It was my first time using this hotel. It was a smoking room, but the cigarette smell wasn't too strong. The room was clean and I was satisfied.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Toyota Station. There's a T-Face shopping mall and supermarket nearby, making shopping convenient and relatively inexpensive. The breakfast is also good, and the service is attentive.

It is conveniently located near Toyotashi Station, and the rooms are large enough for a comfortable stay.

I stayed here for two nights previously and it was comfortable, but this time the bed and pillow sheets smelled like they had been used by a man, which was a bit unpleasant. It was late, after 10pm, so I put up with it, but it was disappointing.

I requested an early check-in, and they accommodated it quickly even though it was the day before, which I was very grateful for!! The front desk staff here are always polite and pleasant!

The room was spacious and very nice. It was festival time so it was wonderful to be able to see it right in front of me. It was nice to be able to see it from the window of my room.

Conveniently located near a few big malls and right next to the train station. Parking was free for hotel guests - 3 carparks were available, though only one of them was connected to the hotel directly. The other 2 were a short walk away. Many food options were in the area as well. A great pit stop for travelers moving further up north from Nagoya's Chubu International Airport :)

The Hotel staff provied the most excellent service. Location and availble in house facilities made this stay very comfortable and memorable. The food at every resturaunt and cafe was superb and staff service was wonderful.

There is a wide variety of breakfast dishes, including both Japanese and Western cuisine! The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket, making shopping, dining and watching movies very convenient! There are many restaurants to choose from!

I stayed in a capsule room. The location is perfect for those who want to visit Toyota Kaikan, the museum, the headquarters, and Expo Park. You can head to Toyota Kaikan first thing in the morning. There's also a convenient large public bath.

Although it is reasonably priced, it is undeniably a little old, but it is clean and the facilities and equipment are sufficient.

The large communal bath has a sauna and is very nice. The room is small, but it's enough if you just want to sleep. The breakfast is not so good for the price. I wish they had something delicious. It's close to the interchange, so it's easy to access. You can see Toyota headquarters from the room.

The room is not big. There is no space after putting a 28-inch suitcase, but it is enough for two people. It is opposite the Toyota headquarters. Check-in and check-out are self-service, which is quite convenient. It is now the time when azaleas are in bloom. The whole flower wall opposite the hotel is very beautiful.

The environment is great, and I loved that the room used a physical key instead of a key card! Couldn't check in early, but they offered luggage storage, which was a huge help. If I visit Nagoya again, I'd definitely choose to stay here!

I stayed here to go to the Menicon Theater. It was within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was great. I was satisfied.

The front desk is nice, but the rooms are a bit old and there are no air purifiers. The subway station is right in front of the hotel, so transportation is very convenient.

It's very clean and tidy, and it's very ceremonial. You will be given a key to turn in the room. Then you can open it. The linens are also the old-fashioned ones, but very comfortable. The room is relatively large in Japan, and it's close to the subway station!

As close to the station as you can get. Mostly a hotel for business people. There isn’t much tourism around, so the hotel mostly seems to cater to business people. There’s a couple different restaurants in the hotel with reasonable prices. No laundry services or public bath. But there is a nice Onsen about 16 minute walk away. My room had a nice view of the sunrise every morning.

An older hotel building that feels like it’s plucked right out of 1995. Service from staff was great. You can tell this place was once top of the line with older wooden furniture and chandeliers. But still a cozy stay. Room feels like it can be a bit dingy and dusty if that bothers you, but we’re okay with that.
