Good place to rest up after a long drive. Service is great, amenities plenty, room is clean, breakfast included, parking easily available.

Maid service didn’t leave towels. Front desk staff not as friendly as other Tokoyo Inn’s I’ve stayed at. Rooms are clean and modern.

near JR Hamada station, quick check-in and very helpful staff. Sent them message to help reserve seats for Iwami Kagura performance. They helped
us with the reservations, as well as helped us arrange taxi to & fro the shrine (location of the performance) since it’s a night performance and distance is about 2-3km from hotel.

This is a quiet and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly! We enjoy our stay here very much. Miss Takesa helped us a lot! We are very grateful!

I was tricked on the price as they don't post their after tax prices. The room are nice and the bathroom are not too small. Rooms lack the space for luggage and organizing. They may strongly suggest you to get a membership with them. Breakfast at least is included in the price. But, it is very busy that you can't eat and go.

There are many parking lots and it is easy to access because it is close to the main road.
There is Seven nearby.
The interior of the entrance is beautiful, and the elevator is on the first floor, so you can't get on without card key authentication, so it's quite new in terms of security.
The rooms are almost complete with everything you need, such as an internet environment.
Amenities such as gowns are centrally managed on the first floor.
I am grateful that the shower can be switched between a normal hose type and a ceiling mount.
Personally, I'm happy that breakfast can be taken back to my room.
The parking lot is reserved in advance, and the number is small. The rest is a place about 50m away, or a coin parking lot next to it, so you should be careful about that.
