Every year, I visit various Oedo Onsen hot springs. Because it was raining, I couldn't do any sightseeing, so I came here looking forward to the buffet. I was excited, wondering if there would be crab

But the evening was a bit disappointing. Since it's by the sea, I wish there had been more seafood. I was satisfied in the morning. The bath was very clean and nice

It was very beautiful and comfortable.

The front desk and buffet dining staff were very friendly. The back of the toilet seat in the room was dirty and the hair dryer cord was tangled. The room was cold and there were frequent stink bugs.

I booked four rooms for one night. I didn't expect that after I arrived at the hotel, the hotel asked me to pay the full amount for the four rooms, which I had already paid for on the website

However, the hotel staff had poor English skills and could not communicate with me. After an hour of confusion, I realized later that the money I paid on the website was actually a deposit

Now the process is done quickly. The corner Western-style room I booked is very good to live in. The sun is bright and the size is just right. The hotel is generous and the coffee and tea bar is available 24 hours a day

The quality of the service was excellent. I was also surprised that they provided a shuttle service to the nearby station and even took me to Komatsu Airport. I felt bad that I was there alone

You must make an appointment for the transportation from Kaga Onsen to the hotel at least one day in advance on your own official website or ask Ctrip. I made an appointment with Ctrip two days in advance

On the way, there will be a brief introduction to the Buddha statue, snow mountain, famous product Mantou Niangniang, etc. It takes 25 minutes to arrive at the hotel. The staff kneels down to serve

The room is very comfortable, the design is very special, the layout is also very unique, and the details are very surprising. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner are very satisfactory

Follow the instructions at the south gate of Kaga Onsen Station to see the hotel's car. The timetable is shown in the last photo. The driver is courteous and considerate

The Japanese-style room was absolutely fantastic, fulfilling my desire to stay in a traditional Japanese room. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance of Hessenkei Creek, with beautiful scenery

Nice and Comfortable Hotel Onsen facilities are well setup. With laundromat beside onsen entrance. while waiting laundromat, there is large resting area with awesome window beauty just outside onsen entrance

Hotel staff were great and super helpful. Rooms are large and very clean. The location is very good and next to trail walk and river. Food is buffet style and good. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is newly renovated with good service and facilities. Good Onsen , good buffet with a lot of varieties. I have no second thought to recommend any visitors to stay in this hotel.

New onsen hotel food is much better than expected room is clean and hygienic wish if there is private onsen room type and more shuttle service

Very excellent stay in this hotel. Everything is perfect. Meal,room size, staff and price. My wife asks me to take her here next year. Good!

Yamashiro Onsen Yuzankaku

The room was old but clean and comfortable. The toilet was narrow and the doors were cramped. The dinner and breakfast buffets both taste good and you end up eating too much

The free drinks, including alcohol, in the lobby after hotel check-in were a rare and welcome feature

However, it was disappointing that the large public bath (Greek Temple) was unusable due to equipment problems on the day of our stay

We had a pleasant stay at this Onsen hotel. I was expecting that it is dated by the reviews! The building is old and needs repairs here and there. We were satisfied with the food for both dinner and breakfast

It is sad to see it falling apart slowly

The service at Happy Tower was excellent. For those who like alcohol, you can enjoy it from check-in through to the meal. The kids also enjoyed it! I'd like to visit again!
