This hotel is within walking distance of Uozu Station. It's probably the best hotel in the area, with a prestigious lobby. It's rare to find a hotel like this in a regional city of this size. This is where three women stayed for a rest during a long trip to Japan. It was a satisfying stay, allowing us to spend the entire day in the room without leaving. However, the heater must be turned off at night, so it can be a little chilly.

I stayed here for two nights, the day before and the day of the Kurobe Gorge Torokko train ride. It was a very homey and lovely inn. The spa is slightly slimy and heated up. The accommodations are enough. The food is not bad. This Onsen-ryokan is built at remote area from town. So you would have a little difficult to find it out by car without navigation system.
