Hotels in Hamada

Good place to rest up after a long drive. Service is great, amenities plenty, room is clean, breakfast included, parking easily available.

Maid service didn’t leave towels. Front desk staff not as friendly as other Tokoyo Inn’s I’ve stayed at. Rooms are clean and modern.

near JR Hamada station, quick check-in and very helpful staff. Sent them message to help reserve seats for Iwami Kagura performance. They helped us with the reservations, as well as helped us arrange taxi to & fro the shrine (location of the performance) since it’s a night performance and distance is about 2-3km from hotel.

This is a quiet and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly! We enjoy our stay here very much. Miss Takesa helped us a lot! We are very grateful!

Good location and rooms have a nice view.

I was tricked on the price as they don't post their after tax prices. The room are nice and the bathroom are not too small. Rooms lack the space for luggage and organizing. They may strongly suggest you to get a membership with them. Breakfast at least is included in the price. But, it is very busy that you can't eat and go.

Excellent. This hotel in Hamada is a great place for me. It's very close to the city center station, the facilities are new, there's a hot spring bath, and the price is very reasonable. I stayed here for 4 nights.

🏣 64-1 Asai-cho, Hamada City, Shimane Prefecture 🅿️🚗…Parking available. 🚃…2-minute walk from Hamada Station * Hotel located in front of Hamada Station It was a very convenient location, close to the station. Also, I went to leave my luggage before check-in, and they were very helpful. I was happy to use the free drink service on the first floor (maybe alcohol too?). The breakfast buffet was included...

This is a child-friendly hotel. The rooms and the large public bath were clean and wonderful. There are izakayas and other establishments around the hotel, so you won't have any trouble finding dinner.

Good location near JR station and has its own parking lot. Good breakfast with variety food. Nice relax public spa area.

The breakfast was delicious, but it was quite crowded. I found out later that you can watch the breakfast venue on TV.

Although I stayed here during a busy time at the end of the year, the staff were polite and explained things to me kindly, so there was nothing I didn't understand. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

The staff were very accommodating to my requests to ship luggage and were very helpful in determining the best method. I was treated to excellent service and will come back again. Older building so it goes with the territory that it could use some upkeep in the spa area.

The staff was REMARKABLE! They helped me with my heavy bags, offered an early breakfast, and were VERY friendly. Even though I don't speak Japanese, and they speak very little English, check in was easy.

Great value for money. The staff is friendly and the rooms are a bit bigger than other business hotels.

The front desk staff was kind when I checked in, but the female staff whispered things to the front desk staff while I was checking in, or went to the back to check something, which was unpleasant. I made a reservation on a travel site with the number of guests and children sleeping with them, so it was disappointing. Also, the coin laundry dryer didn't have a time display, and it took hours for the...

It was a somewhat traditional Japanese room. Room was clean when we arrived, parking across the street was very affordable. The beds were on the floor making it hard to get up and down from it. The bathroom was very cozy and water pressure was good, service was exceptional.

The hotel staff are very kind and I have stayed here several times, and it has always been a pleasant and wonderful trip.

The interior doors are hard to close due to the old design. The air conditioning has only three settings, so it's difficult to fine-tune. I wish parking was free.

The Room is a bit small but nice and clean place. Very near the Hamada station, and very conveniently located in the town center. The hotel doesnt have its own parking but the city parking is just beside it. You just need to present the parking ticket to the front staff and you'll just pay ￥800 for 24 hours parkng. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the kids enjoyed it.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and free car parking. Restaurants nearby and convenient store.

Room is a bit small, but it's very close to the station. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby.

It's a great hotel for less money, near some amazing spots like a park with shrine.

That was a good hotel and pretty cheap and came with breakfast.

The clerk's response is always pleasant, and it is quite cheap in Hamada city, so I often use it. Although it is old, it is well-cleaned, and the room has electricity that can be operated with an air purifier or remote control, so it is easy to use. However, since there is only one outlet at the bedside, I always bring a power tab. Also, I was a little surprised to hear the sound of the corridor than...

I stayed on a large motorcycle. The bicycle parking space with a roof is limited, but on this day we parked it in the parking space for the disabled in front of the entrance with the kindness of the staff. It has a roof and is free of charge. Although it is a business hotel in a small town, I was impressed by the kindness and politeness of the staff's greetings and customer service. As for the room...

I used it on a motorcycle trip. I was guided to a parking lot with a roof near the entrance and stopped. It seems that the rain and wind were terrible during the night, and when I went the next morning, it was cured with a thin transparent sheet so that it would not get wet. As everyone said, the cleaning was done properly, and it was a hotel that made me want to stay again.
