was comfortable, but this time the bed and pillow sheets smelled like they had been used by a man, which was a bit unpleasant. It was late, after 10pm, so I put up with it, but it was disappointing.

I requested an early check-in, and they accommodated it quickly even though it was the day before, which I was very grateful for!! The front desk staff here are always polite and pleasant!

The hotel provided a very comfortable night’s sleep, with a cozy bed and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to rest well. However, one downside was the lack of self-service laundry facilities, which would have made the stay more convenient, especially for longer visits.

I have booked twice in this hotel, it never disappoints. The staffs are good in english and very welcoming. Helpful. The room is the cleanest room in all of the hotels that I’ve stayed in.

The hotel was great, a really good base for autumn leaf viewing. It was a bit of a drive from Nagoya, which took a while, but it made setting off to see the autumn leaves the next day super convenient and comfortable.
